We had a wonderful stay here with our family! The place was nice, comfortable, and well-maintained. Vino was very friendly and helpful, and even waited for us during check-in, which we really appreciated. The swimming pool was clean and enjoyable, and the building was well-maintained. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely love to stay here again!

Not children friendly...it was beside an incomplete building with overgrown grass and unkempt yard with rubbish. Awful first sight and your building has an opening in area above stairway so was very afraid of mosquitos and other creepy crawlies! Huge gaps along side the wall upstairs where the plant should be growing but all there was mud and dry branches. No microwave Pots were rusty and un usable Had problems getting Grab drivers to come there We shorten our stay and left a day earlier. The building needs a good paint job. The photos were not showing the true pictures. However The helpers were extremely warm and friendly.

This was a lovely house right next to the beach. Our family loved it!

A washing machine and dryer would have made this perfect, but we already knew beforehand there wasn't any.

We had a lovely staycation and family gathering at Oceanadi PD last night. With all the complete and convenient facilities, we truly had a great time! The BBQ activity was a blast, and the kids absolutely loved the pool. Thank you for the wonderful experience — highly recommended for family getaways! 😊🌊🍖

Everything were good just maybe the property could relocate one of the television from the room to the main hall 😇 thats all!

I like that the owner and PIC are very responsive. The environment is very calmly and feels like i am staycation at the overseas. Very very very good. Kitchen tools is well equipped, we even had a home cooked for 8 people without any issue. Every single corner and spot is very very clean and aesthetic. BBQ very easy to use.

Absolutely blown away by the interior of the villa. Spacious with lots of common areas for family to gather. Each room was very comfortable and love that it has its own private pool and only 5 min walk to the beach! This place is stunning!

The entire villa is good, the design, the pool, the cleanliness, the amenities, the kitchen, and the sea view, all are good. Some may not like the water sports activities that are crowded right in front / at the beach, but I think it was OK watching people having fun while sipping coffee.

Outside the villa, it's dirty as other plots of land are under construction. Flies are extraordinarily irritating, we had to keep all doors closed. Snails, too, are everywhere and huge, although didn't cause us trouble, over population of snails kills plants.

All about this property is awesome! Beautiful OOTD spot inside house area. Walking distance to beach. Lots of water activity offered at the beach.

The internet is quite slow when everyone is watching TV. No TV in the hall (we love movie nights gathering). Didnt really feel the aircon as the hall is an open concept. The fridge is not cold enough. Drilling from the house next door but acceptable cause no very disturbing.

The Villa was a beauty. Interior very modern as shown in the listed photo, everything still looks brand in condition. Facilities provided very much complete as well which makes are stay very convenient and comfortable. Bedding are very conformable and clean. This is definately a highly recommended place for group stay for family or friends. Host is very attentive and accommodating as well.

We stayed on a Friday night, even at 12am midnight there was a very loud music across the beach people singing karaoke and almost like screaming their lungs out. The dining and living area is actually quite limited space, the dining table set is beautiful however i have to stay that it does takes up alot of space specially the wide and heavy dining chairs. Noticed there is quite some flies keep getting inside the premise maybe because it is next to the beach/Sea and the property has a open roof where insects, flies or even have birds flew into the permimse with all the windows and doors closed.

House next door is having construction and there’s a few mens can see through this villa. There’s bamboo wall at second floor and when it’s raining, there’s a lot of water at the floor and stairs.

This is a good place for family getaway. Comfortable, clean & amenities good for self cook meals. Shower pressure & hot water good. Beds are in good condition. Very well thought furnishings & ambience for one to relax, chill & enjoy by the seaside. Staff very attentive & fast in response. Keep up! 👍

the location is an added point for the villa. located just a walking distance to the beach. less than 5 minute of driving, u can get to the commercial area and can easily find restaurants and covenient stores.

Really satisfied. Not like an ordinary homestay or villa. The design is modern, simple yet stylish. Perfect location and position of the house especially during sunset. Not facing the sun. Good to swim anytime in the pool. You can enjoy the sunset by going to the nearest beach. The facilities are complete including kitchen tools, BBQ set with gas, stove and utensils.

The place is so beautiful, the host is kind and attentive too. Location 2min walking distance to beach. Close to many restaurants and supemarket too It is facing beach, very nice ocean view. Everything necessary is provided in the kitchen. I love everything about this house. Will definitely come again in future.

Me and my family had a very great time during our stay. The villa was absolutely gorgeous. The location was great too. It’s within walking distance to the beach, and just a few minutes drive to nearby shops for groceries etc. We cooked our own meals throughout our stay, and from rice cooker to air fryer, toaster, pots and pans and utensils they’re all ready for use in the kitchen. There’s water filter for the island sink in the kitchen as well, so getting water for cooking n drinking was easy. If you’re bored from spending time in the villa (which wasn’t the case for me), you can always walk to the beach and do a lot activities there (swimming/jet ski/banana boat/kayaking/etc). For me, this place has exceeded my expectations, providing me and my family a comfortable stay with pictureque views, and I’d say it’s far better than some other luxury villas/resorts we’ve stayed previously, at a much lower rate. I’d definitely give it a 10/10. Note: since the villa has an open space concept, do expect some bugs/mosquitoes especially at night. Our first night, there was like a bug infestation around the villa (idk maybe because it was about to rain that night) and we had to close the living room door to the pool, turn off all lights, and head to our bedrooms early because the bugs got into the villa through the 2nd floor. But our second night was fine, no major bugs issue.

Downside is that we stayed during the weekdays and there was an ongoing construction nextdoor so in the day, it was quite loud when the workers are working.

The villa was clean and well maintained. The private pool and BBQ stove facilities was also provided. Even the BBQ gas was provided, if you decide to use charcoal, then you havd to get it yourselves. All in all, the villa has all the facilities readily avaliable for a comfortable stay. The villa has a very nice view of the Admiral cove at night at both the second floor and the master bedroom. We went during the Raya holidays, and was fortunate enough to witness some spectacular fireworks also.

There was some hiccup on the first floor share bathroom, where the drain pipe was not draining water quick enough, causing water overflow. It was however fixed by the host quickly, just a phone call away.
