Riad Les Oliviers & Spa

O pequeno almoço é bom, mas o pão veio sempre seco e era pouco variado, mas no geral esteve bem. O staff da riad foi fantástico, não poderia ter sido melhor, sempre super simpáticos e prestáveis. Quanto ao quarto era muito pequeno e super barulhento por causa do barulho das máquinas da piscina, mas pedimos para mudar e arranjaram logo uma alternativa e de um quarto até melhor. As camas são muito estreitas, mas confortáveis e a riad é muito bonita. Têm um bom serviço de massagens e a localização é numa zona tranquila da medina, gostei.

Os quartos podiam ser maiores e o restaurante não era muito bom, mas como há imensos restaurantes na zona, isso não é um problema.

De Riad is prachtig mooi. De kamer was erg comfortabel, goeie wifi, goeie airco. Het personeel was heel lief en zorgzaam. De ligging was perfect, in een wat rustiger straatje van de medina. Op 5 minuutjes lopen van Bahia palace. En je loopt er ook zo de souks in.

The Suite was great for us girls and the staff kindly made the sitting room into a bedroom so we eat had a room with 2 bathrooms. The rooftop pool was idyllic as the weather was hot and we loved the restaurant for breakfasts. The staff were exceptional! They could not do enough for us and were always on hand to help e.g. booking taxis, recommendations etc.

I cannot think of anything although if you are older be aware there are a lot of steps

The staff were fantastic and attentive. The Riad location was great and the common areas are beautifully the courtyard/inside shop areas.

The rooms really fail this place. The tv had 1 channel, the shower had no hot water, there was no airflow or ventilation in the room. It smelt muggy in there. It was fine for an overnight stay. We also didn’t enjoy the breakfast selection. For such a beautiful place we were surprised by the room.

Dommage, en arrivant apres 19h, la piscine était fermée et ce jusqu'à 10h le lendemain matin. Repartant à 9h, nous n avons pas pu en profiter !

El alojamiento estaba muy bien, contaba con piscina que para la calor que hacía allí venía muy bien. Habitaciones amplias con aire acondicionado. El hotel era precioso por dentro. Estaba muy cerca de la Medina, con bares cerca y un palacio

Que soy alérgica a los frutos secos y en la habitación ponían frutos secos de bienvenida y al lado de la cama había cáscaras de otro huésped y no lo limpiaron lo que hizo que al entrar me empezara a picar todo

The riad was so cozy and the staff were amazing! They gave us breakfast to bring on the road the last day which was so kind! The breakfast was also amazing and the whole stay was perfect!

El Riad es tal y como se ve en las fotos. Está decorado con gusto, las habitaciones son cómodas y está todo muy limpio. El desayuno estaba incluido en el precio, lo que nos encantó. Es rico y abundante y se sirve en la terraza del Riad, que es un lugar muy agradable, donde también puedes pedir bebidas o algo para comer a otras horas del día. La zona de la piscina es un poco pequeña pero es tranquila y está genial para quitar el calor. Hay servicio de hamman y masaje. El personal del Riad es maravilloso. Es extremadamente amable y está pendiente de que tu estancia sea perfecta. Lo recomiendo sin duda.

The hotel is beautiful and located close to most major attractions. The pool isn't huge, but it completely does the job, and the staff was amazingly friendly and helpful!

Excelente desayuno,la tranquilidad del Riad,la piscina para refrescarse después de un día de calor era el colofón ideal y por supuesto el personal al completo excepcional, siempre diligentes y con una sonrisa,se nos olvidó una pertenencia y llamaron al taxi en el que ibamos al aeropuerto para avisarnos.en definitiva excelente estancia en un Riad precioso.

Het was echt een hele fijne Riad, je wordt heel vriendelijk ontvangen, het personeel staat altijd voor je klaar, ook als je onderweg bent en je hebt een vraag, dan kun je het personeel app-en en ze helpen je! Daarnaast het Rooftop-zwembad was echt geweldig, heerlijk om daar te zwemmen. Krijgt daar ook een handdoek, dat is heel fijn. Ontbijt was heerlijk, voldoende voor een lekker ontbijtje! Goed verzorgd! Excursie naar Boheme Desert Diner was echt geweldig, geboekt bij de Riad op advies van het personeel, een absolute aanrader! Dank daarvoor!

