Appartement propre et confortable conforme à la description. Mohamed a été disponible malgré le retard de notre avion et notre arrivée tardive.

Résidence vieillissante et un peu trop éloignée des points d'intérêt. Quelques produits de base seraient les bienvenus comme café, thé, sucre, sel ou lessive.

The host, Mohamed, was amazing, as well as Fekri! They both made our stay truly memorable. The location is also great for families, with a communal swimming pool, shops, and fast-food restaurants all within walking distance.

The location is a little far from the main attractions, so I would recommend either hiring a car or using taxis to get around more easily.

Séjour exceptionnel à Riad Jad Nous avons passé des vacances inoubliables dans cet établissement. L’accueil était chaleureux et le personnel toujours serviable,disponible et aux petits soins. Le Duplex était impeccable, spacieuse, très propre et confortablement équipée. Literie de qualité, calme absolu et vue magnifique. L’emplacement est idéal : proche du centre-ville tout en restant au calme. Rapport qualité-prix excellent. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter et nous recommandons vivement ce lieu pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis. Note : 5/5 – Merci pour ces moments merveilleux !

In een woord een geweldige accommodatie en vooral ook de communicatie met de heer Mohamed was zeer professioneel en uitmuntend

schöne, saubere Unterkunft mit freundlichem Haus Herrn. Super zentral gelegen. Wir haben dort einige sehr schöne Tage verbracht. Empfehlenswert: Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse, die ebenfalls zur Unterkunft gehört.

Sehr schönes, gehobenes, wahnsinnig sauberes Appartement. Man könnte vom Boden essen. Außergewöhnlich! Von unten bis oben alles perfekt. Definitiv ein Ort um länger dort zu verweilen. Mega Dachterrasse. Tolle Ausstattung auf jeder Etage. Waschmaschine. Gute Lage um den Djema el Fna zu Fuß zu erreichen (25 min). Die ganze Anlage an sich ist toll, bewacht, geschützt, wie ein Feriencamp, mit Pools, Bar, Restaurant, Hanut, Friseur. Parkplatz findet sich auch immer. Schöne Bepflanzung. Ganz netter Vermieter. Ist auf jeden Fall gespeichert für nochmalige Aufenthalte in Marrakesch. Danke, Danke, Danke. 💞

La ubicación, su comodidad lo amplió 10/10

Lägenheten var väldigt fräsch och ren. Sängarna var bekväma och allt var perfekt. Möblerna var fina och köket var utrustat med allt man kan behöva. Mohamad var på plats och välkomnade oss varmt. Han gav oss många bra tips och mycket användbar information, vilket var väldigt snällt av honom. Vi uppskattar det verkligen mycket. Stort tack, Mohamad, för din generositet! Jag rekommenderar verkligen denna lägenhet.

We stayed at Mohamed’s riad in Marrakech and had a wonderful experience. Our reservation was made last minute, and Mohamed was very kind and accommodating — he arranged everything for us and even allowed us to check in early. The riad had everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable, and the place felt cozy and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it

Mohamed war ein sehr freundlicher und fürsorglicher Gastgeber, der es mit bemerkenswerter Geduld hinnahm, dass wir unsere Check-in Zeit dreimal änderten. Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es war sauber. Die Lage in einem bewachten abgeschlossenen Bereich, der über Restaurants und Einkaufsläden verfügt, war sehr gut. Die Altstadt war in wenigen Minuten mit dem Taxi erreichbar. Trotz Stadtlage war es sehr ruhig. Absolut empfehlenswert.

- gab keine Haken im Bad / bitte ändern - einige Sachen waren ziemlich kaputt - aber ok - nur ein Schlafzimmer

Esperienza davvero top, completa di tutto il necessario con condizionatori in ogni stanza, la casa è davvero accogliente e spaziosa con 3 piani di qui uno è una terrazza con una bella vista su marrakech, anche i ragazzi dello staff davvero gentili e disponibili, consiglio vivamente

The Riad was so cute and perfect for our family. It was clean and it had everything we needed for a few days stay - extra bedding, kitchen items like pots, pans and utensils. I loved the little community where they have little hanouts, snack places and a cafe. We also enjoyed the rooftop terrace which had seating, table, lighting, sun cover and a BBQ. The bedrooms and living rooms had AC which made us comfortable during the Marrakech summer. I also had to work remotely from the unit and the internet/WIFI connection was very good. Our little ones enjoyed the pool as well but it closes at 6:30 PM. We would definitely stay again.

The second bedroom has sofa's an not an extra bed. The pictures show it, I just didn't connect the dots. Wasn't a huge problem, we just would have preferred a bed.

The location was great, secure and have everything you need in the community in case you don’t wanna go anywhere. We loved Mohamed’s kindness and hospitality.thank you to all the drivers that he recommended they were all very professional and more importantly an amazing human being. We had an exceptional experience. Thank you 🙏🏼

Mohamed was an amazing host, he was in every detail. The Ryad is so beautifull exactly like the pics and more definetely will be back. Also he recommend us a lot of places to visit again amazing everything, a very kind person.

This was a brilliant stay. The host made it so easier for us to check in and check out. The apartment was in great condition and super clean. It was very comfortable at night time as all rooms have air con. The terrace it was great for relaxing and meals. Swimming pool was great and always available. Kids loved it! Super close to the souk (street markets) but also very easy to find transports outside the residence area if you prefer to walk. I would strongly recommend!
