The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was great. The location couldn't be beat.

The parking area could be bigger and better controlled to keep the boardwalk visitors from parking there, especially since guests pay for parking.

For 500 dollars a night total ripoff. Had to pay for parking at the hotel as well. Pool was filthy cloudy. Rugs were nasty and the inside of the hotel was old and not a value for 500 a night. Free Breakfast was cheap food that was worse than fast food. This is a Hilton and it was more like a days inn. I will not be coming back.

I loved everything about it

This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at any hotel and for it to be called Marriott is embarrassing. When I checked in, I had to wait a half hour for someone to even help me and then my room was not available that I booked, and instead of telling me, the man just handed me two room keys, which I didn’t understand since I had only booked one sweep. They were not very accommodating and I was told that they could give me a full refund and he knew that the Hampton Inn had availability. The reason I couldn’t accept the two rooms they were giving me was because I had two children with me and they gave me rooms that were not connected. All they could say was they were sorry. The hotel is rundown and when we checked in there are two elevators in one of them was not working today when I got back from being out I come to find out that now the second elevator does not work. My room is on the 10th floor. I was OK to make it up with the kids, but my sister who is 73 could not do it so for the past four hours, she has been sitting in the lobby and when you ask what they say is they’re working on it. Im posting pictures of the gate into the pool area that is in really bad shape. I could take more but it’s just so disturbing to me that that’s enough I could go on with how disgusted I am with this experience but I think that says enough, I would never stay at this hotel again nor recommended to anyone and as far as I’m concerned being a Marriott Gould elite member I can’t even say that I would recommend Marriott at this point.

PERFECT location! Got a beach front room~ EXCELLENT! It was clean and the service was great! There are 100 rooms -- and all 100 were booked! There is designated parking, and 1 car per room! Due to the busy location, it's good that it's actually quiet and quite secure! Room was clean, beds were comfortable, and zero complaints! Image breakfasts for allll 100 rooms of people wanting a good meal before hitting the beach! Staff working there in the kitchen were unbelievable -- I was so impressed, I asked their names: Erin, Loren, Jill and Tara! Front desk staff were great too!

As soon as we walked through the doors we were greeted by friendly staff. The hotel was very clean for being right on the beach (think sand everywhere). The morning breakfast was good and the options were what you would expect. The location was great! We parked our car and didn’t move it the entire trip. You are literally right on the boardwalk and steps from the beach. We enjoyed the pool(although a bit small) as well as the beach. And there is a tiki bar right at the pool!!

All the staff we came in contact with was friendly and helpful.

The ONLY thing I would change about our stay are the mattresses. Especially one of them in our room, it seemed to be worn out. Other than that there’s nothing we had to complain about.

I had a great stay at this hotel! Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall experience was excellent. Jeremy at the front desk was especially helpful—he was extremely respectful, professional, and welcoming throughout my stay. His customer service really stood out and made the experience even better. I genuinely enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again!

The location was perfect. Parked my car and never moved it because everything was within walking distance. Room was comfortable, staff was so nice. Tiki bar was a great amenity a couple steps away from the pool.

Water pressure in the shower was really low. Breakfast wasn't ideal...theres 2 large waffle irons and 1 mini waffle iron (makes 4 small waffles).. one guest hogged 2 waffle irons to make waffles for his whole family. So there was a line building up. Waffle mix dispensers both broke so a staff member had to stand there and scoop out batter for each guest. (With gloves of course). And juice dispenser was out of orange juice :(

Expected a view of the ocean but didn't have one...couldn't find parking

We loved the location with an easy walk to practically everywhere we needed to go.

Parking in the area can be a challenge. Only one vehicle per room so if you are double booking with out of town friends or family be sure to carpool.

Great location on the beach and boardwalk. Quick access to arcade and carnival rides. Great pig restaurant and ice cream and candy store

The room door wouldn't lock and had to wait while someone reprogrammed the lock. Parking was a problem a few of the days. No open spaces and you still get charged $10 a day to park

Very difficult to open sliding door in room. No bath soap or spare toilet paper was in room when we checked in. Front desk gave me some immediately but I shouldn't have to go get it especially if cleaning crew only comes every other day. Rubber gasket under door needs repair. I had to move it around so I could open door. Nothing left at coffee station to stir coffee and no way to heat up coffee in the afternoon. I don't like that the beach chair/umbrella rental company takes all the prime spots first thing every morning and many times no one even rents or uses the chair. A handicap bar near the toilet would be nice.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this beachfront hotel. While the location was beautiful, the condition of the room completely ruined the experience. The room had a strong musty odor from the moment we walked in, making it feel damp and unclean. To make matters worse, we found roaches in the room, which is absolutely unacceptable for any hotel, especially one charging premium beach rates. The shower was another major issue. The water pressure was so low that taking a shower was frustrating and took much longer than it should have. The beach location is the only reason I'm giving any stars at all. Management needs to address the cleanliness, pest control, and maintenance issues immediately. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel to others.

I loved the fact that it’s oceanfront that is if you get an ocean front room like I did

The carpet in the hallways seem dated and definitely my bedroom was dated. The beds felt like I was sleeping on a rock not comfortable at all. The curtains had holes in them and part of them didn’t even work.

Oceanfront hotel - on boardwalk with great breakfast, tikki bar and pool. Very family friendly and clean. Jill in breakfast made our trip. She remembers our family by name and makes us feel so welcome. It is so nice to see the same faces each year we return.

Let me tell you about this place. To me it is perfection the breakfast was delicious. Walking into the hotel you immediately get relaxed and it’s like my home away from home. Plus being right there on the beach makes it worth it. I can’t wait to come back again.

The hotel was right on the beach, it had easy access to the boardwalk. The staff was very polite and helpful when we had questions about activities to do around there. The breakfast was nice, it had a lot of variety from waffles to fresh fruit and they always had hot coffee and tea options throughout the day.
