Phi Phi Villa Resort

Beautiful property with spacious rooms! A slight walk to the main Phi phi road but a walk never hurt anyone. The rooms were spacious and clean and the complementary sodas in the fridge were a nice touch on a hot day. The bathrooms are big and the stay was very comfortable.

Magazinul de la parter are niste scoruri duble fata de 7 eleven, micul dejun limitat.

Las instalaciones están muy bien. La limpieza y el servicio son muy competentes. Desayuno correcto. La habitación es amplia y la cama de matrimonio es enorme.

El acceso a la playa que corresponde a la zona del hotel es muy reducido y delimitado. En su entorno hay muchos botes. La cama supletoria podría ser más cómoda.

El personal te recoge a la llegada del muelle y te lleva las maletas hasta la habitación. El espacio está muy bien cuidado, así como las casitas en las que nos quedamos. El desayuno también estaba muy bien. En el camino hay un restaurante Phi phi Don Cafe and restaurant en el que comimos varias veces porque estaba muy bien y muy agradables.

Por decir algo, está a unos 12 minutos andando del centro, pero es cómodo, vas andando por una acerca y hay tiendas por el camino.

A piscina e as comodidades do hotel eram muito boas. A praia era bastante agradável.

O ar condicionado no pequeno-almoço e no ginásio não são suficientes. Os funcionários, com raras exceções, não são simpáticos e não nos fizeram sentir bem-vindos. Para além disso, o pequeno almoço fecha às 9h45, mas os funcionários começam a arrumar tudo meia hora antes. Numa próxima oportunidade, procuraremos opções melhores.

The location is just stunning with a view out onto your own beach with sunbeds under the trees and swings next to the day spa for Massage nails etc which is reasonable price & good services provided outlook to water from inside. The villas are nicely sized & nice outlook for us to water. Buffet Breakfast was good. There is no alcohol bar at this location but plenty nearby. It’s about a 10 minute walk down to the pier main area of the island for dining and activities but footpath all the way & felt safe also at night. Staff helpful & arranged private longboat half day snorkel tour for very cheap price pickup at the beach out front. (Recommend) will come back to this location again as felt like a real island getaway & villas.

No bacon for Brekky but that was ok.

La ubicación era ideal, con su playa, en el centro pero alejado del bullicio. La piscina es fantástica.

Difficult to lock room door. Also it would have been good to have some kind of bug repellent plug in the room as we got so many bites while sleeping. The breakfast also wasn’t the best.

We hadden een luxe huisje geboekt die echt mega ruim was inclusief zitje aan voorkant. Het hele perceel inclusief tuin is prachtig. Huisjes ruim en schoon. Prachtig zwembad!! Super aardig personeel en de locatie is perfect!! Op loopafstand van alle gekkigheid maar daar heb je geen kast van!

Niets, echt perfect verblijf gehad

Hotel grande, bonito e com boas amenidades. Café da manhã podia ter um pouco mais de opções, como frutas e bolos.

Água do banheiro estava salobra (salgada), prejudicando o banho, lavar o rosto e até mesmo escovar os dentes. Um dos funcionários foi muito rude conosco, quando pedimos para deixar nossas mochilas por um tempo após o check out. Meu amigo caiu (rolou as escadas) descendo do restaurante que fica no segundo andar, porque estava chovendo e as escadas molhadas, sem nenhum aviso.

Location is great and the beach is lovely. Pool is really really warm which some may find annoying but I liked. Good gym.

Beds are super firm. However if you ask at reception they will put a mattress top on for you. Aircon in the room is really noisy. Even on the lowest setting it sounds as if there is a storm blowing through your room. Breakfast is poor.

La suite Ocean est face à la mer et à Maya bay, la vue est magnifique. Il y a le salon de massage, la plage privée avec les transats, la piscine et le très bon restaurant à 20 m autour. Le coin est calme pour koh phi phi. Un super séjour qui a finit en apothéose avec l excursion à Maya bay et le merveilleux snorkeling !

The resort is conveniently located close to the center of Phi Phi, making it easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and the pier. The area was quiet, and the room was clean, although quite small - which was consistent with the room category I booked.

