Apartamento muy amplio, camas muy cómodas. Llimpieza excepcional. El agua de la ducha salía caliente y buena cantidad. Pero a la mampara le falta una hoja y la han sustituido por una cortina de plástico. Tiene muy buenos detalles: sal, azúcar, aceite de girasol, cápsulas de café... Colchones muy buenos y el sofá también cómodo. La terraza muy agradable. La cocina completa de electrodomésticos, pero un poco corta de menaje (platos, vasos y cubiertos). Al lado de un centro comercial con supermercado (Billa). Cuidado: en Viena el comercio cierra a las 18:00. Cerca de transporte público. En Viena el transporte público funciona de maravilla. Decoración graciosa y agradable.

Por poner algo malo, que debería tener más menaje Pero el apartamento es espectacular.

The apartment has two rooms, which makes it an excellent choice for families. The beds were comfortable, and during our two-week stay the apartment was generally very quiet, except for the first evening when a group of young people had a noisy gathering on the neighboring terrace. Fortunately, the noise stopped before nighttime. The apartment is located above a shopping center, yet it remains surprisingly quiet. The owner was very accommodating, allowing us to leave our luggage in the apartment before check-in. They also responded quickly whenever we needed anything. For example, they provided cleaning supplies and a drying rack upon request, and they emptied the trash bins when we asked. The apartment is located about 2 km from the city center and has excellent public transport connections. There are bus, metro, and tram stops nearby, and the West Railway Station is about 1 km away. The shopping center below the apartment has a supermarket, various shops, and plenty of restaurants. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would happily choose this apartment again.

On the downside, although it didn't bother us personally, the apartment would definitely benefit from some renovation, as it has clearly been well used over the years. It could also have been cleaner upon arrival. However, since we stayed for two weeks and cleaning supplies were provided, we were able to clean it to our own standards. The kitchen was rather sparsely equipped. For example, there were only two teaspoons and no frying pan at first, although one was brought to us promptly after we asked. The roller shutter outside the balcony door was broken, so initially we couldn't access the balcony. Fortunately, it was adjusted later, allowing us to use it. One small thing to keep in mind is that when it rains, the outdoor carpet on the balcony gets wet, so it's best not to step onto it wearing only socks. The shower enclosure was missing one side panel, which meant that water easily splashed onto the bathroom floor. We ended up buying a shower curtain ourselves to solve the problem. The building's main entrance remains unlocked 24 hours a day, which is something to be aware of, especially as there were occasionally some suspicious-looking people in the area. Fortunately, there are security cameras in the hallway, and we experienced no problems during our stay. Overall, if you are looking for reasonably priced accommodation close to the city centre and don't mind staying in an apartment that is a little worn but has a responsive and helpful host who genuinely tries to resolve any issues, this is a good choice. Another nice bonus is that the building has a working elevator.

Tolle Lage, direkt im bzw. über der Lugner-City,, einem Einkaufszentrum in Wien-Neubau. Parkgarage direkt darunter. Große Küche/Wohnzimmer mit Tisch und vier Plätzen. Die Wohnung hat zwei Klimaanlagen, für Küche/Wohnzimmer und fürs Schlafzimmer. Preislich auch sehr gut. Bus fast direkt vor der Tür, zur U-Bahn auch nur 5 Minuten.

Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu. Wszystko było w porządku, niczego nam nie brakowało. Na pewno jeszcze wrócimy!

