The location was ideal it is in the heart of Cebu... Where you can easily access transportation... The staff are average....

The rooms are to small..... Not proportion... Toilet also not either proportion I feel like it was not meant for large size person..... Amenities... Nothing.. Even slippers you need to ask it... The room price was to much for such a cozy room well they say it is standard but I didn't see it as standard room.... Too small for a standard room.

For a small food stain on your bead they charge you with 500 pesos, and the bathroom sink is not working properly

Charging for cleaning sheets was an unknown cost

Generally the staff were courteous , but the breakfast was a poorly maintained buffet

There was a small bloodstain on a sheet and I was charged 1000 peso for damaging company owned goods. This was stated as company policy but it does not appear on the listed policies from Booking .com Nor is it charged consistently as another time it was ignored

They are not flexible at the property and they put My Wife in a very small room after the several days that we had occupied the rooms at your hotel and then they put her in a room with a rip curtain pretty sleazy

The single room is good, a minimum tv channels, comfortable bed and pillow. Its location is near in buying some drinks and food, 7/11, cafe and alot of people because its the hosptal vicinity. Over all is okay.

The location of my room is bear in thel aundry section, and below is the parking area so its a bit noisy , the aircon is old so its is a noisy one. But other than that is okay.

Nobody really opens the door for you in the main hall. We arrived at 1 am and the guard was sleeping.

The property itself was neat, clean, and well-maintained. However, the road leading to the hotel needs improvement, as it was in poor condition. There was also garbage scattered along the surrounding area, which negatively affected the overall experience. Improving the access road and maintaining better cleanliness outside the property would make guests’ first impression much better.

The amenities are available only upon request, which can be inconvenient since some essential items are not readily provided in the room. There were also no slippers provided, which would have added to the comfort of the stay. Another downside is the absence of a refrigerator, making it difficult to store food, drinks, or medications that require refrigeration. This can be especially challenging for guests staying for several days or those traveling with children. The staff were accommodating and responsive whenever we requested amenities. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but providing basic room amenities, including slippers and a refrigerator, would greatly improve the overall guest experience.

The accommodation and staff are good but the road going to the hotel is not what I expected and needs to be cemented.

Location is ideal because it's pretty close to everything. The staff is helpful and professional. The place was kept clean at all times.

Probably needs some upgrading; the AC was a bit noisy, you'd need to turn off the swing so it can be bearable. The hot shower wasn't also doing much of the job.

Single room is very small

The rooms are very small. They need new towels and sheets. They looked old and used for an extended period of time. My biggest issue was the air conditioner timing out every hour despite putting a timer on the unit. Basically woke up every hour to restart it since it was super hot in the room. The location was decent and the staff was friendly.

The pictures on the website must have been taken when the place was new, definitely didn't look like that when I was there. Hot water didn't work, AC very noisy. Hair on floor. Just not good!

Location. The staff were quick to assist though and always willing to help. Security personnels were good.

I stayed for 8 nights and my room was only cleaned twice. On both occasions I had to repeatedly ask even if I hanged the MUR sign. I had very bad insect bites all over my body. Limited options in the restaurant.

The room was very comfortable with a queen size bed, very clean linens and towels. All the staff were EXTREMELY gracious, kind and OVER-the-TOP HELPFUL; everyone!! The neighborhood was very quiet too. Excellent stay and I'll be back! I was able to park my car in their secure area !

At check-IN none of my credit/ debit cards worked because of poor signal with their device. Had to pay cash which I found annoying. They told me I would have free breakfast, but the next morning they charged me p200 because online booking doesn't include breakfast.

Was a decent stay, Aircon worked good hot water staff was welcoming and friendly. Catch moto around city for around 60 ph peso

My primary issue is that they do not provide an airport shuttle even with haveing that on the website. Also it was a Very very small room, nothing horrible about that but it was noticeably small.