The bathroom was in poor condition, and the shower had no hot water when we arrived. The staff had to replace the water heater, which took a long time and was especially frustrating because we had just returned from a boat tour wet and needing a shower. We were also treated poorly by the breakfast staff simply because we arrived about ten minutes before breakfast ended.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience at this hotel was disappointing enough that I feel compelled to share it. My husband and I arrived for our honeymoon expecting the room we had booked and paid for. Instead, we were given a room at the very end of the property, next to an active construction area. It looked nothing like what had been advertised or what we had paid for. When we approached reception to resolve the issue, the manager on duty was shockingly rude and unprofessional. Rather than apologizing or trying to find a solution, he told his colleague to cancel our reservation. This was not a realistic option, as we were in a foreign country and had planned our stay around this hotel. We calmly explained that we had paid for a different type of accommodation and that guests should not be allowed to book rooms that are unavailable or significantly affected by construction. Instead of listening, he became defensive, angry, and treated us with complete disrespect. What disappointed us most was the lack of basic courtesy. When something goes wrong, guests at least expect an apology and a willingness to help. Throughout the rest of our stay, whenever we had to speak with him, he would barely acknowledge us, look at us unpleasantly, and make us feel unwelcome. Unfortunately, the problems did not end there. The breakfast area had no air conditioning, and every morning we left sweating because of the heat. It made what should have been a relaxing breakfast quite uncomfortable. The beds were another major issue. They were incredibly hard—honestly harder than a rock—and getting a good night’s sleep was almost impossible. We never felt properly rested during our stay. To be fair, the staff who helped with our luggage were kind, friendly, and professional. They were the highlight of the service we received. The hotel itself is average, but no property can make up for poor customer service.

Great location near end of quiet side of Ton Sai beach. Lovely shaded loungers just above beach with great views to Phi Phi Leh & excellent pool area with plentiful loungers. 20 minute walk to Long Beach which is excellent for swimming snorkelling & sunbathing. 10 minute walk to the action. Decent buffet breakfast, comfy beds & pillows. Staff help transport baggage to & from pier.

Villa’s are pricey but that is Phi Phi. Lots of mosquitoes

Excellent location with gorgeous views of the sea. While the beach area is narrow during high tide, it is larger than most areas along the stretch and the resorts beach chairs along the sand offer beautiful views beneath the shade of palms. Room was big, comfortable and clean.

Le calme l'emplacement et le cadre sont très appréciables.. Le personnel est très accueillant et d'une grande disponibilité. Le transport des bagages du débarcadère à l'hôtel a l'arrivée et au départ .

Dommage que le restaurant ne soit pas ouvert le soir surtout qu'il a un bon rapport qualité/prix. La robinetterie dans les salles de bain (nous avions pris 2 appartements) est un peu vieillissante.

Beach very dirty Glass around beach beds and beach Spoke with hotel staff about it and nothing done. I picked the rubbish and class up every day and left it for the staff in a pile and it was still not collected from the beach tables . Breakfast very minimum and we felt that we intruded on staff to ask them anything at breakfast. Breakfast ends at 9.45. No alcoholic or cocktails sold at this hotel.

Good swimming pool. Location good, 15min walk to the main restaurants, shops and the pier. Unit 102 was clean. The bed was very comfortable with good water pressure in the shower. The room can use an upgrade.

Breakfast could be a lot better. The pool closes at 7 or 8 pm. Would be great if it remained open later. The restaurant right on the beach does not serve alcohol.

We liked the location and the little bit of private beach. Staff were amazing and very friendly. Kids loved the pool.

The breakfast was a letdown. Very little choice. Finished early at 9.45. We'd come up at 9.15 and loads of the stations were empty. Had to ask for the milk to be refilled for the kids' cereal, no fruit available, no pastries. Very limited selection of those things anyway. No one at the egg station. We had to get two rooms, so the stay was expensive. Neither room was serviced during our stay. Extra toilet roll and water put in but beds not made or floors swept. After a day at the beach it really needed a bit of a sweep. The other thing was the air conditioning is set too high so the room never got really cold.