Cet appartement est génial, propre, nous étions 2 adultes. Les équipements fonctionnent très bien grille pain, micro-onde, lit confortable, grand frigidaire, lave vaisselle, machine à café, laveuse, grande salle de bain avec toilette à part etc. La terrasse est grande et tres tranquille.Le Wi-Fi est excellent. L' emplacement sur la ligne brune U6, donne facilement accès au autres lignes ( U3-U4) 15 minutes ou bien si vous préférez marcher c'est à 20-25 minutes de distance. Il est situé au dessus d'un centre de achats tout ce que vous avez besoin (épicerie, pharmacie ou autre) est à 5 minutes de marche. De plus cet emplacement est vraiment tranquille ! Bref je vous recommande cette emplacement de plus, les propriétaires nous on permis d arriver un peu plus tôt ce qui fut très apprécié 😀

Konumu gayet iyiydi. Tuvalet kağıdı ve havlu peçete yeterli miktarda vardı. İlk gün için mutfakta kahve ve çay bulunuyordu.

İlk gece yatağın birine çarşaf konulmamıştı. İkinci gün diğer yatağa da çarşaf serildi. Balkondaki mobilyalar düzensizdi. Buzdolabı daha temiz olabilirdi.

O apartamento corresponde às fotos, era bastante aconchegante e limpo.

No dia do nosso check-out, 1 hora antes de sairmos, alguém começou a destrancar a porta pra entrar no apartamento. Não sabemos quem era, a pessoa apenas perguntou se íamos ficar e explicamos que nosso check-out era em 1 hora e ela saiu. Isso foi estranho, por sorte estávamos todos juntos. Alguém sozinho talvez sentisse um pouco de medo.

The house was clean and quiet. It was near the city center, and shopping malls were very close.

Sehr zentral Nachts ruhig Hat alles was es braucht

La cocina estaba bien equipada.

El baño olía a meado. La ducha le faltaba una mampara y se salía toda el agua. No limpiaron la nevera y dejaron comida de los inquilinos anteriores.

Dobra lokacija. Metro i autobuska stanica odmah ispred. U okviru tržnog centra imate sve što vam treba. Pored imate parking 10e po danu. Dobra i jednostavna komunikacija sa vlasnikom.

Malo da se poradi na održavanju. Ostalo sve ok.

Das Apartment ist recht zentral. Fußläufig alles erreichbar. Parkplätze sind unter dem Gebäude. Sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber.

Terrasse war nicht benützbar weil die kaputte Jalousie davorhing. Und das wie ich in den Bewertungen nachträglich las, schon lange. Die ebenfalls schon länger fehlende Duschwand fand ich auch nicht prickelnd… Das WC gehört ersetzt, der Geruch…

The apartment was clean and spacious. It is perfect for concerts at nearby Wiener Stadthalle. The parking is available in a garage for 18€ per day.

The shower didn't have one side of the sliding door so the water was all over the floor during showering. Also, the toilet paper was much bigger than the toilet paper holder, so it was very hard to use.

The shower cabin was only with one door, so you can not close it properly and water sprays out during shower.

Die Lage war top. Nur ca. 5 min zur Wiener Stadthalle. Das Einkaufszentrum Billa war auch gleich um die Ecke.Für unsere Zwecke zu dritt perfekt. 4 Personen gingen genau so gut . Die Wohnung war sauber. Toilette und Bad waren getrennt, was ich auch gut fand. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Dir Rollos waren defekt, ließen sich nicht aufziehen. Booking com hat mir zwar den Link geschickt mit Adresse und Zimmercode, nicht aber welches Stockwerk! Es war nicht leicht zu finden. Wir sind dann in den Aufzug zum 4. Stock ( Wohnungen) gefahren und dort dann unseren Zimmercode ausprobiert. Waren auch erfolgreich, Gott sei Dank!

-The host was easily contactable -It was very close to a train station and shopping mall -the apartment is clean

1. The bedsheets on the bed needs changing and the mattress topper was badly stained 2. The door to the balcony was difficult to open because when you try to open it, it looks as it its gonna fall on you and because the handle looked wonky, i was scared to fully open it. This was the main reason why i booked this accommodation instead of others. However, the host assured me that i had to open it fully and it wasn’t going to fall in me. Then it was very difficult to open the blinds that leads to it, i crawled underneath it. I didn’t stay long because someone was smoking. 3. We had to go out to buy a bedsheet to use for our stay 4. The bathroom will need another door/screen because water goes on the floor when you use it.

