The shower did not get hot.

The open all experience from the time.I started the booking process until I checked out one exception, and theakfast was like extra plus thank you so much.

Loved the convenience of the location the workers at front desk were really nice

It was clean and staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable

AC was not really cold. TV volume would not go up past 24 and with the AC going we couldn't hear it. So that was 😁 fun

El hotel está super bien!! es lindo y está muy bien ubicado. El desayuno es variado, obviamente es un desayuno típico de hotel de USA: cereal, varios tipos de yogurt, pan tajado, café, huevos de caja, etc.. pero hay varias opciones para diferentes gustos. La ubicación es perfecta! dependiendo de la época del año se puede caminar hacia la playa o hacia el muelle, nosotros por el calor no lo hacíamos, fuimos en una de la semanas más calientes del año. El personal es super atento y está siempre pendiente de lo que necesites.

Tiene un cuarto de lavado y secado, pero con costo :(

The staff was very accommodating allowed us to check in early to help with being able to rest and relax while enjoying the beach

The room we were in had a very strong mildew odor it smelled like it was mopped with dirty mops you could only tolerate it with the air at a low number to to make itreally cold in the room which made it uncomfortable to get any sleep for myself. The bathroom had a smell like wet towels had been hanging up after they were not dried properly

A fuir ! Très mauvaise expérience. Nous avons trouvé un cafard dans notre chambre, ce qui est totalement inacceptable, surtout après avoir payé 430 $ la nuit. Le plus dérangeant a été la réaction de la personne sur place qui a nié qu’il s’agissait d’un cafard au lieu de simplement reconnaître le problème. À ce prix-là, on s’attend à un minimum de propreté et d’hygiène. Nous ne nous sommes évidemment plus senties à l’aise dans la chambre après cette découverte. Une expérience très décevante. Je ne recommande malheureusement pas cet établissement.

Everything from the lobby to the rooms and the pool was very clean. The pool was wonderful and the room was comfortable. There was a good selection of breakfast foods.

There is no shade around the pool, so because it was so hot, the seating was so uncomfortable to sit on. Maybe some umbrellas would help.

Location was fine, but would have liked to be a closer walk to the beach.

Loved the pool but should be able to swim at night with an adult present. Lady at the front desk during the day was great and friendly.

Only thing I didn’t like was waking up to a giant cockroach in the bathroom on my towels. If they would have accommodated me, it would have been better

Staff were great, the room was very clean, towels were provided as requested and needed. The amenities were very clean. The breakfast was really good. Will definitely be coming back.

Staff was amazing and accommodating, Location is great; we were able to walk to dinner spots and various excursions. Breakfast was yummy. Pool was well kept.

For the price I expected better updates within the rooms. Things such as the toilet paper holder was broken. Duvet was stained on one of the beds.

Their customer service is terrible. I tried emailing and calling several times and got no response. I was trying to get a refund because 30 minutes after we checked in we had to leave and drive home for a family emergency.

The walls are a little thin. It’s ok. People just need to have some respect for others need for rest. It wasn’t bad. The coffee needs something. But I like strong coffee…

I loved the location to the beach, shopping, and dining. The staff was personable and helpful. The breakfast at the hotel was good; but I was surprised that the meat choice was the same daily. In my experience, the meat choice usually changes from day to day.

I would like to have seen the breakfast meat choices change from day to day. Literally, eveything else was fine.

I enjoyed the pool. the breakfast and location of hotel next to beach, boardwalk and Breeza.

Housekeeping was not attentive to our needs. We had to get our own hand towels and wash cloths. When they ran out we had to reuse our bath towels. Staff was not super urgent or great. When we left to go to the beach, none of our towels were thrown out or our bed was made. Also, we wanted to book another night, however it would have cost us 229. Too expensive for one night.

The location was great, the room size was exactly what we needed. The pool was very nice, the water was comfortable to swim in and the area was very relaxing.

