Petit cocon à Ixelles - Quartier Européen

Sehr schönes Studio mit ausgezeichneter Sicht und sehr bequemen großen Schlafsofa. Stilvoll und wohnlich. Sehr netter Gastgeber und sehr freundlicher Empfang. Bushaltestelle direkt am Eingang mit Verbindungen direkt ins Zentrum.

La ubicación es muy buena, tienes el paradero en frente, cerca una lavandería, tiendas y demás además el anfitrión super amable

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy little apartment! It has everything you would need, as well as a convenient bus stop in front of the building to go anywhere in the city :)

The room is very nice, it looks newly renovated and the spaces are well used. The kitchen was clean and had everything one could wish for (even tea, coffee, sugar, oil, pepper and salt). There’s even a tv with international channels and earplugs for sleeping. The view was amazing and the host was kind and available.

La ubicación es muy buena y las instalaciones están bien. Las vistas son geniales. Tiene un supermercado en la acera de enfrente.

No estaba todo lo limpio que debería. La almohada no olía a limpio y si eres un poco delicado o delicada con los ruidos...parece que estás durmiendo en la planta baja de la avenida y con las ventanas abiertas, cuando en realidad estás en un piso 6.

Everything, it is a lovely place to stay in. Nice design, comfortable bed and kitchen. Nice and clean bathroom, there wasn’t any dirt or mold on the walls. Location is also great, wonderful view and relatively close to the city center.

Only one thing to mention is a street noise. Even with all windows close, car horns and even loud speaking people are quite loud. It’s not a real problem though, we’ve get used to this pretty quick, so overall our experience was great

Labs mājokļa novietojums - pilsētas autobusu pietura ar tiešo reisu uz Grote Markt (centrālo laukumu) tieši pie mājas durvīm. 10-15 min. kājām līdz karaļa pilij, metro, autobusam uz lidostu. Tiešā tuvumā mazie pārtikas veikali, 5-10 min attālumā Lidl un Colruyt lielveikali. Lielisks skats no dzīvokļa lielajiem logiem (6.stāvs) pār Briseles māju jumtiem. Dzīvoklis ērts, virtuve un vannas istaba labi aprīkotas. Dīvāngulta ir negaidīti ērta, tā lieliski transformējas no sofas par divguļamo gultu.

Dzīvokļa īpatnība ir depozīta nodrošinājums ar karti (naudu neiesaldē) caur Swikly platformu, kas pats par sevi nav nekas slikts, bet prasa nedaudz laiku darbībām lietotnē, e-pastu ar aicinājumu pārapdrošināties lasīšanai, dzīvokļa sabildēšanai ierodoties un situācijas foto nosūtīšanai lietotnē. Ielas troksnis var būt traucējošs - iela ir ar gana intensīvu satiksmi arī naktī. Cerams, ka tā bija tikai sagadīšanās - stundu pusotru pirms mūsu sarunātās ierašanās pēcpusdienā saņēmām ziņu, ka mājokli pēc iepriekšējiem viesiem varēs satīrīt tikai vēlā vakarā. Tas krietni izjauca visus mūsu vakara plānus.

Appartamento molto bello, funzionale, dotato di ogni comfort e di una bellissima vetrata. Le foto sono leggermente "migliorate" rispetto alla realtà ma nel complesso è un appartamento ottimo per risiedere più giorni. Posizione molto comoda con due autobus che passano ogni quarto d'ora e portano direttamente in centro. Due supermercati esattamente sotto casa. Frigo e freezer perfettamente funzionanti, forno a microonde e induzione. Stoviglie pulite e ottima temperatura. Materasso molto molto comodo e pure i cuscini.

L'unica prenotazione per la quale mi è stato richiesto un deposito cauzionale. L'unica prenotazione che abbia mai fatto per cui il giorno prima (a poche ore di distanza dalla partenza, quando uno si sta godendo gli ultimi scorci del suo viaggio ecc) ti arriva uno sgradevole messaggio che ti ricorda gentilmente di fare il check out prima delle 10 lasciando la casa in ordine seguendo questa regola e quell'altra regola... davvero sgradevole. Il proprietario sembra disinteressarsi completamente della casa lasciando tutto in mano a un'agenzia che gestisce le pulizie e manda messaggi (praticamente ogni giorno sulla qualunque).

The property is far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the city but close enough for quick transport! The studio apartment is affordable and such a cosy environment!

The only thing that we found tricky was not having an oven! However the hob and microwave did suffice!

Locația este bună, aproape de Parlamentul European. Conexiune bună spre centru și gară Locul este perfect pentru o sedere scurtă. Ai toate facilitățile necesar. Gazda foarte primitoare. Chiar ne - a așteptat până târziu și am apreciat acest lucru. Dacă s-ar face câteva reparații (pereți, geamuri, gresie) ar fi sigur o locație de 10.

Warm, bright with a very comfortable bed and good shower. Location was good with a small grocery store across the street and the owner was helpful and attentive. Felt safe staying there as a solo traveller

The TV was a little tricky to use so some instructions would have been helpful

The apartment had everything I needed, including food, seasoning, olive oil, coffee, and tea, which made my stay completely stress-free. The host kindly helped with my luggage due to a temporary lift issue (fixed within an hour) and was extremely helpful and reliable. A welcome message and sweets were a lovely extra touch. The location was perfect for public transport users, the building was clean and secure, and the neighborhood had several halal food options. Everything in the apartment was thoughtfully and generously provided. The hosts are communicative, reliable, and always available for any inquiries or questions. This will definitely be my go-to apartment if I return to Brussels.

Appartamento luminoso

Dopo la prima notte siamo dovuti andare via, perché l'appartamento ( 6 piano,) tutto finestrato con mini tendine (una rotta) , non aveva aria condizionata come da descrizione (al posto del condizionatore abbiamo trovato un refrigeratore) Purtroppo in quella settimana a Bruxelles faceva molto caldo e in camera non si poteva dormire. Aprendo le finestre oltre al caldo anche il rumore della strada. Internet salta rendendo impossibile lavorare (è un ponte non un wifi diretto) Il proprietario si era reso disponibile a rimborsare per i giorni restanti avendo dovuto cercare altra sistemazione. Purtroppo però alla fine ha voluto rimborsare solo per una notte. Peccato

I had a wonderful stay, with stunning gallery wall that offered amazing view, and was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary coffee and chocolates; they even provided an iron upon request, making the experience truly welcoming!

The apartment was very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. There is a very convenient bus stop just outside the building, with buses to the Grand Place arriving at very regular intervals. The hosts were very responsive and helpful, and the apartment was a good size with lots of natural light. I had a very enjoyable stay!

This was a perfect solution for me for my short stay in Brussels. I was met by the managers on arrival (also following delays, late at night) and the apartment was exactly what I needed and expected. I was impressed by the simplicity of my arrival. Thank you!

It was exactly what I needed and I can imagine that it could be a very convenient solution for a guess who needs to stay longer, based on location etc. The downside may be a pull out bed and some issues with the Windows, but these were minor.

Lovely and clean. Supermarket and take always near the apartment. Sleeper couch was comfortable and the kitchen had all we needed.

It was clean and easy to get in to.

There is no bed in this apartment. You are sleeping on a pull-out couch, and it is not a comfortable one. There is no good option - I tried pulling the bed out, and tried sleeping just on the couch, neither resulted in good sleep.
