The cleanliness and the well maintained apartment.

The apartment unit is well equipped with water dispenser and a kitchenette which is a must when traveling with young kids. It also comes with play things for the young ones to keep them occupied.

The apartment block seems still under construction; some lifts are lined with wooden planks, parking lot is a bit dark and dirty.

The location was convenient, especially for visiting Legoland.

The air-conditioning issue, poor communication, and very poor handling of the situation. We had to move between apartments twice with 4 kids and all our luggage, and had to repeatedly follow up ourselves for updates. There was very little consideration for the inconvenience caused to guests.

The room was child friendly and had lots of small chairs and kitchen equipments and washing machine came with detergent also and clothes rack for drying, their was a dispenser for hot water fpr making baby milk also.They gave 5 towels for only 3 of us.

The bed was getting old and the slides were starting to break, there is only shower and space to hang towel is too close to washing basin, no space to put shower in the shower and tootnbrush.There was a broken fan in the room.

Its a nice place for a short stay for the kids and adults plus its near to Legoland. The place is clean and the washing machine is a plus too.

The only thing I don't like is the mattress which is not comfortable for a good night rest.

Proximity to Legoland and to a mall. The unit was clean and spacious. Grab taxis to places was cheap. No criminals. Peaceful place.

One of the water heaters was not working well. The one in the second bathroom was heating well but the holder of the shower needed adjustment. The tool needed was a screwdriver which we did not have.

Nice little apartment with plenty of room, can sleep 5 people. Happy to have a well-equipped kitchen to use, a washing machine, a mini pool table and an arcade machine, providing more than the usual entertainment. Location to Legoland is amazingly near.

The arcade machine is extremely loud without any way to lower the volume. The condo itself is quite deserted, and parking is strange because only 1 floor is allowed with all the others boarded up, making it feel like they are abandoned. Parking is at the 5th or 6th floor and we had to spin round and round and round up to it.

Pls provide kiblat direction for muslim..yes off course muslim can refer any apps/online tools for kiblat, if provided it is muslim friendly.

Felt a little uncomfortable on entrance of building

We had a great stay at the place. It has all the comfort of a home and got all necessary things that makes our stay pleasant. We appreciate the place having a washing machine so we can wash wet clothes used from Legoland water park. Checking in and checking out was smooth and the host has a very detailed check in instructions. Our kids enjoyed the game console that kept them entertained. We are a family of 4 but the place can comfortably accommodate 5 person as there's an extra sofa bed in the living room.

The aircon in the bedroom might need servicing as it does not provide a cold air as it supposed to be. But there's a ceiling fan that can be used do it's not too bad.

Saubere wohnung in Gehweite zur Mall und damit auch zum Legoland. Wie auf den bildern ersichtlich alles ok. Pool und freiluftgym im haus verfügbar.

A picture truly says a thousand words. I absolutely loved everything about the property. it was cozy, comfortable, and had such a welcoming atmosphere. My favourite feature was the charming retro arcade games, which added a unique touch to the stay. Most importantly, the warm greetings and smooth check-in process made me feel genuinely welcomed from the moment I arrived. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Place : next to mall with restaurants, and Legoland and water park Very clean, and well furnished for a short stay by a family. Toys and game are very appreciated by kids.

like many others have said, location was unbeatable. easy to get to the mall and legoland. towels provided and some entertainment for kids provided too. check in and out was simple enough

the a/c in the living room didn't work. all the mattresses were super cheap/thin/too springy - basically uncomfortable. couldn't sleep well at all. certain places had thick layer of dust. water from one of the showers came out like piercing needles (super thin and sharp), making showering like a torture session. parking was a nightmare - u have to go up like 10 floors of really narrow winding slopes (a part of the building is abandoned, and some walls of the carpark is just covered by plywood??)

Secured enter to flat using swiming pool and fitness. Short walking to the Legoland and market.

There was no breakfast but there was Mall of Medini nearby. It was a 5 minutes walking distance which means Legoland was nearby as well. It was at the back of the Mall of Medini.

The river next to the condo because it has mosquitoes. Always close your windows and your balconies as sometimes, the insects are able to fly inside the condo. Happened a few times to mine. Mall of Medini was mediocre so I had to grab to both AEON Bukit Indah and further up to Paradigm Mall. It was only about 15 minutes grab to AEON Bukit Indah and 20 minutes drive to Paradigm Mall.

Going up to the parking is quite a hassle but this is out of the host’s control. Otherwise all were great!

Conveniently located walking distance from legoland. Arcade machine in room was a plus.

Lacked basic amenities like tissue paper. Not well maintained for example, tv remote was broken, mattress was lumpy, ac was noisy.

1) If you are driving, the narrow ramp up to the carpark at level 5 is a real test of your driving skills. Same situation when ypu drive down the ramp. 2) Housekeeping could be more meticulous. There was alot of dust behind the double decker bed. Can see a piece of cloth, a toy, a tshirt behind the double decker bed. The toilet roll in one of the toilets was drenched with water (god knows what happened). 3) Fridge was leaking, kudos to the staff who responded swiftly and sent a team to rectify. However the team left a piece of dirty cloth in the unit. Could be more meticulous (back to point 2). 4) The blinking fairy lights at the unit entrance caused a headache. 5) Staff sent the wrong location of the unit before check in. Luckily I realised and pointed it out. The boss probably need to maintain quality control of the staff.