There was no daily maid service. Also, there was no closet in the room and the TV volume was low. In addition, originally we booked for 2 nights but then i extended it another day. The owner would not match the rate for the 3rd night. It was about 100 dollars more. I felt the fee paid was not what the hotel itself was worth.

I loved everything about my stay except the one elvator.

They had a working elevator, good location to the beach, 32 inches tv with lots of good channels, close non paid parking, outdoor pool. They had muffins and cereal available for breakfast with a little wait for the waffle maker.

My room was not cleaned. The floor was dirty. There was hair in the sheets as if they hadn't been changed. There were crumbs and dirt on the floor by the bed and under the desk. There visibly dirty stains and long stringy hair by the air condition by the door to the bathroom and in the bathroom, there was dust on the bed board and under the bed, and there was dirt under the table. I was really not impressed after the rave reviews of the clean. It was very dusty, and it didn't appear that my room had been clean prior to me coming there. The only thing was the beds were made up, but when I pulled back the sheets there was long string of hair in the bed. There was also a stain on the bottom of the second queen bed. It looked disgusting like someone had thrown up. The bathroom shower and mirrors looked like they had not been cleaned properly. I was in room 204 so check under the mattress and bed and hopefully whoever was supposed to clean it before my stay on July 17th gets addressed

My neighbors. The Room next to mine, 208 was very loud and noisy. Their child kept coming to my door shaking the door handle. Running up and down the aisle. Stomping for whatever reasons in their room. I did reach out to the Front Desk. And the Lady did come up to speak to them.

Everyone was wonderful and the hotel was in an excellent location. We stayed in a family suite and it was so nice letting the kids have the bunk bed.

This is by far the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed. The staff were exceptional and the breakfast was wonderful as well. The pool was also very well-maintained.

I didn't dislike anything. However, the only issue I encountered was upon my initial check-in because I was put into a room with a non-working shower door. The staff apologized multiple times and had me moved to a new room within less than 5 minutes.

Staff was Great, breakfast was good, cleanliness was good but could have been better. Walk to the boardwalk wasn't bad about a half mile. there was a variety of restaurants to choose from close to the Hotel.

Was very disappointed with the pool, the water was very cloudy and the pool had so much stuff floating in it. I took the skimmer and spent an hour skimming the pool so that my family and I felt better about swimming in it. The blow dryer in Our room was missing the screen on the back and my daughters hair got sucked into the dryer and was burned and twisted into a huge knot.

It was very comfortable and cozy. Not far from the beach. Good price for what I got.

It’s something no one can control but I didn’t like that the walls felt thin. As in I can hear the room next to me with ease and I didn’t like that. But like I said, can’t control that.

While it was July 4th, it being last minute and more than one room available, a “family” discount to fill the room the day before would have been expected…$800 for a family of 5 for one night in one suite just was a lot

The place was excellent, clean, the room was perfect, staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The place smelt great. Really enjoyed staying there and would recommend it to everyone. Breakfast staff was great also.

The breakfast was decent enough. Eggs were watery like literal water in the bottom of the pan. But the pancakes were good.

The beds were crazy uncomfortable and the walls are so thin I could hear EVERYTHING including just regular conversations which is probably why the tv volume only goes above a whisper. The AC unit was very loud as well. Bring your own pillows!

The hotel was great for the price with great breakfast along with the location was convent to tons of amenities' along with not being that far away from the beach area too.

Only thing that was little annoying was not being told about having to come get extra room keys as our first set only worked for first night and didn't work the next day and wasn't told at check in that we would need to come down the following morning for new set of room keys.

Breakfast was okay. We could walk to everything but it was a 15 minute walk becauseyou have to pay to park everywhere now. Room was wonderful.

The nice lady who checked us in gave us all the information we needed about amenities and answered a few questions I had thoroughly, all the while smiling! She was very informative. The complementary breakfast was tasty and plenty of options.

It shared a parking lot with a retail store and the pool closed too early. There was only room cleaning after a 2nd night of stay. No ice maker on upper floors.