Persoonlijk vind ik het altijd jammer als er openingstijden zitten aan het zwembad. Het is open van 10-19.00 uur. Ik zou het fijn vinden om vroeg of juist later een duik te kunnen nemen in het zwembad

L’emplacement à moins de 10 minutes de la place Jemaa El Fna est extra pour profiter de l’ambiance de Marrakech tout en ayant du temps de se rafraîchir en début d’après midi au bord de la piscine sur le toit. Les allers retours sont hyper faciles avec cet emplacement. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié chaque matin sur le toit terrasse. Les chambres et les espaces communs sont magnifiques avec une odeur agréable partout. La climatisation assure des nuits récupératrices ! Le personnel est courtois et très agréable.

L’intérieur de la piscine a besoin d’être refait mais l’eau a toujours été impeccable sur nos 4 jours de séjour et c’est bien le principal. Parfois bruyant au petit matin avec les scooters qui passent sous le riad….mais ce sont les joies de l’intérieur de la médina !

TUVIMOS UN PAR DE NOCHES QUE HUBO APAGONES EN NUESTRA PLANTA , AUNQUE VOLVIA PRONTO LA LUZ , LOS OTROS DIAS SIN PROBLEMA NO SE PUEDE ACCEDER EN TAXI , HAY QUE ANDAR UNOS 5-6 MINUTOS CON LAS MALETAS HASTA EL HOTEL SUPONGO QUE SI CONTRATAS EL TRANSPORTE CON EL HOTEL SALEN A RECOGEROS.

Comme d habitude , accueil chaleureux. Habitué à séjourner dans ce riad , rien ne change , je leur dit à bientôt. Merci a toutes l équipes.

Beliggenheten var helt fantastisk, rolig og fint strøk. Personalet var fantastiske. Frokosten var god, men påfylling av kaffe, pålegg og ekstra brød kunne vært bedre. Vi som gruppe savnet flere avslapningsområder. Ellers var oppholdet veldig flott. Stort pluss med basseng i varmen.

De tudo, desde a simpatia das pessoas, sempre dispostos a fazer o melhor e a satisfazer os nossos pedidos, desde a recepção até ao restaurante. A localização do riad é excelente, dentro da medina, perto da praça central e de outros locais a visitar tudo entre os 10 e os 15 minutos. Recomendo quem quiser visitar Marraquexe.

O maior problema foi mesmo o calor, mas isso não tem a ver com o riad.

Las instalaciones muy bonitas. La terraza para el desayuno y la piscina estan muy biem. El personal muy amable. El desayuno muy bueno. Nosotros hicimos el hamam alli. Y fue una experiencia super bonitq. Lo hice con mi hija a la vez y nos encanto a las dos. Hamam Vintage por 25 euros cada una. Lo recomiendo.

Lo unico malo fue que los dos primeros dias se fue la luz varias veces. Pero hicieron lo posible por arreglarla cuanto antes.

We had a short trip to Marrakech and stayed at Riad les Olivers and we could not have picked a more wonderful Riad. It is right in the heart of Marrakech with the shops and souks all within a 5 min walk. We had breakfast and dinner here and food was delicious served extremely helpful and attentive staff. The staff in all aspects of this Riad were the loveliest most helpful people i have ever met. I did not catch names however 2 you g men done everything to ensure our trip went well. They gave directions when needed, helped us with a desert trip and carried our luggage from taxi to room. I could not recommend this Riad highly enough. I will visit the beautiful city of Marrakech again and I will look no further than here! We travelled 2 adults and 2 children and found the room spacious and the beds very comfortable and fully air conditioned

There was nothing not to like about this property. It truly is a beautiful Riad.

La gentillesse du personnel en particulier Oussama,syhann,et Mbarca. Toujours là pour rendre votre séjour encore plus agréable. Le petit déjeuner est top. La piscine en rooftop avec une eau à 30.

