Triplex in the very heart of lisbon

La ubicación en el centro es muy cerca a todas las atracciones, zona de restaurantes y supermercados. Cerca al tranvia. Económico, excelente relación calidad precio.

Falta manteniendo en los electrodomésticos de la cocina, y algún menaje como paños para limpiar.

Ubicación edificio y la decoración con carácter y encanto

Las escaleras, baño en la 3ers planta, mango ducha no tenía, no había espejo

_ spatially it is very interesting, with three overlapping floors. _ it is located in a good area, very close to the city center within walking distance.

_ the middle floor (kitchen) smelled a bit strange, like oil, so I had to sleep on the lower floor. _ the bed on the lower floor is slightly tilted; I’m not sure if it’s because of the floor or the bed itself. With just a bit of good taste in the decoration, the apartment would improve a lot; there are quite a few very old pieces of furniture that really detract from the overall look and give a poor impression... however, the value for money is very good.

Expérience catastrophique, la veille de mon arrivée on me dit qu'on va me donner un autre appartement pour le même prix car il y a un problème sur le mien. Le nouveau est au rez-de-chaussée, une seule pièce, avec porte très fine donnant sur la route à 50cm du lit, on a l'impression que les gens vont venir dormir avec vous, il n'avait pas l'air d'avoir été nettoyé car insectes morts un peu partout et surtout draps sales ! Le lendemain je récupère l'appartement pour lequel j'avais payé. Il est conforme aux photos et assez propre. Le seul problème est que l'appartement du dessous a du être loué à un dealeur car de 8h du soir à 9h du matin, il y a eu des passages incessants (minimum 5/6 personnes par heure) avec des portes qui claquent et font trembler les murs. Sur 2 jours j'ai du dormir 4h... Horrible.

The location

As soon as we walked into the apartment we were hit with this intense damp smell, like an antique shop smell but worse. Then up the stairs in the kitchen / bedroom, the place stunk of cigarettes, I mean the smell was everywhere. Even the bedsheets had a bad cigarette smell. In the first 30 minutes of us arriving, I took a shower. I came downstairs and there was water (brown water) dripping from the LIGHT FIXTURE.( I had seen a previous review from 2021 saying this exact thing happened to them, but I naively assumed that they would have fixed it in the 4 years, but there was damp patches on the roof) Anyway I obviously panicked because I thought there was risk of electrocution, so I texted the owner saying we just arrived and I showered for less than 10 minutes and the roof is leaking. The owner was very unhelpful and told me they have never had this problem before. Which is just simply untrue as there was previous reports of this happening, and the ceiling had damp marks. Anyway the owner almost acted as if it was our fault. And then I was like well what's up with like the electricity like can we use the lights?? And the owner just replied saying it's no problem (?). The owner said to "point the water more towards the wall" and that was the only solution. At one point after a shower the water started dripping from the light fixture while the light was on. I mean, just crazy stuff I had such high hopes for this place and genuinely am not one to leave negative reviews of a place but this place was beyond bad. Everytime we left the apartment and came back we would be hit with that smell again. And the owner was just so unhelpful. I recommend finding anywhere else to stay.

Insects everywhere , very bad bed, bed wasn't clean. Everywhere smoking smell, one night during my stay the electricity was out of order. The man came the next day, very disappointed.

Il Wi-Fi non funzionava e cadeva acqua dal soffitto

De woning is gelegen aan een rustige, smalle straat in de oude wijk Bairro Alto (Misericordia). Alle bezienswaardigheden van Lissabon zijn vanuit hier goed te voet of met de tram (de befaamde lijn 28) te bereiken. Vlakbij zijn vele minimarktjes die tot laat open zijn en een supermarkt (Auchan). Het is een eeuwenoud, historisch gebouw, maar met alle nodige moderne faciliteiten. Het interieur is erg smaakvol, met retro elementen zoals het meubilair. Ook zijn er mooie decoraties aan de muur. De sleutels zitten in een kluisje bij een raam naast de voordeur aan de straat. Je komt het gebouw binnen via een trap naar de tweede verdieping. Daar komt je een slaapkamer binnen met een tweepersoonsbed en een leuk, klein balkon met een mooi uitzicht op de Rua Vale. Nog een smalle, maar goed begaanbare trap hoger kom je in de keuken annex woonkamer, ook met een tweepersoonsbed. Er staat een ruime ronde tafel met stoelen. Het bed ligt uitstekend. De keuken is goed voorzien, met onder meet voldoende bestek en een magnetron. Nog een trap (deze is tamelijk steil) leidt naar de mooie, moderne badkamer met een uitstekende douche, wc en een kleine wastafel. Er liggen voldoende handdoeken. Een raampje biedt uitzicht over de omringende daken. Het appartement is erg rustig: van de buren heb ik geen enkel geluid gehoord. Wel kun je de tram horen, die om de hoek voorbij komt. Als je daarvan last hebt, kun je het beste de ramen sluiten. En gedurende mijn laatste twee dagen waren in het pand ernaast sloopwerkzaamheden aan de gang, waardoor wel wat lawaai te horen was. De hele woning is perfect schoon. Het contact met host verliep bijzonder goed: hij beantwoordde mijn vragen via het Booking platform supersnel en bevredigend. Al met al een prachtige, historische, en comfortabele woning midden in het oude Lissabon. Tip: als je met de taxi komt, controleer dan of de chauffeur naar de juiste Rua Vale gaat. Mijn chauffeur reed eerst naar een vrijwel gelijknamige straat in een heel andere wijk.

Een extra afstapje onder aan de trap naar de badkamer, omdat de afstand tussen de onderste tree en de vloer vrij groot is.

Es un apartamento con encanto, es una casa lisboeta totalmente, con una localización muy buena a 10-15 minutos andando del Chiado (cuesta arriba), la parada del tranvía 28 prácticamente delante de la casa.

La única incomodidad sería la presencia de escaleras estrechas y de peldaños altos (no aptas para todo el mundo) para subir al apartamento y dentro del apartamento.