We rarely leave bad reviews, as we are generally low-maintenance travelers and tend to focus on the positives. Unfortunately, this accommodation was a real disappointment, particularly because of the attitude of the staff, the lack of willingness to help, and the overall comfort of the stay. The most frustrating experience was with breakfast. At check-in, we were given a card and shown signs stating that breakfast was served until 10:00 AM. On the second morning, we arrived at 9:48 AM hoping to quickly grab a coffee and some eggs. Despite still being within the advertised breakfast hours, staff refused to let us eat. We showed them the information they themselves had provided, clearly stating breakfast was available until 10:00 AM, but they were completely inflexible and unwilling to help. We have attached photos of the information provided by the hotel. Also the man at the reception was very rude and bad-tempered. Another major issue was the number of mosquitoes throughout the property. There were huge amounts of mosquitoes around the grounds and near the rooms, yet there seemed to be very little effort to prevent them from entering the rooms or to provide guests with any form of protection or repellent. The gym was also disappointing. We found dead flies and bugs inside, and again, an excessive number of mosquitoes, making it uncomfortable to use even while wearing repellent. The location may be a drawback for some travelers. It is more than a 15-minute walk from the town center, which can feel quite long and exhausting in the intense Phi Phi heat and humidity. Finally, the mattresses were extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, while the property has potential, the combination of unfriendly and unhelpful staff, misleading information, mosquito issues, cleanliness concerns in some facilities, and lack of comfort made this one of the more disappointing stays of our trip.

Séjour exceptionnel ! L'hôtel est légèrement en retrait du centre ce qui garantit un calme très appréciable. La vue sur la baie est superbe. Nous avons également profité d'une excursion en bateau privé, proposée à un prix très raisonnable, avec un départ à l'heure de notre choix. Tout était parfait du début à la fin. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel !

Bed was really hard. Room was outdated. Breakfast was really basic. cat hair everywhere too, was like they don't clean the upstairs tables. Whilst not marking them down for location, it really is a bit of a walk jnto town every day, I'm fit and young but would have preferred to stay somewhere closer to town.

Wir waren schon 3 Mal hier. Der Bungalow war wie immer sehr schön mit der kleinen Terrasse davor. Strandanschnitt an sich sehr schön, bei diesem Aufenthalt nicht nutzbar, da völlig verschmutzt durch Algen und Seetang.

Das Frühstück könnte besser sein. Es gab fast nur kurzgebratene Thai-Gerichte. Einmal auf unseren Wunsch ein Reis-Congee. Aufgrund der vielen Kurzzeitgäste nur wenig Abwechslung beim Frühstück.

Beachfront location was gorgeous and the pool area well kept. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Nice and quiet area but walkable to everything.

So many mozzies hovering outside villa and hovering in the staircase up to breakfast, they could do with using some sprays to kill. And little things like only 2 towels when the room was for 3 people, and only 1 toilet roll in the room. A little more generous with these things would be appropriate.

Stayed at Phi Phi Villa Resort recently. To be fair, the property itself is beautiful, the location is excellent, and overall the stay would have been very pleasant. However, what completely ruined the experience for us was the handling of a missing personal umbrella from our room. We informed reception immediately, but instead of showing concern or making any genuine effort to assist, the response was dismissive and repetitive — simply saying “no umbrella found.” What was even more disappointing was the hotel’s later response, where they implied that because the umbrella was “only a few baht,” no staff member would steal it. That is frankly an inappropriate and unprofessional way to address a guest concern. The value of the item is irrelevant — guests expect their belongings to be safe inside their rooms, whether expensive or inexpensive. The issue was never just about the umbrella itself, but about the complete lack of accountability, empathy, and professionalism in handling the situation. It’s unfortunate because the property has a lot going for it, but customer service during a problem is what truly defines hospitality, and this experience was deeply disappointing.

