Reviewed Aug 29, 2026The staff are very polite and welcoming, especially Hanin and her colleagues. The hotel really makes you feel at home. The staff respect your privacy and do not disturb you by knocking on the door unnecessarily; they are always available at the reception whenever you need assistance. The room is new, with modern furniture and beautiful decorations. The air conditioning also works very well. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

Il bagno è veramente da rivedere molto vecchio, il boiler dell'acqua calda perdeva. La colazione veramente un po misera. Pagamento con carta con commissioni aggiuntive per la struttura non per la mia banca

We were scammed by someone who claimed to be the hotel manager. He offered us a tour for $18 that included the Giza Pyramids, the Nile, and two other places. However, when we arrived at Giza, he asked us to pay again for another tour through a different agency, even though it was the same tour he had originally offered us himself.

I liked every thing, the helpful staff, the location, the cost, the panorama view from the restaurant when i have my breakfast at the early morning with my colleagues, really i spent a very nice time there,

موقع الفندق غير جيد اللوكيشن يوصلك بالشارع وتضطر تدخل في مدخل صغير ويدخلك داخل عمارة وفي داخل العمارة تطلع الدور الخامس هناك الفندق :الغرفة غير مريحه ضيقة ولا يوجد عازل صوت والازعاج حولها الكافيه من جهه رافع أصوات الأغاني و الشارع حدث ولا حرج أصوات السيارات ونباح الكلاب :نظافة الأغطية غير جيدة ومرفق صوره : كاتبين شامل الإفطار وعند حلول الفطور تجدهم يقدمون لك شي ليس له بالفطور بصله ولا خدماتهم جيده : سعر الغرف مرتفع مقارنه بالخدمات المقدمه وموقعه

Wann immer wir Hilfe brauchten, waren Herr Ibrahim und Herr John immer da, um uns zu unterstützen. Ich kann dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall empfehlen, besonders wegen der ausgezeichneten Lage mitten im Stadtzentrum.

Reviewed May 18, 2026كونه دور واحد فقط في الطابق الخامس لم أكن أتوقع ذلك .. المكان جميل ومحترم وفي قلب ميدان التحرير والعاملين قمة في الذووق والتعامل الحسن بداية من شفت الصباح مع الأخت منار والرسيبشن أول الليل.. وآخر الليل للأسف لم يكن لي تعامل معهم .. والفطور مع الاطلالة ع الميدان رووعة .. ستكون لي زيارة ثانية بإذن الله. مجرد رأي شخصي يصلح للشباب ولايصلح للعوائل الخليجية.

The front desk staff, notably Ahmed, Manar and Enas, were incredibly helpful and made us feel right at home. The rooms were spotless, and the ambiance was calm and relaxing. We also loved the restaurant service—Basant and Rahma provided top-notch service with a great attitude. Highly recommended!

Reviewed Apr 26, 2026Very bad management, contacted with them before 10 hours of arrival, however upn arrival room was not ready, room AC was not functional, very small room, toilet items was not good, no cleanliness at all. Espacially what they showed the pictures on booking.com there is no single item meets. No nile river view at all and even no Tahrir square view. I reached at the hotel at around 12 am and i wait 2 hours to solve the issues but after that instead to solve issue i changed my hotel.

Reviewed Apr 15, 2026Excelente relación precio-calidad, la ubicación es excelente aunque puede ser un poco ruidoso (como todo el Cairo) el exterior ya que está cercano a una plaza muy concurrida. El personal es muy amable. La entrada al edificio puede ser un poco antigua, y la calle donde se encuentra puede parecer un poco oscura, el lugar y sus alrededores son muy seguros. Vine por 3 noches en un principio, pero al final extendí a un total de 9 noches
El desayuno podría ser un poco más variado, a pesar de que solo desayuné 2 o 3 veces
