It was perfectly located, further away from town but awesome space either way

Abseits vom Trubel und dadurch ruhig. Das Frühstück war gut. Man kann zu Fuß in ca. 20-30 Minuten an einen etwas abgelegen, aber ruhigen Strand gehen. Dort kann man auch sehr gut Schnorcheln.

Die An- und Abreise ist durch die Lage etwas aufwendig. Man muss zudem immer den Shuttle zum Strand oder in den Ort nehmen. Das Restaurant mit schönem Ausblick schließt bereits um 21 Uhr. Die Poolanlage war nicht vollständig mit Wasser gefüllt und dadurch nicht zum Schwimmen geeignet.

The beds were quite comfortable and the rooms were very spacious for two people. The drivers were also really kind.

The pictures just didn’t match the reality. The whole pool/slide area hasn’t been renovated since the building with the paint peeling off and dangerous sharp parts sticking out. The water in the pool looked like it had also been there for at least half a year. Almost no pools were filled to the top. On top of that the receptionist has the audacity to tell us that the pool is opened. There’s also a huge almost empty water storage area right next to it which doesn’t add any plus points to the property. The breakfast was close to 10 Euros but looked and tasted more like it has been on the plates for a few days at least. There was barely any water coming out the showers in the rooms. The reception staff didn’t speak English very well and was not very helpful with getting free. transfers which they include in their offers. Overall just disappointing.

En effet, suite aux événements survenus au Moyen-Orient le 28 février, nous avons été contraints de décaler notre séjour de quelques jours, alors même que celui-ci avait déjà été réglé pour un montant conséquent. Nous avons sollicité l’hôtel afin d’obtenir un geste commercial, même modeste — par exemple l’inclusion du petit déjeuner en compensation des nuits perdues — mais notre demande n’a pas été prise en considération. Cette absence de flexibilité a été particulièrement regrettable, d’autant plus que notre séjour total s’étendait sur 12 jours. Par ailleurs, le rapport qualité-prix du petit déjeuner nous a semblé insuffisant : le choix proposé était limité au regard du tarif demandé, ce qui donne une impression de prestation peu équilibrée. En revanche, nous tenons à souligner plusieurs points positifs : le personnel est globalement très sympathique et accueillant, la chambre était propre, et les chauffeurs assurant les transferts vers le centre-ville étaient particulièrement agréables et professionnels. En résumé, le séjour aurait pu être pleinement satisfaisant sans ce manque de considération commerciale de la part du management.

Schöne, ruhige Anlage mit moderner Gestaltung, auch wenn man merkt, dass das Hotel bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist – insgesamt aber gepflegt und für einen kurzen Aufenthalt absolut in Ordnung. Die Zimmer waren sehr groß, sauber und gut ausgestattet, mit bequemen Betten, einem ebenfalls großzügigen Badezimmer und einem schönen privaten Balkon. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die Ruhe sowie der praktische Shuttle-Service, der stündlich fährt und für uns völlig ausreichend war. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich, höflich und zuvorkommend. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt – für ein paar Tage auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen.

IF YOU HAVE ALREADY BOOKED THIS PLACE, DON'T READ THIS, IF YOU HAVEN'T THEN READ IT ALL. I dont do reviews but had too here. The wimming pool isn't working to start with. I cant fault the room, we were in the panoramic sea view rooms overlooking the main bay and the view was absolutely spectacular. But if we hadn't had this room It would have been a disaster. I think there are only eight of them. if you dont get one of those rooms you are overlooking a massive virtually empty reservoir which overpowers the whole site. There is no wardrobe or drawers in the room, just some open shelves with a small rail hanging from one of them, with two hangers. One very annoying thing is, there are no bedside lights, if you have to do anything like turn the aircon up or down you have to use your phone light to see what you are doing or get out of bed to turn on the ceiling lights. The safe had no batteries so wasn't working, I tried to phone reception but the phone didnt work so i walked down the hill to the reception, I was told that they were waiting for batteries to be delivered to the island. I went down to the town and bought four from a small shop, so that wasn't true. In our room, there were two grey towels, we asked if they were beach towels, they said yes, we asked where the bath towels were, they said that they would bring them later, they did, but they don't supply hand towels, and the beach towels disappeared we had no beach towels all week. There were only 3 very soft pillows between the two of us which were lumpy. Shuttle buses are ok, one takes .the route to the beach area the other to the town. The problem is that on occasion they leave early and not the prescribed time, so you get there 7 minutes before they are supposed to pick you up and they've already gone which means an hour's wait, or you walk, trust me, its a killer in the heat and a long way uphill. They should stick to the timetable.

