Reviewed Dec 30, 2025Location and the owner was amazing, its our 2nd time we tried for a 3rd but it was booked, we have stayed at many places at the loop and each place had it own charm this place is our favorite, it smells good and always very clean
The TV was a little confusing but we hardly ever watch TV

Reviewed Oct 1, 2025Apartment in a high-rise building, located on the 15th floor with an amazing view. The room is beautifully designed, with hot water, a comfortable bed, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils. There’s also an excellent air conditioner and refrigerator. The room is clean and stunning. Perfect location, right next to the large Limketkai shopping mall. In short, it’s perfect!
I loved everything. I couldn’t find a single thing to improve. I will definitely come back again.

Reviewed Jan 22, 2025We had a very good stay at this hotel. The room was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, and the place was clean and peaceful. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient, which made everything hassle-free.
The light switch in the comfort room is placed inside the shower, which feels a bit dangerous. The CR is also quite small, and there’s no 24/7 convenience store nearby.

The best part I loved aside from the accessibility to the mall and other places nearby is the idea of the COMFORT ROOMS privacy. There is privacy of the powder room, shower room, and toilet also to mentioned the amenities provided free of use. I strongly recommend this room and will surely come back in the future leisure.

Reviewed Jul 31, 2024Studio unit was nice and inviting. As soon as you walked in you could tell it was clean and fresh, very welcoming. I was very accommodating for sleeping.
Bathroom was small and cumbersome to get into. Shower door was difficult to slide and should be changed but imagine that was the standard when the unit was obtained.

Reviewed May 27, 2024Very convenient location with 7 11 just next to the building. In front of the building is a shopping mall and provide eateries as well. Easy check-in/ check out experience. Easy access to public transport too. Will definitely stay again.
The caretaker did not respond to my messages despite texting several times on WhatsApp and text messages. It was the owner that responded instead. Would appreciate more responsive attitude in near future.

Reviewed Mar 29, 2024The condo unit is complete with amenities. There’s free water and cookies, tea and coffee. Bed was really comfortable. And it has a nice view of the mountain of Cagayan de Oro. It’s also near a lot of establishments, banks, government offices, and the Limketkai Mall.
It’s a small thing but toilet paper was missing in the bathroom, so I just used the facial tissue paper available in the living room area.

Reviewed Jun 1, 2023I love the unit and it’s location. it has an awesome view esp when you wake up. the internet and Netflix was working very well. walking distance to Limketkai where you can buy the things you need. coffee project is a few steps away. The owner is very accommodating and the staff too.

nothing comes to mind. I’ve noticed that most apartments in Phillipines don’t have power point in the bathroom and also there is no hot water tab to regulate in the sink. Hard to shave in cold water or style and dry your hair without mirror.

Reviewed Jan 18, 2023Location is in Limketkai Center which is close to every major roads and destinations in Cagayan de Oro City. The unit has its own kitchen, refrigerator and other equipment. The unit is clean and the bed and pillows comfortable. It has a foyer giving the accommodation a nice view. Since it is on 15F, the place is also quiet. Good even for a week of stay.

Reviewed Dec 28, 2022Brand new and everything is very neat which is rare to find, dust-free! Appears the same as the photos. Bed was very comfortable, clean and brand new towels, liquid hand soaps both in bathroom and kitchen, the iron and ironing board, excellent quality. Check-in went very smooth. The host was very responsive and the caretakers were very helpful and polite. I also like the availability of vacuum so I was able to clean the floor during my stay.
The hot shower was not heating up well but tolerable. Also, would be great if there was microwave and a plate rack, the main bathroom door making it difficult to enter the toilet due to the limited space but these are not deal breakers at all.
