Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Stayed for 3 nights. They provided room nearby the service lift, lots of noise in early morning, it is difficult to sleep. Out of 3 main lifts 1 or 2 lifts are always having problem. I wanted my bills for the dinner I had in room, still not provided even after check-out. Their AC makes noise when AC-FAN is on 'high mode', and what's surprises that their engineer suggests keep it at Low or Medium only. Worst Radisson in India ever visited. Hope they send my bills.

The window in my room had an opaque film on it which blocked outside view, giving the room a claustrophobic effect. Rooms are old and need immediate attention. A huge dead cockroach was found in the bathroom.

Team at the reception is so nice I was welcomed by Ishani in the lobby and escorted to room …. Room was also pleasant with wonderful aminities… breakfas Spread was also good but should have more continental options #### I will definitely visit again to stay with family Thanks Ishani for taking care of all the guests with smile shows the great hospitality
