Lovely friendly and helpful staff. The room was large and it was very handy having the kitchenette and balcony. The pool was beautiful and clean.

There was some construction noise from a neighbouring property.

Прекрасное расположение в безлюдной части пляжа Наригама. Пляж купабельный только в безветренную погоду, но в любое время - океан прекрасен!!! Широкая длинная безлюдная пляжная полоса - идеальная перспектива для отпуска. Добраться до пляжа без волн не составляет никакого труда: 5 минут автобусом, интервал движения 5-10 минут , цена поездки примерно 10 рублей. Рядом 2 магазина с продуктами, ассортимент небольшой, но достаточный. Номера в отеле просторные, с высокими потолками, балкон с шикарным видом на джунгли с разнообразием пернатых. Рядом живёт семья интеллигентных обезьян: держатся на расстоянии, попыток воровства не предпринимают. Бассейн приятно удивил: большой, чистый, ухоженный. Дети оценили по достоинству. Каждое ранее утро, пока все спят, сотрудник бесшумно чистит бассейн. Сердечная благодарность сотрудникам отель: Инди, Чами и Лиле. Эти люди окружили нас теплом и заботой. Они создали пр-домашнему уютную и комфортную атмосферу. Грохот поездов, будто проезжающих по твоей комнате - это единственный минус. Но, к этому быстро привыкаешь, и перестаешь обращать внимание. Остальные плюсы одерживают бесспорную победу в вопросе: стоит ли сюда вернуться? Да, обязательно вернёмся!!

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice pool. Having a basic kitchen in our room was very useful. We extended our stay here. Plenty of nice places to eat and drink on the beach.

Great Location, away from all the noise but close to the beach. Hosts were lovely and very helpful, even allowed us to stay in the room until i late night flight (free of charge). Rooms were very clean and spacious, beds were large and comfortable and shower and toilets were very nice. Swimming pool was also lovely

Очень вежливый хозяин, который сразу встретил, поселил, рассказал обо всем. Номер супер, чистый, нет насекомых, кондиционер, вентилятор, кухня, постоянно горячая вода в душе. Полотенца меняли раз в сутки, если попросить, сразу выдавали по 2 полотенца. Красивая территория, чистый бассейн.

Близость к железной дороге из-за чего временами было шумно, но в целом местоположение тихое, так как удалено от центра.

Путешествуя по Шри-Ланке почти 3 недели и останавливаясь в разных отелях, могу с уверенностью сказать, это лучшее место для отдыха! Отличная цена! Номера такие же как на фото, даже лучше, очень уютные, чистые, есть мини кухня, это очень удобно. Проблема стран с жарким и влажным климатом, это плесень в номерах, здесь нет ни намека! Территория маленькая, но очень зеленая, о ней с любовью забояться люди, которые там работают. На территории есть бассейн. До моря медленным шагом не больше 5 минут. До главной дороги ведет маленькая улочка, на ней находятся другие симпатичные виллы, все вокруг утопает в зелени, вечером освещается, чувствуешь себя в безопастности. Это окраина Хиккадувы, но в этом и прелесть, здесь нет толп людей, шума, но если нужно попасть в центр, можно взять тук тук и доехать за 5 минут, в отеле вам дадут контакт водителя и он в любой момент отвезет и привезет вас, так же я несколько раз просила организовать мне машину и это всегда была самая выгодная цена (таксисты и водители тук туков на острове всегда хотят с вас взять как можно больше, имейте это ввиду, к примеру до Коломбо я заплатила 14000 рупий, другие предлагали доехать за 20000 рупий). У пляжа длинная и широкая береговая линия, есть кафе и варианты где можно позагорать, я всегда ходила в одно место, с меня не брали денег, но я у них обедала. И самое главное, это прекрасные люди, которые работают в отеле и каждый день делают все возможное, что бы ваш отдых был приятным, поверьте мне, я много путешествую по миру и знаю о чем говорю! ♥️♥️

Great choice! It's about 1-1,5 kms far from Hikkaduwa centre (turtle beach, coral reef etc.). You can also reach it by train from Colombo. The coast is 150 m-s far, 1-2 mins on foot. There is a tuc-tuc (funny cheap) stop, and regional bus stops in 50 m, supermarket in 200 m-s. You can reach the villa on a small, 30 m alley from the road. Pretty, quiet area. Usually the coast is separated from the road by a row of buildings, but almost in front of the alley you can find a direct path to the beach! The houskeeper is extremely kind, fulfills all your wishes. The house is beautiful! The rooms has own balcony and a kitchen! With microwave, water boiler, rice boiler, small fridge, cutlery etc. There is a bigger, common outdoor kitchen on the ground floor. The room mostly has intercontinental wall plugs! There is LCD cable TV (with USB connetor for movies) and free safe box. Beach/pool towels are provided! Air conditioning is modern, clean but there is a ceiling fan too! The bathroom is big, clean. Never runs out of hot water. The building is professional, new-like, there are no DIY/home made solutions like at so many other places. Equipped with own generation in case of blackouts (once happened for 15 mins). Neighbourhood is kind (same villas), you feel safe. Gate is closed for the night, the villa has cameras. No perfect protection against mosquitos, so prepare with creams/sprays. The pool is incredibly clean, temperature is perfect, and useable 0-24! They can do exchange, provide cheaper airport and local transfer, has reliable contact for almost everything! We 100 % recommend Athithi!

