Reviewed Jul 2, 2026Wygodne mieszkanie zgodne z opisem. Parking bezpośrednio przy budynku ze wskazanym miejscem na samochód. Blisko do metra (900 m) i przystanków autobusowych (200 i 400 m), bardzo dobra komunikacja z centrum miasta i innymi miejscami. Mieszkanie dobrze wyposażone, cisza i dużo zieleni.
Trochę ciepło w mieszkaniu. Choć temperatura na zewnątrz nie przekraczała 21 st C, cały czas mieliśmy uchylone małe okienka. Nie ma klimatyzacji ale jest wentylator.

Magari aggiungere qualche pentola, ho trovato solo una padella antiaderente (che butterei) e una pentola grande. Questo è il mio consiglio personale.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2025Kleine, feine Wohnung im 8. Stock eines Wohnblocks mit eigenem Parkplatz Bequeme Betten, gute Ausstattung, sehr sauber. Vermieter sind freundlich und flexibel. Die Metro-Station liegt ca 13 Min. Fußweg entfernt, also nicht ganz um die Ecke. Aber von dort kommt man bequem mit der Bahn in die Innenstadt.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2025Ubytovanie je situované v tichom prostredí. Parkovanie je pred domom. Výhodou je blízkosť stanice metra či potravín. Je to menší byt s dostatočne veľkou kúpeľnou vhodný najmä pre dvojicu.
Tým že je byt na najvyššom poschodí počas dní kedy sú vonkajšie teploty okolo 30°C je v byte veľmi teplo. Tým že byt nemá balkón ani lodžiu je len obmedzená možnosť vetrania cez malé okienka.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2025A completely and nicely renovated flat in a quiet residential area. All necessary equipments available in the flat, car parking is free in front of the building.
A bit few dishes in the kitchen, we found only one cooking pot and one frying pan.

Reviewed May 21, 2025The owners were very nice, warm and friendly and offered tips and guidance. Very nice people! The apartment was nice clean and comfortable, washroom was neat. Close to metro as well as a 24/7 convenience store.
Just a small request / advice, it would be super helpful if more darker curtains are installed because even after drawn curtains and blinds you still get sharp sunshine in the morning which woke me up earlier than my desired time :)

Only one set of towels per person. So if I washed a towel I have no other towel to use and had to wait a day for the towel to dry. Had to buy my own towel.

-it was very hot inside (end July) and the windows could be opened only for a couple of centimetres; bathroom radiator could not be stopped (not the host’s fault but we would have preferred to know)

Reviewed Jun 14, 2024We enjoyed our stay, this is very well equipped comfortable apartment. Enough space for 4 persons. There is all necessary even for the long stay. Kitchen is good equipped. Host was very friendly and communication was smooth. Free parking is a huge bonus. Highly recommended!

Reviewed Jun 7, 2024The property is located in a quite neigbourhood. It is clean and very good design. The kitchen facility is good. My suggestion is to provide some pyrex to cook in the oven and brush or sponge to clean the dishes manually.
In summer, it is very hot, but there is a fan provided that it is helping.
