The space behind the toilet cover were covered in yellow stain when we put it down.

The fragrance they use in the lobby and inside the room is very strong. No toiletries provided. No hairdryer. The bed had blood stain.

The bed and the room looks nothing like the photo. Everything is old and the double bed are small

there are no windows and all the noise from the hallway comes into the room.

No blanket provided, have to pay 150php extra to get a blanket. not even toothbrush provided, so noisy inside the room, cannot sleep well.

We booked 3 rooms and we are so very disppointed! This hotel sucks! 1.They have limited parking space and they will call you out early in the morning while you're sleeping just to move your car. (Room 504 and Room 505) 2.The drainage on their CR is clogging as well. (Room 505) 3. We checked in late. We are so tired travelling on our 1st day and we need a warm shower but the water heater is not working. The water was so cold. They told us to wait until morning because they don't have a technician at night. This was unacceptable for my husband who drove almost whole day. So, we end up transferring to another room (From 504 to Rm 304) at around 10:30pm 😡 4. There are cockroaches and rats! My sister left her food on a table and when we went back, oh no! her food has a bite of a rat! There is a small hole on thier door where rats and cockroaches can fit in. While watching TV you can see rats and cockroaches roaming around. (Room 501) 4. Their lightings were so dim. They only have 1 electric socket in Rm 304. 5. Even the lights were dimmed, you can still see that their top sheets were not as clean as you want it to be. When we checked out, they charged us Php 500.00 because of the stain on their dirty sheets because they don't have a laundry which is a big NO NO in a hotel business. (Rm 505) We let all their lapses pass because we know and understand that there is no such thing as a perfect hotel specially for this kinda old hotel until they charged us despite of all negotiations. We are tired and very sleepy but we got disturbed early in the morning just to move the car because someone is going out. But for a stain (which we are not sure if we are the one who really caused it) they will charge us! We requested for an official receipt or sales invoice of the 500.00 charge but they only gave us a voucher which is very unacceptable. We can afford to pay 500.00 but the thought of being taken advantage by this hotel was so unfair and very disppointing.

The view of the Capital Building at night from the 5th floor foyer doesn't make up for the misery of the Deluxe Double Room. The friendly reception, roomy lift, airy foyer and fresh room entry door didn't prepare us for the misery inside the hotel room.

Cramped, cracked, worn-out and without any thought given to amenities or convenience. No luggage rack, no table or chair, just one side-table, tiny randomly placed wardrobe, poor lighting, cracked wash-basin in a tiny dingy CR. WiFi is there, but doesn't support streaming. :-( The fact a Queen bed had been shoehorned in, and there was an effective and quiet split a/c, didn't compensate for the lack of effort everywhere. Be prepared to make a 1k Damage Deposit. Maybe there are better rooms, for more money, in this Hotel. But the lack of effort, and the misery it brings, is inexcusable.

The location was great. There are a lot of restaurants and cafe's nearby.

My experience at this place was far from pleasant. There was a strong, unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, which made it hard to feel comfortable. The toilet didn’t work properly, which was frustrating. On top of that, the water pressure in the shower was incredibly slow, making it difficult to take a proper shower.

The Staff is very friendly . I made a mistake while doing the booking and the lady at the reception was very kind ,helping me having the room that I wanted at the first place. The pictures are matching the rooms. Staff is very responsive.

It’s not something that I didn’t like but pressure of the shower was a little bit low.

I like the location. I like that it offers cheap price. I like that they do have parking space. I like that it is not a tall building since I have fear in heights. I also like that they offer free towels, soaps, shampoos and water for drinking. I do like the softness of bed and pillows.

What I don't like is that they do not have spoon even for coffee or fork for food in the rooms. You have to bring your own toothbrush & toothpaste or buy at the reception.

There are a lot of cockroaches in the bathroom, Please regularlt disinfect it. Hope you could improve.

Not much... located in a very busy, not so inviting place .. traffic hectic, faster walking but not a particular nice walk.

Not for a tourist...if you are on a budget & have a work event this is cheap accommodation otherwise book a very different location

Not much it was very dirty witch I did not like I took pictures off the dirty bathroom and showed to staff nothing was done

- staff are great - AC is great, but can't change temperature - with working TV - Wifi is OK for browsing - good for overnight stay - location is great

- if shower pressure and temperature and bidet is a preference, then there is none in the hotel - no free toothbrush so you should buy/bring - side table is too small - had to wait to check me in eventhough I arrived late

It didn’t look as advertised. The hotel is so outdated. The ads included laundry which isn’t true there is no laundry facility at the actual hotel. The bed sheets were so thin.

Hotel location is in the heart of Cebu. It's easy to get a jeep or taxi to the nearest tourist spot. Also easy to get necessities and food as they are walkable. personally, it's good value for money. The staffs were also very accommodating and friendly.

Not much dislikes, just things minor inconveniences that can be improved like: the lighting position, provide more amenities like hangers; the water from gallon because doesn't taste like real water. When I left some food for awhile on the side table, ants got in real quick. The shower head is a bit old and couldn't really adjust the temperature you desire.

Location was good

It was dirty, the room had lot of mosquitoes, the room was small. Bathroom shower curtain was dirty and old, towels were worn out and no bidet. It was not worth the price. No drinking water too. The room hd air conditioning but the blanket was worn out and thin. Also the next day I found a lot of insect/ mosquito bites on myself and my son 😞

The elevator, I feel not safe with it's hissing sound. There was no table or couch in the lobby. Better there are lounge in the waiting area to view the capitol park. It's an added feature. Although how safe, not sure.

The room was quiet in spite of being by a busy and noisy road.

It was a bit pricey for a simple room with poor furniture, no window and a small bathroom
