Der Boden war dreckig, und nicht genug Geschirr sind vom Vorgänger vielleicht kaputt gegangen und dann nicht ersetzt worden!!!!

We like that it had the option to cook our own food and have a separate eating area. The room was located on the size of the building so was quiet at nighttime and during the day. The security guards in the entrance of the building were very helpful and kind.

The rooms were smaller than expected. There was not enough wardrobe/cupboards to hang clothes. The bathroom would become very warm even with the window open. There was no information for who to contact with any issues in the room. The bathroom handle fell off after our first day and even though we contacted the provider, it wasn’t fixed. We also had an ant infestation and they ended up everywhere. After we spoke to the security guard about our issue, they got in touch with someone who came and sorted out the ants after a few days. The Wi-Fi was terrible. Netflix would constantly freeze when we used it to watch anything. The floor was dirty as were the curtains. There were no cleaning supplies to wipe down areas. The brooms were left in the balcony so we only found them by accident. There is a balcony but can’t be used as there is no seating available. Would not stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful apartment. Decor was so nice and the photo is actually reflective of the place. Easy check in and key collection. Love the hustle and bustle of the street it's located in. Food and places of interest such as the museum is an easy walk away. We used the apartment for our day visit to Cairo but 100% would book again for a longer stay. Thank you.