Best affordable stay with kids in terms of amenities. Kids had great time

The location is near to the Legoland. It is easy to walk there.

The experience staying there was not good. We had couple of times of electricity outage. Despite it was attended immediately, it make the whole experience bad especially when it was at night. The bed feels uncomfortable. Perhaps its time for the owner to change the mattress. We also had aircond leakage on the bed.

Worst experience ever. We completed the self-check-in at around 4:00 PM, only to discover that there was no electricity in the entire building. What made the situation even worse was that the staff did not inform us of this issue in advance. The grill outside our house also rosak cannot lock. We immediately requested a refund, but the staff asked us to wait because TNB was supposedly on the way to resolve the problem. We ended up waiting until 7:00 PM at the shopping mall next door because it was unbearably hot inside the apartment. Keep in mind that this happened during the school holiday period on 30 May 2026, when most hotels, Airbnb properties, and apartments were fully booked. We had to call hotels one by one to find alternative accommodation and were fortunate to secure a room at OZO Hotel. This situation caused significant inconvenience and stress for my family. The property should have informed guests about the power outage before check-in and provided a prompt refund or alternative accommodation instead of asking us to wait for several hours in uncertain conditions.

*Strategic location *Kids loves the decoration and facility

*The top bunk may not be suitable for young children. Young children should not be left to sleep there unsupervised as they could potentially fall off. * The bed may be more suitable for children than adults. Please improve the quality of mattress *overprice , maybe during weekend .Furthermore entire apartment size is way too small . *Dislike to park vehicle at carpark because the building looks like not well maintenance and development.

This is not a negative actually but the airconditioner at the living room needs to be maintained as it was not that cold

AC was very hot, place wasn't clean and there were 2 cockroach roaming around. Wouldn't suggest to others. Booked for 3 nights, ended up leaving 3 hrs after check in. The entrance going up to the apartment looks very dodgy the elevator going up was infested with flies. Entrance/exit to the apartment was also very difficult being you have to go uphill every time you'd want to leave the building. It's quite bad really, I should've known better, too good to be true.

Parking, I have never seen motorcycles go up car parking levels. The car park is very narrow.

the property is very outdated, holes on the walls and furnitures are old! the bed was very wiggly and not sturdy, bathroom very small, seems they turned a 2 bedrooms into 2 units! right next to your door is another unit and you can hear a pin drop! for the price I guess its not bad but they need to do some maintenance! no had soap no extra toilet paper! its airbnb i did not know it when i booked! the house can be more clean it was dusty specially in the kitchen. also livingroom AC is so old and doesnt cool down the place! we were sweating specially in Malaysia heat! we also reached out to host and asked if they are able to make a reservation on behalf of us since we didn’t have access to phone and he refused, in my opinion he could have been more helpful for being a host on airbnb

Highly recommended for family stays! The hotel was amazing — all the staff were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The location is super convenient and very close to LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort, which made travelling with kids so much easier. The room was very comfortable and spacious, perfect for big families or those travelling with several children. The kids absolutely loved the toys provided in the room, so they were entertained the whole time. The TV also came with Netflix, which was a great bonus for relaxing at night. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again!

The property is so near Legoland and the unit is clean and at high level. It has good pool and gym facility..

It is my fault, I did not see the picture properly and did not book the room that has the slide. However the simplest room is also good.

Excellent location and space. My son especially liked the slide.

There was no shuttle bus as it says on booking.com but apart from that everything was great.

I felt I am being cheated. I don’t know whose fault, both Owner and booking.com are finger pointing to another. When I was booking, it shows RM95. Once paid, it became additional RM88 of cleaning fee. The cleaning fee was never appear during the whole booking procedures. I demand for the refund of such cleaning fee. If I don’t get the fund refund of cleaning fee, I will never use booking.com platform anymore.

The way from the ground floor to the level 5 & 5A car park is like haunted and abandoned place. The car park area is scary too and out of maintenance.

It was surprisingly convenient to stay at this unit as it fits our intended program throughout our stay in Johor.

There was a small issue with the bathroom but it was resolved by the team on the same day.

Facilities. One of bathroom has shower and toilet next to each other, when you shower, entire toilet is completely wet. Really small space. Air conditioners are quite old and not cold enough. Rooms are still quite hot.

It is a scam. False advertising the photos are not at all the same as reality. On top of that flat was dirty, no hot water in one of the bathroom, and water was leaking. Some appliances of the kitchen also broken.

Location was right in front of Legoland. The furnishings were decent, but the towels were dirty. maintenance could be better.

The building is an abandoned construction project with lifts and most facilities in poor shape. Only one lift works at night it is amazingly inconvenient. The parking at 5th floor and the checkin procedure requires a lot of work. The apartment we stayed in had two separate apartments in the same unit. The neighbours were noisy and kept slamming doors until 1 am. The towels were an absolute disgrace with dirt marks all over them. We ended up having to purchase kitchen towels to use in place of normal towels.

We were satisfied with our stay overall. After checkout, there was a small misunderstanding, which was resolved smoothly through communication. The location is very convenient, especially for visiting Legoland. Having many nearby options for dining and food delivery is a big advantage. The washing machine was extremely helpful when traveling with a child, and our child enjoyed the games available. Thank you for the pleasant stay.

Cleaning could be a bit more detailed, especially light switches and door handles. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay.

It looked beautiful and worth staying at, and I hoped my child would like the slide, but not at all — it was not safe at all
