1. Unlike some airbnb properties, Bedchambers have a professional team to handle house keeping and they are very responsive to any complaints you might have. 2. The wifi is super reliable with 200 to 500 Mbps speeds. 3. Cleanliness is good. 4. It's spacious. 5. AC is very good and they use the ACs from one of the world's best brands - Daikin 6. I complained regarding the exhaust fan not working on the bath area and they promptly fixed it within a few hours by replacing it. They also let me know over whatsapp the status since I was away at that time.

1. The soaps and shampoos - Maybe they could have used it from a known company like Biotique or something similar. That would give more confidence in using them. I bought pears liquid soap and Biotique shampoo instead since I was not very comfortable with the fragrance of the soap given. 2. The dishwash liquid soaps kept at the Kitchen can be of higher quality or from a known brand.

Check-in was quick. We felt comfortable in the apartment. The room had modern furniture and was clean, which was very pleasing. We slept well because there was no noise from the street.

It would be great if there was at least a little tea, sugar, and salt in the apartment. Because when you move in, you don't always have the desire to run for such trifles.

Location was good, it’s just on border of Delhi Gurugram

One of the exhaust fan caught fire in our room. We were very scared but staff took care of the fire very quickly. That was very scary!!!

The room was exceptionally clean, tidy, and fully equipped, even with all the necessary kitchen tools. The staff paid great attention to cleanliness and responded promptly whenever needed. The environment was safe, peaceful, and free from any disturbances. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

Väldigt fin och väldigt stor lägenhet. Rymlig balkong med trevlig, öppen utsikt över område med mycket grönska. Kändes lite som att bo på ett lyxhotell på sätt och vis. Nära flygplatsen. Endast 20 minuter med taxi. Galleria med allt du kan tänkas behöva inte långt bort och modern tunnelbana inom 5-10 minuters promenadavstånd. Pågår en del byggarbeten precis i närområdet, men det störde inte särskilt mycket och de kanske är klara när du kommer dit, vem vet.

När jag kom till hotellet fick jag ett rum med en balkong som helt saknade utsikt (de hade satt för ett skydd så att man inte kunde se ut, oklart varför) trots att det tydligt stod när jag bokade att det skulle vara trädgårdsutsikt. Eftersom utsikten var en viktig anledning till att jag bokade ett så pass dyrt hotellrum klagade jag. De två personer som fanns i receptionen då sa bara att de tyvärr inte hade några rum med utsikt lediga och att de inte heller kunde ge tillbaks pengarna så att jag kunde flytta eller ens ge en rabatt för att kompensera felet. Efter att jag envist insisterat och bett att få träffa hotellmanagern så fick de till slut fram ett rum på våningen under som hade den utsikt jag hade blivit lovad vid bokningen. Jag vill inte avråda från att boka det här hotellet, då jag i övrigt var jättenöjd med allt, men jag råder alla att be hotellet bekräfta att villkoren i bokningen stämmer med vad som står på Booking.com innan ni betalar förskottsbetalningen som de kräver.

Заселение только с 14.00. Рядом стройка, но хорошие стеклопакеты спасают ситуацию. В шаговой доступности нет ресторана, возможно заказ еды можно сделать на ресепшене, я не уточнила.

Staying at Bedchambers Service Apartment in Gurgaon was an absolute delight and amazing experience! From the moment I checked in, I was impressed by the modern amenities, cleanliness, and attentive staff. The apartment was spacious and beautifully furnished.

The apartment is very beautiful and has a great ambience rooms are nice and have everything you need to have a comfortable stay, breakfast was very good with a good variety , the staff was almost perfect, some people were very attentive and supportive.

Hotel of thieves , they steal your stuff. Poor service, nothing comes on time, not even in the restaurant. Very shabby and staff is not friendly at all.

Uncomfortable Bed is my prime concern. Under maintenance so we couldn’t sleep properly And the staff doesn’t realise after charging so much they are asking for more money

The most uncomfortable BED i have ever slept on. It’s very bad when you name your hotel Bed Chambers and provide a 3rd class Bed to the costumers. Also Ms. Shivani has no sense of talking how she constantly called for a check out since 9 am when the breakfast was not even served. Too bad on service i will not recommend it to anyone

The room was fine, but the washroom was 1.5 feet x 1.5 feet. Didn't know that hotels have such poor bath areas. Also, their practices are pretty outrageous. When you book on the website, you are informed that the reservation is done and payment to be made at the time of check-in. However, once you reserve, you get a message from the hotel insisting that you an advance or the reservation will not be valid. Also, they expect you to check out by 10 am, which is also not mentioned in the reservation mail. Nice place, but outrageous practices.

The room was spacious for a 4 day stay. The mattress was quite uncomfortable during the first night but was changed as soon as we let the staff know

-staff are very collaborative and respectful, room very clean with good odor, bed is so comfortable, bathroom prepared with all equipments required for shower and other things, and i really like the food its so tasty especially " chicken tikka masala ". - i highly recommend the NCLEX examiners to book with bedchambers its near to timetower almost 100 meters from the property.

Many things.. 1) Drinking Water: Unlike most service apartments we have used in NCR, this one doesn’t have a water filter for drinking water… one is dependent on bottled water which can be a challenge during the summer time! 2) Access card: although they have digital locks, they refuse to provide a second access card, even though you are staying as a family. Very inconvenient and unusual!😞 3) Gym facilities: The property has a gym it’s chargeable and their is no special rates for long term guests. As the streets have numerous vendors, stray dogs and pollution, it’s desirable to have some arrangement for the access to gym

The staff start calling for check-out at 9 AM while their check-in time for next guests is 2 PM. They lie about their next guests waiting and spoil your morning sleep. Who needs 4 hours to make up a room?! Pathetic service in this regard even after requesting politely for a 12 PM check-out.

We really like our stay in this apartment. They have a restaurant in the building and the food are great and cheap. Try their buttered chicken and honey chili chicken. The room is spacious and very clean. They will ask you daily if you want housekeeping service. The staff are great and helpful, though they are not fluent in English they will try their best to help you. Check in process was quick and easy. No hidden charges. The location is great as well. Close to multiple malls and fast food restaurant. Room has 2 airconditioner.

I wish I just book for 3 nights because when we did early checkin at 0600am , we were charged 4000 INR which is more for the charge for a night. The linens and sheets could be better. Hair dryer could be improved as well.