Bu Tayland’da üçüncü konaklamamız, ilk kez bu kadar erken biten kahvaltı gördük. Buna uyum sağlanır ama Phi Phi gibi sıcak bir ülkede klimasız kahvaltı salonu olması çok tatsız. Kahvaltı da Tayland standartlarına göre bile yetersizdi. Ve hiçbir yerde alkol satılmıyor, bu da garip geldi. En azından bilgilendirme olmasını beklerdik. Resepsiyondaki kişi de biraz tersti, ilk gün 10’da biten kahvaltıya 10’a 5 kalan indik almadığı gibi, karşıda otelin restoranı varmış onu bile söylemedi.

It's a long walk from the Pier where the ferry drops you off. However, the hotel staff meets you and take your bags in a cart and you get to see part of the island that is away from the main village. It's a lovely walk. The hotel actually exceeded our expectations. We were able to check-in as soon as we got there. The pool wasn't hot like alot of other resorts we have stayed in on Phi Phi. It's quieter with no noisy doof doof all night long. The Luxury Deluxe bungalows were just lovely and huge. The food is good at the restaurant on the beach. Breakfast is up very steep stairs and was ok but it was hot with just ceiling fans. Recommend to eat early if you go in the summer months. There is a lovely beach area with lounges for guests only. Unfortunately, and this is the first time we have seen this after staying on Phi Phi every year for the last 5 years, there was alot of seaweed in the water. The water was clear, but just full of this brown weed. Wasn't nice to swim in. It was on all the beaches on this side of the island. Just a certain current the locals told us and happens from time to time.

Unfortunately, the beds are like bricks to sleep on. We waited too long to ask for mattress toppers and once they were on, it did improve the comfortableness of the beds, but they were still hard. This is a common issue in Thailand but recommend you ask for these if you are not happy with a very hard bed.

The internet barely worked in the 300 building. However it forced me to stay off my phone and enjoy actual vacation.

Die Lage von Phi Phi Villa ist unschlagbar. Kostenlose Liegen direkt am Strand, den man die meiste Zeit für sich alleine hat.

Das Wasser im Pool hat sehr nach Chlor gerochen.

if you like to party and you like to go to the bars and be by the Marina, it's a little bit far of a walk in the heat, but it didn't really matter for us, I really loved the quieter end

Het was een fijn resort, mooie en nette kamers. Prima zwembad en heel vriendelijk personeel. Het zit buiten het drukke gedeelte van het eiland, maar is goed aan te lopen. Een aanrader. Fijn dat er een service is om de bagage van en naar de pier te brengen.

Het enige nadeel voor ons was dat de huisjes hoger stonden waardoor het nogal sjouwen was met een buggy. Geen ramp natuurlijk. Het ontbijt was prima maar niet mega uitgebreid, wel lekker alles. Helaas hadden wij mega veel last van muggen, maar daar kan het resort weinig aan doen. Dit maakt dat je wat minder relaxt zit overal.

The resort has a beautiful pool that leads on to a private beach. It’s quiet and yet about 10 min walk to the busier side of the island. The staff were friendly and always happy to help. Nice cool air con in the room.

Check out is at 11am which is early. For every hour there after it’s 500 baht. The bed was really hard.

El wifi no nos llegaba a la habitación, lo comentamos y como soluciones nos dieron: 1. pagar más para otra habitación o 2. darnos por el mismo precio la habitación de debajo de la nuestra (teniendo el mismo problema del wifi). Estaba un poco lejos del centro andando.

There is nothing that I didn't like

Beautiful and convenient location, away from all the crowd but still close to everything. We loved a small supermarket, coffee shop and laundry service attached to villa. Beach is so nice too.

Bathroom was outdated, would be great to do some refurbishing. Shower was rusty, water temperature was hard to regulate, unpleasant smell from drainage. Breakfast is quite basic, but restaurant staff are lovely. Reception staff seemed unbothered when approached for questions..

Świetna lokalizacja tuż przy plaży i w pobliżu centrum miejscowości, co zapewnia łatwy dostęp do restauracji, sklepów oraz lokalnych atrakcji. Obiekt posiada przepiękną strefę basenową. Ogromnym plusem jest możliwość rezerwacji prywatnych wycieczek łodzią typu longtail lub luksusowym jachtem (gorąco polecamy!), z wygodnym odbiorem bezpośrednio z plaży przy hotelu. Mieszkaliśmy w nowych apartamentach typu Luxury Suite – są bardzo ładne i przestronne, a w rzeczywistości wyglądają dokładnie tak, jak w opisie i na zdjęciach. Personel okazał się niezwykle miły i pomocny. Na miejscu dostępne są również śniadania.

