Reviewed Mar 27, 2026My wife and I stayed at Zen Studios for 10 days during a work trip to Gurgaon and had a very good experience. The room was clean and comfortable, service was good, and the kitchen was well equipped with all the necessary utensils and essentials, which made our longer stay very convenient. We also appreciated the self-laundry facility and the quality of the food. A special mention to Payal and her team — they were always helpful, polite, and prompt in service. The location is excellent for anyone working in the DLF Cyber City area.
The only improvement area would be the Wi-Fi, which was patchy at times and affected some online meetings.

The studio apartment was spotless, modern, and super comfortable – think plush king bed, sleek kitchenette with all essentials, and a rainfall shower that was pure bliss after long workdays. The location is unbeatable: steps from top eateries, offices, and metro connectivity, yet the space felt like a peaceful retreat with its thoughtful design and natural light. What stood out most was the impeccable service – quick responses to every request, fresh linens daily, and even personalized tips on local spots. Value for money is top-notch; I felt pampered without breaking the bank. I'll be back for sure and recommending it to all my colleagues in hospitality and business!

The sheets did not appear fresh on arrival, staff acted promptly when requested to review. The room smelt strongly of sink tablets/urinary tablet, which were overwhelming strong at times but was reassuring to know it was clean. The breakfast was limited and we only attended for 1/4 days.

My room was nice and clean, and it was equipped with a small kitchen which would probably be very useful for those staying for more than one night. The bed was large and comfy, and the air conditioner worked well. The apartment was spacious with all the basic amenities, toiletries and kitchen utensils provided. The staff was very courteous and ensured full privacy. The food was also good and tasty, with a fast service.

Though didn't get much time to spent in the roof top open area, it is good enough for a small group to hang out under the sky. The food was also good and tasty, with a fast service.
The provided smart TV wasn't smart enough. It wasn't functioning properly and wasn't able to stream YouTube though the app was showing on the TV. Also, the fence dividing the balcony space could have been better designed to ensure full privacy from the neighbours.

They overcharged my food bills for 3 days and had I not checked it I would have landed up paying Rs. 1000 more. This should never happen and would have never happened with the earlier team of Rahul.
As I said the service has been disspaonting this time to say the least.

We were located on the ground floor which was always dark, and cold. The room was not clean as we expected, there was a used bottle of water from previous guests in the Fridge, bed sheets were not as clean as we expected, we saw some trails of dirt. During the night people it was loud, and this was not an exception, it happened every night during our stay. Breakfast was poor and more adjusted to local people. There were cereals only and boiled eggs as the alternative. Overall not a value for the money.