Il faudrait juste penser à restaurer la piscine qui s est un peu abîmé au fil du temps. Mais ce sera probablement possible avec l ouverture du nouveau projet.

Il Riad è signorile ed elegante, lo staff molto cortese e professionale. Essendo un viaggio di famiglia, con due figli adolescenti, abbiamo scelto la suite con due camere. La suite era splendida, composta da un ingresso che portava alla stanza matrimoniale con bagno ed un piccolo salottino con la tivù; una scala finemente decorata ed illuminata portava alla stanza dei ragazzi con il loro bagno. La piscina sul rooftop non grandissima ma molto apprezzata per rinfrescarsi prima e dopo il giro nella medina.

El Riad está de lujo y los empleados te tratan como un rey. Para una excursión a primera hora que teníamos y no podíamos ir al desayuno nos hicieron un picnic de primera.

La TV. No la pudimos utilizar por qué hacía falta un ladrón de enchufe para poder conectar el receptor y la TV a la vez. En su defensa decir que no lo pedimos.

De location and staff are great. Also facilities with swimmingpool close to the Medina is great

During our stay of 3 days, construction worker was going on. Real construction work! With drilling all day next to the swimming pool. The reason we choose the location was to wind off upon arrival in Marrakech and enjoy some peace at the pool. But this was impossible. We mentioned it to the staff. But it did not change the situation. We understand that this work needs to be done, but they should have informed us, so we can make our planning around it, or even choose a different place. And a proper discount would have been in place. The price per night is not low and running away from the noice was not what I expected to do at the start of the holiday.

La chambre, le riad dans l'ensemble et l'emplacement parfait ! Le buffet du matin exceptionnel

La localisation à moins de 10 minutes à pieds de la place Jemmaa el fna en traversant le souk, Chambre Essaouira très calme, petit déjeuner buffet varié avec des fruits frais, accueil chaleureux et personnel aux petits soins, piscine propre et suffisante pour se rafraichir.

Dans ma chambre la pomme de douche fixe est située à 1,70 M de hauteur, je fais 1,80 M, donc pas pratique. L'éclairage naturel est faible, ce qui est normal, mais l’éclairage artificiel est trop faible dans la salle de bains. La TV dans la chambre avec les chaines françaises c'est super mais le système de connexion internet à revoir car de nombreuses interruptions et coupures de réseau.

Posizione comodissima per visitare la Medina. Ottima colazione e cena, servita sulla terrazza rinfrescata da nebulizzatori. Buono rapporto qualità \ prezzo. Camera suite familiare grande (composta da due camere con due bagni). TV non sono riuscita ad accenderla, ma onestamente non mi interessava, non ho chiesto, forse ero io che non avevo capito come si faceva. Ottimo avere la piscina per un bagno rinfrescante nel pomeriggio, dopo aver girato tutto il giorno; forse necessita di una revisione \ sistemazione perché internamente si staccavano dei pezzetti. Lo staff stupendo. Ci hanno aiutato in tutto anche nell'organizzazione delle escursioni. Lo consiglio.

Goed locatie op loopafstand van het plein en Souk, Bahia Palace om de hoek en genoeg restaurants en winkeltjes in de buurt. Fijne airco in de kamer, je kunt bijna heel de dag wat eten, hamam was relaxed en zwembad was groot voor een hotel midden in de medina. Personeel super behulpzaam en kwamen de koffers ophalen van de parking. Oase van rust midden in marrakesh

Het zwembad is fijn en relatief groot maar heeft wat liefde nodig. Wel fijne stretchers en handdoeken bij het zwembad.