The view was amazing and the staff extremely friendly.

Rooms are VERY spacious with amazing views if you opted for sea view. Additionally, view point 4 is literally at the restaurant hotel which is a bonus. Room is clean and staff are friendly.

1- Up the mountain can only be reached by hotel car. Hotel provides hourly shuttle cars to town but only until 9pm. After 9pm you have to pay 300 THB per room per way and 500 after 2am. I think this is a money grabbing technique because drivers are available 24h and since the hotel can only be reached by car it is only fair the shuttle service should be free of charge at least until midnight as most tourist are still out after 9pm for dinner and fire shows. If you add up the extra costs for the shuttle service to and back from town after 9pm, you might as well put it towards one of the more expensive hotels in town. 2- shower drain was blocked, I reported it on the first day and supposedly someone came whilst we were out to unblock it but it was still blocked so I just didn’t bother to report it again.

The property had a very good location and the shuttle bus was very useful and on time all the time. The staff were very nice and polite all the time, and they helped as much as possible.

There was a lot of defects in the room. The shower drain was blocked, the toilet could not be flushed as the handle was broken, the sink in the bathroom was wobbly. The bathroom itself looked like it has not been finished as there was kit stain all over the bathroom. One of the chair from the balcony broke the minute I sat down. There was no face towels in the room, and when we asked for it, one of it had a big hole in it. They did not cleaned the room during our stay , even if we put the sign up for it, and all the supplies we asked to be provided were placed in a plastic bag and left hang on the door handle. The phone in the room did nit work either, if you need anything, you got no choice, but to go to the reception. Another thing I did not like, is that the hotel is charging 40baths for 500ml bottle of water (comparing to shops, where you pay 14 baths for 2 liters of the same water) when they know you got no choice but to get the water from them as there are no shops around the hotel, and the town is like 50minutes to 1 hour walk. In the 32 degrees Celsius, I guess the hotel should consider the guests more.

- It’s really far from all activities and town. Even if you have shuttle bus every 1 hour, you have to pay 300 baths after 9pm - the breakfast. After 9am, no food, just 1 egg was here. Poor value for money…

Sehr freundliches Personal. Kostenloser Shuttle zur Stadt oder zum Strand. Falls länger in der Stadt persönliche Abholung gegen Aufpreis, war absolut zu empfehlen. Tägliche Reinigung. Frühstück war in Ordnung und vielfältig. Boottransfer zum Pier war inklusive hin und zurück. Das einige was fehlt waren der save und etwas zum aufhängen der Badetücher. Sehr empfehlenswert, da nicht direkt in der Stadt wirklich ruighe Ecke.

Le personnel est avenant et très gentil. Le déjeuner et le dîner ont un menu varié et de bonne qualité. Les chambres sont spacieuses. La vue est extra ordinaire. Il y a des chaises réservées à la plage pour les clients de l'hôtel.

L'hôtel est situé en montagne et peu pratique pour les personnes à mobilité réduite. IL faut utiliser des navettes à heures fixes pour aller à la ville ou à la plage. Il est difficile de dîner à la ville et de revenir à l'hôtel à temps pour la dernière navette. La piscine est de taille réduite et à proximité de la plage et non de l'hôtel. Il y en a une à l'hôtel mais destinée principalement aux jeunes.

