Place and wheather

Beautiful location and experience. Room was clean and spacious, equipped with refrigerator and all necessities.

Fan would be a good addition.

Location was extremely good… staff were superb, ready to help you any time .

Everything was superb

it was an excellent experience. The location and ambience are outstanding.the Dome interior is also aesthetically and optimally designed. The view ,especially at night and the kind of power of silence that one enjoys gives an out of the world experience.proprietor mr,Shaju and his team comprising of Saji,Sandeep (who provided morning tea exactly at 6.30am), and the chef Nazar were excellent ,friendly and helpful.Food was authentic and very homely. We being vegetarians,Nazar was kind enough to prepare veg biriyani, pathiri as well as idiyappam to our demand and the vegetarian dishes were extremely tasty. Also the very simple lunch of rice, sambar and payar thoran. The entire place sitting just on and in the tea estate is kept exceptionally clean and hygenic with strict vigilance on plastic wastes.you get a kind of feel that you get when you are in austrian villages.very magical indeed.

I think the management can think of making some provisions for senior citizens and physically disabled folks, for whom the approach to the dome may be difficult.but this must be done without destroying the ethnic charm that is there now.

Location, food and friendly staff.

Nothing specific. However, the route to the property could have been maintained properly.

A perfect place to relax. The property is located in the middle of the Tea Garden and it's good in all the parameters- location, local cuisine and hospitality. Special Thanks to Shaiju, shaji and Naushad for making this trip unforgettable.

It was very serene. The dome stay was very peaceful away from the hustle. The staff was also very cooperative and friendly. Met the owner(shaji) as well he told us about places to visit, thanks to him for allowing us to get some tea leaves back with us. The rooms were very clean and had all the necessary supplies one would expect at this price. Loved the place overall, would surely recommend to stayback and relax.
