Location, architecture, overall quality and stellar staff.

Lovely boutique hotel. Great location.

Loved this hotel..! Stayed for 6 nights and we really enjoyed our stay. The staff were outstanding - so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice (and the BEST coffee)..! Our room was big and the bed super comfortable. Love the location close to Patan Darbar Square. We absolutely loved our stay here and would happily stay again.

The breakfast was excellent and the staff was outstanding! There is nothing more to be said.

Classic upgraded space. Rooms are small but comfortable, bathroom is well equipped, clean, good shower, nice amenities. Close to Durbar Square and interesting shops, cafes and restaurants. Staff is super accommodating

The location is perfect - A side street just off the main square away from the hustle and bustle of Patnam Durbar Square. Rooms were nice and spacious and well-appointed. The staff were really helpful, especially Shova on reception and Anaida who gave me great local suggestions for food and activities. Ala carte Breakfast was nice and I ate their Thali which was good too. Thankyou for your warm welcome and stay. I would recommend.

TV Didn't work in room. The hotel listing on Booking.com said there was a free airport shuttle which wasn't available and so I had to arrange my own. The hotel was a little difficult for the taxi to find so you might want to have a map when you get out the taxi. Wifi was a little unstable one night.

Excellent customer service, easy of check in and check out. Wonderful hotel food items as well as restaurant options nearby.

The bed was a bit hard and could have been more comfortable.

This is an exceptional hotel in a great location, yet quiet, professionally managed with a friendly and helpful staff.

Not thing to report-all great!

Amazing staff! They took care of us so well!

N/A would stay here anytime im in Kathmandu

The hotel was exactly the same as when I had stayed the week previously. Only doing this second review to stop Booking.com from emailing me reminders!!

Located just off Durbar Square, the hotel was an oasis of calm in the chaos of Patan

GOOD RECEIVING

GREAT FOOD AND GOOD LOCATION

I cannot fault the stay as a whole. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The food was excellent. The location is perfect for a Patan visit. The rooms and bathrooms were wonderful, clean and well equipped.

The only thing I could mention is that the place can be hard to find for taxi drivers at first but any good taxi driver can call the hotel and someone will even come out to meet you if there are any problems.

The rooms were beautiful, and the location is amazing.

the staff are excellent

bit tricky to find by taxi, the last 100m is a walk

the place was exactly what I needed- a clean comfortable place to stay quickly before heading elsewhere. the staff was excellent, polite and helped me with my bags. breakfast was great and included in the booking! staff also booked a cab for me back to airport which was super convenient.

was looking forward to a hot shower when I arrived but the water was lukewarm at best, unfortunately. the cab driver also had some issues finding the address when I arrived at night which was stressful but it worked out once we were able to get the staff on the phone.