Z drobnych minusów: sala śniadaniowa niestety nie jest klimatyzowana. Warto również wiedzieć, że na terenie ośrodka nie serwuje się alkoholu. Nie stanowi to jednak dużego problemu, ponieważ bez trudu można go kupić w pobliskich sklepach.

Dużym plusem hotelu była lokalizacja — miejsce znajdowało się trochę na uboczu, dzięki czemu było spokojnie, cicho i bardziej klimatycznie, ale jednocześnie wszędzie dało się dojść pieszo bez większego problemu. To był idealny balans między odpoczynkiem a dostępem do atrakcji wyspy. Bardzo podobała mi się również możliwość wynajęcia własnego domku/villi zamiast zwykłego pokoju hotelowego. Dawało to dużo prywatności i miało naprawdę fajny wakacyjny klimat. Sam domek był czysty, dobrze zaplanowany i bardzo komfortowy. Na ogromny plus zasługuje też otoczenie hotelu — codziennie było widać, że personel dba o ogrody i całą przestrzeń wokół. Mnóstwo zieleni, palm i pięknych roślin tworzyło cudowną atmosferę. Hotel miał też prywatną plażę z huśtawkami, gdzie można było odpocząć i zrobić naprawdę piękne zdjęcia. Bardzo fajnie rozwiązano również basen — oprócz klasycznej części do pływania była też specjalna płytsza platforma, na której można było się opalać, nadal będąc częściowo w wodzie. Mega przyjemna opcja na relaks. Doceniam też organizację transportu bagaży. Już od początku hotel informował, że po dopłynięciu będzie czekała osoba z obsługi, która pomoże z walizkami i zawiezie je do hotelu. Przy wyjeździe również można było skorzystać z transportu bagaży do promu, co bardzo ułatwiało poruszanie się po wyspie.

Największym minusem były dla mnie śniadania. Wybór jedzenia był dość mały i szybko robiło się bardzo gorąco, ponieważ stołówka była mocno otwarta i praktycznie bez chłodzenia. Szczególnie rano, po wyjściu z klimatyzowanego pokoju, od razu odczuwało się ogromny upał, co nie było zbyt komfortowe podczas jedzenia. Minusem była też klimatyzacja w pokoju, która działała dość słabo i momentami trudno było naprawdę schłodzić wnętrze. Najbardziej rozczarowało mnie jednak podejście hotelu w sytuacji problemowej. Po kradzieży mojej karty liczyłam chociaż na odrobinę pomocy lub wskazówek, jednak zostałam praktycznie pozostawiona sama sobie z informacją, że to mój problem i mogę po prostu iść do banku. Po wcześniejszych doświadczeniach z innymi hotelami w Tajlandii, jak np. dużo mniejszym hotelikiem "Your Space hotel Prasingh" gdzie spotkałam się z dużym wsparciem i zrozumieniem, tutaj zabrakło mi po prostu empatii i bardziej ludzkiego podejścia oraz rzeczywistą pomocą🥺

Onmogelijk om met airco te slapen maakt meer lawaai dan een diesellocomotief. Je slaapt op een bouwwerf zonder respect voor de klanten. Verf word gepoeld onder het terras waardoor je ganse dag in verflucht moet vertoeven. Overal word gerookt. Ontbijt van de laagste kwaliteit, vogelstronten overal op de tafels. Katten krijgen eten voor je kamer en zitten ganse nacht te miaauwen. Tuinzicht is er niet enkel zand en enkele platen in zakjes. Manager die helemaal niks onderneemt om een oplossing te bieden wel alles 20x herhaalt zonder concreet tot iets te komen. Veel te duur voor het droomverblijf die je denkt te gaan beleven. Na 13x Thailand is dit het slechte hotel waar we ooit verbleven. Spendeer uw centen elders. Service van booking is er ook niet terwijl de problemen wel gekend en aantoonbaar zijn.
