I booked it because name suggests that it is Ramada’s property but its structure is not at all as per the standard i was expecting from the brand and the images here.

The receptionist was very nice

Why was our room opened and cleaned with the master key without our permission, especially in our absence? Our important belongings were left in a certain way, and we had already clearly informed your staff that we did not want our room to be cleaned. So why was it still done without our consent?

Very Disappointing Stay at Ramada My stay at Ramada was quite disappointing. The food quality was poor considering the high prices, and the overall dining experience did not feel worth the money. The expenses throughout the stay were much higher than expected, while the quality and service did not justify the cost. For a hotel of this standard, I expected much better food, service, cleanliness, and overall value for money. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet those expectations. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the food quality, pricing, and overall guest experience.

Mr. Surya was great at providing all services. Housekeeping staff was really generous and everything was available in jiffy.

Very good house keeping service specially Mr. Surya and Mr. Birjesh was very helpful and poliet. Reception service is also good and fast. Hotel is very nice hotel. Neat and clean well maintained. I would like to recommend it for family as well. Very soothing atmosphere. Food is very tasty. If possible put a room freshener machine and tissue box in the room. Refrigerator is not cooling properly as well. Noises are coming from outside from marriage halls.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and all the essential amenities required for a comfortable stay. Housekeeping was prompt, and the overall cleanliness of the property was impressive. The breakfast experience at Capers was equally enjoyable. The buffet offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, including local specialties, South Indian dishes, bakery items, fresh fruits, and made-to-order eggs. Everything was well-prepared and replenished regularly. The staff was courteous, professional, and always willing to assist, making the stay even more comfortable. The combination of comfortable rooms, excellent food, and warm hospitality made for a memorable experience. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.