L'accueil

Publicité mensongère. Pas de piscine . Hôtel qui semble a l'abandon ou non terminé. Façade d'hôtel complètement délabrés à certains endroits. Cafard dans les chambres . Devoir payer 300 baht après 21h . Pour une chambre dites "deluxe" on a droit à une magnifique vue sur un bassin de collecte des eaux usées .. bref on est loin.. très loin du 4 étoiles ...

The location is far, the property is on a hill, so walking to the resort is tough. They provide free shuttle but last only uptill 9 pm. After 9 it is very expensive with around 500bht per person. Partying late is a problem due to this.

Merkeze, havuza, sahile servisle gitmek durumunda olmak elverişsiz olabilir. Ama düzenli aralıklarla ücretsiz servis aracı imkanı var.

This is a very particular location. Only 7 minute ride by hotel shuttle from town or the beach. You are however limited to early nights of 9pm or you will need to pay to get a ride back. It was fine for me. I will say the view was EXTRAODINARY!!! The property hotel restaurant is very good. The Breakfast however is not great. And the property has little else to offer than a super room with the view I mentioned. For me it was perfect, others might not be as happy.

The breakfast of course, I didn’t order it with my package but went to see if I should. So happy I didn’t pay for that, it looked terrible. The pool/water park takes up a lot of space there and is not in operation. And the beach bathroom both times was absolutely disgusting.

Il est en vendu pour un hôtel 4 étoiles de luxe avec un grand parc aquatique. L’hôtel paraît à l’abandon. Rien n’est entretenu. Personne ne se baigne dans la piscine. Elle est vétuste. Aucun toboggan ne fonctionne. Vous avez vue sur une grand bassin de récupération d’eau à l’hygiène douteuse. L’emplacement est très éloigné de la ville. L’hôtel propose des navettes qui ne sont pas à l’heure. On a attendu 1 heure une navette. Hôtel a fuir !!!!

The Water Park images are at least 10 years out of date. The facility is crumbling. pools empty and in disrepair, and could have featured in an abandoned water parks you tube feature. The views from our room were amazing, but that's where the joy ended. Everything else was a disappointment. We are retired, but had we had a young family and booked on the attraction of the water park, we would have demanded our money back Transport into town was always overbooked and often hanging off the back of the truck

La distanza dal mare, su booking.com c'è scritto a 350m dal mare ed invece devi andare con la navetta gentilmente messa a disposizione con orari prestabiliti tutto il giorno oppure 15min a piedi, non esattamente i 350m dichiarati.

Wonderful experience for the first time visiting in Koh Phi-Phi Island. We had booked the Deluxe Ocean View room and it was just stunning. Spacious room, comfortable shower, absolutely great view to the ocean and big terrace with seating space. Shuttle services to the beach and town are every 20-30 minutes and it's complimentary. After 21:00 it's additional charge (300Thb) and after 00:00 (500Thb) upon request, so be mindful of that charge.

They didn't had soap in the bathroom even after requesting it. The answer was that they don't provide soap in the hotel rooms, so you better get your own hehe. Well, that was strange to us :(

Loved the spacious rooms and ocean views. Great staff at the property and great service. Would absolutely visit this venue again. Breakfast was really good. A lack of English speaking staff but overcame.

Was difficult moving around as everything was depending on transport but the hotel made several trips which worked out well.

Good shuttle service to and from the town. Nice balcony, fine room but far too big for what was in there so felt empty and bare.

Can only really back from town after 9pm if you pay 300thb, otherwise you have to walk pretty far up a steep hill in the dark. Supposedly they have 6 pools, however only 2 were actually full, and one of those was dirty. The others were empty or brown. This is also VERY much catered for children - We were told there was an adult pool but never got an answer as to where….strange. Service in the restaurant was poor. Friendly staff but very slow, and felt awkward for most of the time. We ordered Prawn Cakes as pescatarians but thought they tasted strange so asked the staff what else was in them for them to tell us chicken! No where in the menu did it state this. Really not good.

Too far from the beach and walking around is a problem due to everything being up hill walk and downhill. WiFi was an issue too. Also very far from the town itself, but if you want peace and quiet, it’s the best place to stay.

