Prime Studio at The Loop Tower

The room is on the 5th floor, not on the top floor as advertised. Street noise was very disturbing, WiFi was not working, and there were no streaming services available.

Very close to Malls and business areas.

Pay for onsite parking. Only other choice is get lucky with street parking in an extremely busy area. Shower hose leaks more water than what came out of shower head. Needs replacing (maybe use parking fee to upgrade) Apartment on 5th floor, there are 26 floors and the elevators are very slow. Most of the time both elevators were above 20th floor. Be patient.

Great location and easy to find. Close to malls and other services. Room is on 20th floor with great views of mountains and bay from balcony. Bed was comfortable. The small cooking area was perfect for cooking breakfast. Supermarket is just across the road. Very pleasant stay. It felt like home and not a motel.

Had to pay an extra php350 per night for onsite parking. Onsite Free parking is part of the booking description but we still had to pay. There is street parking in the area, but good luck getting one.

just minor one, i think the electric kettle was not functioning. however, i just boiled water using pan and electric stove.

Loop tower is close to malls and sit in a perfect location. View is good. And the room is very cozy and clean, no cockroaches. Owner is nice.

Might have to contact or remind the owner on the room number before you arrived, or you would be hold by the guard.

The place is within the commercial center. It is an easy access to the bus terminal, van terminal to the airport. I like the overlooking view from the balcony.

The plumbing in the lavatory was not good.

Closed to shopping centers and very accesible to almost everything. The Owner see to it that all are there.

House rules should be a little bit high enough that you can read it while standing and pls write below on it the wifi and password. Recommend a double lock from inside for added safety.

The place is very accessible and easy to find. The security guards at the building are so kind and helpful.

The instruction was not communicated well at the start of what is the room number and where to get the key upon check in and where to leave it upon check out as well. When we inquire thru text message or PMed, there was a slight delay in the reply. When call was done, nobody is answering the contact number also. Instructions were not clearly communicated. No wi-fi is available inside the room.

I like the location.

I don’t like that they don’t have other lock other than the main door knob. while sleeping at night, I got paranoid, what if someone will open the door using the spare key. Makakapasok talaga kasing walang ibang pang lock. and yung kinakatakotan kong mangyari, nangyari nga at around 11:20am. pa out na sana kami just waiting for our grab and the owner opened the unit. i was anxious about it the whole stay. the cr smells bad too.🙁

Very clean unit with a nice view of the city and Limketki Mall and only a 5 minute walk to the mall. The host was also friendly and responsive.

Being a condo, it can be a long wait for the elevator. Also, I was told to pay P350 per day for parking which was unexpected. Lastly, it's a studio unit, so it’s very small.

The very first thing that I like is the location. It is so accessible, for both leisure and official transactions. Second, room rate is fair. Not too pricey. Instructions on how to check-in and out was clear and the room is clean and comfortable. We will surely book again. 🤗

Free parking area is always full. So you need to really be patient in waiting and looking for a vacant one.

We Did not like the woman security guard , found her very unhelpful and rude! That is the only down fall

the room is nice, city view and sunset, laundry is near by. better to go SM mall for more food options and shoping.

the roo ism was all we needed on the 19th floor great view of the city . anna was always on hand and the guards made our holiday so helpfull and friendly especially guba and sanchez sorry for the spelling

Exceptional. We would love to go back there soon. The aesthetic appeal of the place in totality tops our list. The host is very accomodating.

What could have been better is the owner should find a better induction cooker and better functioning exhaust. The room smells sadly whenever we cook and I dont think the exhaust functions as it should.

The location of the condominium is accessible. The room is clean and well maintained.

There’s no clear direction provided on the check-in process. As I entered the building, I had to sign my details in the log book. Then the security had to send me to the admin office to fill-up more details and they had to photocopy my ID. I was not even informed on what was it about. I felt uneasy since I have never experienced that kind of treatment to a guest before. Filling-up the form felt more like of an investigation. Which was a weird experience. While I was about to finish filling up the forms, I received a message saying that the a lady is already waiting in the lobby to guide me about my check-in. There was no communication between the owner of the room and the admin of the building. My check-in process took around 15min.