Зручне розташування відносно громадського транспорту, вест банхофу і магазинів. До метро пішки хв 15. Тепло, тихо і чисто. Персонал швидко відповідає на повідомлення. Зручні ліжка. Все продумано для комфортного перебування. Окрема подяка за чай і каву.

ДУЖЕ великі подушки (незручно лежати). Здивувала відсутність сковорідки

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία. Στο κέντρο μπορεί κάποιος να πάει και με τα πόδια μέσα σε 30-40 λεπτά. Ευρύχωρος και ζεστός χώρος με όλες τις βασικές παροχές. Μέσα στο εμπορικό κέντρο μπορείς να βρεις ότι χρειάζεσαι.

Η ντουλάπα είναι πολύ μικρή και δεν μπορείς να βγάλεις τα ρούχα από τις βαλίτσες. Το μπάνιο χρειάζεται μία σφουγγαρίστρα για το πάτωμα. Το ένα από τα δύο κρεβάτια μύριζε κάπως άσχημα.

Chegada ao local sem ter sido feita a limpeza, copos na mesa, na pia por lavar, escovas de dentes no lavatório, cama por fazer como mostram as fotos; Cabine de duche sem uma porta porta; televisão sem canais de TV; Candeeiro no quarto funcionava mal; Dificuldade em por código recebido por mensagem; Durante a estadia não houve limpeza de quartos mas entravam lá porque viamos portas fechadas ou abertas, inclusive a da varanda que nunca abrimos.

The apartment is located five minutes from Vienna Stadthalle / Halle F. There's a shopping center on the ground floor. There are plenty of utensils for cooking. Everything is clean and odorless. The hosts allowed us to check in a couple of hours early, which was very convenient for us since we arrived in Vienna in the morning. The beds are comfortable. The apartment has an interesting design.

Aunque no está en el centro de Viena las conexiones en transporte público son muy buenas. A la llegada tuvimos un problema con el código de acceso a la 1 de la madrugada y en menos de media hora nos lo habian resultó.

Le faltan utensilios en la cocina, por ejemplo no tienen sartén. Y algunas cosillas del piso están deterioradas, pero la mampara de la ducha o algunas puertas rotas

There are problems with heaters. They were giving cold air. There is balcony but we were not able to door to enter the balcony, because it was close with some kinda metal curtains. Shower is closing half. So from the other other side where is open, water is going to floor. This is not about property but there is a big problem about parking in general. So it could be cool if there is special parking place.

Zentrale Lage,

Jalousien auf den Balkon konnten nicht geöffnet werden, daher konnte man nicht auf den Balkon. Feuermelder waren vorhanden aber überall demontiert. Bei der Duschkabine fehlt eine Tür.

Very good location if you're going to a contert at Stadthalle.:) Comfortable, can cook a simple meal it there, and communication was very easy with the owner.

Man findet den Eingang nicht.. Erst nach Anruf wurde ich auf ein Youtube Video hingewiesen... vor Ort ist überhaupt nicht ersichtlich, wo die Wohnungen sind! Balkontürschnalle hängt am seidenen Faden! Man traut sich die Türe kaum öffnen

Balkonien kaputt...ging nicht ordnungsgemäß zu öffnen Badezimmer ist veraltet. Dusche hat nur eine Tür. Keine Ablagen für Toilettsachen

Spacios appartment with all the necessary items in kitchen. Close to public transport (u-bahn, buss stop). Located inside shopping mall, so easy to buy groceries or other items.

Der Geschirrspüler war noch von den vorigen Gästen eingeräumt. Die Handtücher zum Duschen haben gestunken. Die Bettwäsche hat total nach Weichspüler gerochen, es riecht zwar gut aber, dass war einfach zu viel Weichspüler.