There is the main railway behind the villa ( ~ 60 m). It can be loud, but we basically live with the same situation at home, so it wasn't annoying at all! You won't mind it.

We werden ontvangen door een aardige medewerker die ons naar het appartement bracht. Het appartement was ruim, gematigd schoon (voor Sri Lankaanse begrippen waarschijnlijk schoon) en had een ruim balkon en een hele fijne douche! Zwembad was heerlijk en super schoon! Tuk tuks konden we achter de poort parkeren. Medewerker was heel aardig.

De locatie is behoorlijk ver uit het centrum. Het is heel rustig bij het appartement, je komt er amper iemand tegen. Wifi slecht maar dat is haast overal in Sri Lanka

Alles super, die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und sauber. Der Pool ist auch sehr schön! Der Herr vom Hotelpersonal war überaus freundlich und sehr hilfreich. Ich musste am Tag meines checkouts erst abends zum Flughafen und konnte den Tag dort problemlos am Pool verbringen und danach auch noch duschen!

Waren als Familie für 2 Nächte. Super Ausstattung mit Kochzeile , Kühlschrank und Geschirr. Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern vorhanden. Pool wurde täglich gereinigt und sehr sauber, Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bisschen außerhalb und deshalb sehr ruhig, besonders in der Nebensaison.

Strand war fussläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Leider waren die Wellen in der Nebensaison zu krass um zu schwimmen. Aber dafür kann ja die Unterkunft nichts. leider war kein Frühstück und kein Abendessen möglich, so dass man in die nächste Ortschaft fahren musste.

Suze of the appartment, rooms and balcony is great! Not a massive hotel bit just a perfect getaway with a nice pool!

Quiet, clean and welcoming. Owners lovely, helpful and approachable.

Air con in one bedroom only, I don’t think I read the specifications of the rooms properly; others may have had more. Having said that, the ceiling fans in other rooms worked well.

Very friendly welcome and very caring host (Indika). Great terrace on the Appartement on top flor! All you need is there. Close to beach, but not noisy. Pool seemed nice (did not use it because of the “big” pool of the ocean) 😀

Can’t recommend this place enough. The staff are wonderful, the location was perfect, the rooms are large and clean. We can’t wait to come back!

Train noise was an issue

Bedroom is very spacious and the bathroom also. Location is great, walk to the beach or the main road. Big thanks to the host, always willing to help, very friendly and helpful owners.

There's a train running along the road in Hikkaduwa, quite near the hotel. If you are a very light sleeper, beware. Else you get used to it :) There is no noise from the road, very peaceful.

Pool, the spacious rooms, the spacious balcony and the owners.

It is close to the railway tracks so if you are a bad sleeper, like my friend, you will be in for some waking up calls during the night.

So first of all the staff was incredibly and so friendly! The pool was great (very clean) and the room itself very big and great for a family! Location is okay, if you want to go to town you just have to get a tuktuk, but there are a 10 minute walk to a store and restaurants.

We accidentally booked a room without AC so definitely check that an extra time if you want it. But that made everything a little to hot for us during the night. But our fault and not the accommodation, they did offer us a solution. Could be more overall utensils to cook with in the kitchen & 1/2 beds was not very comfortable, so maybe needs an upgrade in the room we specifically stayed in :) only 2 sunbeds, so if you want to do some tanning I would recommend going the the beach instead :)

Friendly staff, nice room, comfy bed, kitchen inside the room. Free towels for pool/beach. In case we had any problems they were immediately solved.

Vilia is just in front of railways, so when train was on the way it felt as an earthquake. Upon check-in I was offered different room from the one I've booked, after my complaint that I booked room with double bed and not with twin beds and insisting on that, i was offered proper type of room. Obviously, room with twin beds was cheaper and less equipped. Pay attention to the rooms you book as several of them don't have AC.

Everything was great

The host is a nice man, who was very approachable and helpful. Pool was clean and accessible at all times during the day. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and had a small kitchen attached. You have to walk a bit to the beach but it's a good walk if you enjoy walking.

There are lots of mosquitoes in this area, you better be prepared with some repellent. We had some trouble communicating with the owners regarding our booking as the person running the villa isn't the one managing the booking.com account for this villa.

It was amazing, also the first property who had something similar to kitchen, u cannot cook there but there are some tools, really appreciate that! Also cool balconies and nice pool, reasonable price for scooter rent!! Very clean and good vide, there u can find everything what is needed! And I’m kind of selective person. So believe me, this place is really nice 😍😍

We stayed in the apartment with 2 rooms and kitchen and it was a really great choice. Staff is really helpful, nice pool and good location. 5 minutes to beach and 20 to surf places and restaurants.