A recepção , a forma como fomos recebidos , convidados a sentar e a tomar um chá de menta e explicar tudo sobre o Riad, A cidade e opções que tínhamos em termos de actividades extra . Adorei o aroma do Riad , flor de laranjeira

A piscina podia estar melhor cuidado, podia ter também azulejos em vez de cimento , era a zona menos cuidada

El riad es precioso y se encuentra muy bien ubicado, a 10 min andando de plaza Jemaa y muy cerca de la plaza de los hojalateros pero en una zona tranquila. La habitación muy bien decorada y limpia, el aire acondicionado supersilencioso y las camas son comodísimas. La terraza es espectacular y grande, con zonas diferenciadas. En ella sirven todas las comidas. La piscina tiene un tamaño ideal para refrescarse e incluso nadar. Tiene 1,5 m de profundidad.

Ce riad est très bien placé pour découvrir Marrakech 10mn à pied pour rejoindre la grande place. Petit déjeuner et restaurant variés copieux et toujours bons. Le personnel est d'une grande gentillesse et toujours disponible. Un grand merci à Mohammed qui a été à nos petits soins Héloise le remercie pour les crêpes 😉 Je recommande sans problème cet établissement

Er was 1 gastheer die de hele dag in touw was, zowel bij het ontbijt, zwembad terras en avond. Hij werkt hard en bleef altijd zeer beleefd en vriendelijk. Verder heb ik over niemand wat op aan te merken. Het personeel was er erg vriendelijk, behulpzaam. Als je een boeking had gemaakt voor een excursie of als je er vroeg uit moest om naar het vliegveld te vertrekken stonden ze voor je op, hadden ze een taxi besteld en brachten je dan tot aan de taxi op de parkeer plaats. Je kreeg een uit gebreid ontbijt mee voor onderweg naar het vliegtuig. Dit mag je trouwens mee nemen in het vliegtuig, behalve de drank. Wees niet bang dat je denkt wat moet ik ermee, je kunt het lekker oppeuzelen in vliegtuig . Echt aan te bevelen Riad. Zeer mooi onderhouden en zeer kleurrijk. Ben echt verliefd geworden erop.

Ik heb niks op aan te merken, alles was in een woord Geweldig. Zoals ik al omschreven had, was gewoon uitstekend goed georganiseerd.

The property is presented beautifully which identifies itself as the genuine Moroccan Riad. It’s tucked away like an oasis on the edge of the Medina, close to the spice market and the Kasbah. The rooftop pool and outside seating area is a real bonus. Staff were amazing.

The poolside beds need updating. One was falling apart and they weren’t very comfortable.

We were picked up by the airbus shuttle, and then at location someone else lead us from the taxi to the riad. Upon entering we were served tea and got an explanation of the city. The staff was wonderful, location was perfect, room was very nice and cleaned daily. On the way back we had an very early flight. The hotel arranged a taxi and we got breakfast packages with us to eat at the airport. I can honestly recommend this Riad!

There was no wifi in our room. Which was maybe for the best, helping me connect with my partner. Just outside the room the wifi was perfect!

A város szívében, kitűnő helyen. Rendkívűl tetszett, hogy autentikus környezetben mégis tiszta, csendes helyen volt. Nagyon jó volt, hogy klímák is voltak a szobákban. Egyedül a szobai hűtő hiányzott, de megoldották, kaptunk. Köszönet érte.

El Riad es muy bonito, tranquilo, muy bien ubicado, atención del personal excelente! La terraza, que tiene piscina es muy agradable… Nos recomendaron una excursión de una tarde al desierto de Agafay, que fue súper divertida y recomendable, fuimos con dos niños y estuvieron encantados.. Un sitio maravilloso y totalmente recomendable, volveríamos

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, centraal gelegen, wij hebben veel gelopen en dat ging prima. Ondanks midden in het centrum, toch heerlijk rustig. Heerlijk, uitgebreid ontbijt. Mocht je twijfelen, wij vinden dit een aanrader.

Fabulous. We had an amazing stay in Marakesh. Our room was comfortable and clean. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who were very polite and friendly. English was spoken very well. Lovely breakfast and enjoyed sunbathing and relaxing by the pool. Very central. Short walk to the taxis, palace ,markets, shops, restaurants and coffee bars. We have had an amazing holiday. Enjoyed the excursions. We went to the waterfalls in the atlas mountains and went for dinner and a show. All were excellent. Can only recommend this hotel for a fabulous holiday.