La vue et encore (énorme bassin de récupération d’eau devant). Il y a des navettes toutes les heures qui emmènent de l’hôtel en ville ou à la plage. Attention après 21h, il faut payer 300 bath (environ 8€).

La piscine n’était pas fonctionnelle, abandonnée. La chambre « deluxe » = chambre bas de gamme. Les serviettes de bain étaient sales (obligé de demander à la réception des serviettes mais ils n’en avaient plus donc ils nous ont donné des serviettes de plages…). Idem, traces sur la taie d’oreiller. L’hôtel ne mérite pas ses étoiles.

Las vistas son espectaculares. Cada día entraban a arreglar la cama, nos dejaban nuevas toallas y agua. El personal de transporte es muy amable. La habitación era muy grande y tenía todo lo necesario para que la estancia sea muy buena. En la habitación teníamos 2 paraguas, 2 chanclas.

La ubicación no es buena, ya que debes esperar un transporte (gratuito) que sale cada hora hacia el centro debes la isla y te deja más o menos cerca. Si tus planes son disfrutar la noche en Isla Phi Phi y tienes bajo presupuesto, recomiendo que te lo pienses, porque son 300 baths para que te recojan y te lleven al hotel después de las 9 de la noche.

Sve mi se svidjelo i sve je bilo izuzetno, nikad nisam negdje boravio a da je osoblje bilo tako uslužno i susretljivo,svaki dan čišćenje sobe,svaki dan za sve nas bočica vode od pola litre,čajevi,kava,mlijeko, četkice za zube,češljevi,britvice,štapići za uši,pjena za tuširanje, šampon,ručnici... a od svega najljepši pogled na svijetu. Svaki dan smo imali besplatni odnosno u cijeni prijevoz do plaže i do grada i nazad,uz samu pješčanu plažu mogli smo koristiti besplatno bazen sa slatkom vodom,jednu od najljepših plaža,ležaljke ,suncobrane i ručnike za plažu,sve u cijeni i ništa se dodatno ne naplaćuje,čak ima mogućnost prijevoza od grada do resorta kroz cijelu noć koja se naplaćuje oko 4 eura po osobi. Sve pohvale, preporučamo svima.

Resort is large, there is shuttle buses hourly going to the long beach and to town, drivers of shuttle bus always smiley and willing to help. Very nice views from the ocean view room. However the octopus water slide ruins the aesthetic. Room was spacious and bed was comfy.

The entire time we stayed (4 nights) there was an awful smell coming from the drains, we informed reception of this multiple times and they said they would check it out but no change, also we only had cold showers for 3 of the nights, this only got sorted on our final night. We paid for breakfast one morning (350 THB pp) and food was very limited and it was all cold.

La habitación era enorme con un balcón precioso con vista al mar, super recomendable esa habitación. A la tarde el punto panorámico permite ver ambos lados de la isla y un atardecer hermoso.

Lo único negativo fue que desde que llegamos a la isla y hablamos con quienes nos llevaban hasta el hospedaje hasta que entramos a la habitación pasó UNA HORA Y MEDIA. Para nosotros una falta de respeto total, y una pena que un hospedaje tan lindo tenga tan mal organizado llevarte al hospedaje.

Красивый отель и красивый вид со всех сторон отеля на - с восточной стороны открывается вид на море, с западной - на остров Пхи-Пхи и лагуну! С отеля на свой пляж и ближе к центру деревни ходит свой бесплатный шаттл-бас по расписанию. Свой пляж отличный, приятный вход, прям напротив есть камни, где обитают разнообразные рыбы - туда даже привозят туристов. На пляже также есть свой бассейн, который работает и после заката, что очень удобно, вроде бы до 20. Все номера в отеле большие. Нам достался новый (или обновлённый) номер.

Отель уже совсем не новый, некоторые корпусы полузаброшенные. Заявленного аквапарка фактически и нет. Горки старые, вода грязная, я бы не залез и детей не пустил. Он сам по себе, то есть без клиентов не работает, даже вода не течет, а её включают по просьбе