El apartamento está muy bien decorado y la explicación en vídeo que nos envió el propietario fue muy clara. Todo muy limpio y muy correcto.

Pensamos que la plaza de garaje estaba incluida en el precio y tuvimos que pagar 12 €. Éramos cinco y solo había cuatro sillas. Falta de armarios para colocar y colgar la ropa.

Ausgezeichnete Lage, U Bahn gleich in der Nähe, Lugner City bietet alles was man braucht. Wohnung ist groß genug. Bettwäsche und kleine Aufmerksamkeit fanden wir sehr nett.

Eine Duschwand fehlt leider immer noch. Handtücher rochen modrig. Terrassentür mit Vorsicht zu öffnen. Die Lampen am Nachttisch schalten sich durch leichtes klopfen ein :-)

Appartamento molto grande direttamente sopra un supermercato, ma attenzione agli orari di apertura che non sono quelli italiani (la domenica è chiuso). Parcheggio del supermercato sempre a disposizione sebbene decisamente costoso. Stazione della metro a 4 minuti a piedi.

Alla doccia mancava una porta quindi era molto facile allagare il bagno. Nessuna presa elettrica in bagno. Per asciugare i capelli bisogna andare in cucina. La portafinestra del balcone era rotta quindi complicato uscire sul balcone.

Está situado en un centro comercial y tiene la parada del autobús que te deja en el centro muy cerca. Eso tiene la ventaja de poder comprar cualquier cosa que te haga falta

El edificio es un poco viejillo y el apartamento aunque está bien decorado, tiene suelo y puertas también muy viejas. Lo peor de todo la cama que la sábana de abajo era una funda de colchón y encima llena de bolitas, la funda nordica daba aspecto de no estar muy limpia, pero además teníamos una buena telaraña en el dormitorio. Eso hizo que no desacansaramos muy bien porque tu te esperas una buenas sábanas blancas y bien planchadas cómo en todos los hoteles. También un enchufe despegado de la pared.Luego en el cuarto de baño nos faltaba una puerta de la mampara y los azulejos tenían bastante moho, eso da mucho asco encontrarlo en un apartamento que no es tuyo. Y en la cocina es la primera vez que me encuentro los platos, vasos y cubiertos dentro del lavavajillas, no creo yo que tenga que ir a un apartamento y tenga que colocar cada cosa en su lugar y claro si no lo hacía tampoco podía poner el lavavajillas con lo que yo usaba y encima somos 4 y falta una cucharilla del desayuno. No volvería a alquilarlo porque la limpieza no ha sido como me esperaba. Lo siento pero debe el propietario tener un poco más de cuidado con esos detalles.

Location and amenities

The apartment was nice and quiet, with a terrace.. It was easy to reach, close to a metro station. The bed was comfortable and the internet connection was good.

It was a nice apartment in a bad neighborhood. While staying there, a number of times we witnessed people in the area who were most likely selling or buying drugs. One of the days there was even a police raid outside. But on the first evening of our stay, we were afraid to enter the building as there were several suspicious men in the entrance. It happened on a Sunday evening. During the week the situation is better as there are numerous doctor's and dental offices in the building and there are many people coming and going out.

We were there for 4 days. Everything was excellent. The aparment is very clean and cozy. It has everything that you need. Nina is amazing she helps us a lot and she's very kind and profesional. The location is perfect if you want to explore the whole Vienna. I recommend you to stay in this apartment.

Directions and communications with owners were good to find the apartment. The apartment was very comfortable and it was lovely having a balcony too. Was well presented with good utensils. Being very close to shops, stadium and transport links maximised our short stay.

The apartment is a perfect 10! We loved it.

Great location, 2 minute walk to U6 and 48a bus has a stop in front of building. Staff was very helpful and open for communication. Even though the washing machine malfunctioned, they offer to wash my clothes and dry them, which was very helpful.

The couch at living room was not very comfortable to sleep on it.
