Spacious, well located, amazing view, nice simple decor, quiet residents lovely well kept pool shared with other flats.

The walk down is 7 mins - the walk up is steep and might be difficult for older people or anyone with health issues.

The location of the property was great-the view of the ocean from the patio was fabulous. The property is located near beaches and local entertainment all within walking distant. The locals are friendly. Transportation easy and inexpensive. Property owner left resource book with what to see, estimated cost and contact information for tour/taxi which was very helpful.

The property was basically clean with the exception of the stove, extremely dirty. The property was shabby, furniture old, zero ambiance, ceiling fan dusty/dirty I kept sneezing. Bedroom door kept slamming would not stay closed while in sitting area. Air condition in bedroom none in living area, at times awfully hot. For the 5 days I stayed, was not comfortable with environment. I recommend the owner of property add fresh coat of paint, change run down furniture, add some bright decor ensure property is spotless. It is a small apartment it should not be costly to make these updates. I stayed at another property in Columbus Heights 2024. Amazing experience Penthouse on the Ridge in Skycastle.

I loved my stay at Ocean Breeze so much and it has the most beautiful view. The apartment is right at the top of a hill so walking up I would say is not suitable for elderly people or people who struggle to walk for that reason, however there are many taxis in Ocho Rios who will take you up so that problem is solved. The walk is definitely somewhat steep but as a young fit person who wanted some exercise while I was there it was fine for me and the view is so, so worth it when you’re up there. There’s multiple pools on the complex with one just a minute or two from the apartment which I used a few times; it was hot in Ochi so being able to have a dip in the pool in the morning was lovely and made all the difference to my holiday. The apartment is as described and it was so helpful having a fridge, hob and microwave to be able to use as I spent the mornings on the terrace having breakfast; the food in Ocho Rios can be quite expensive as it’s in a tourist area so I wanted to save a bit of money and went to a local Supermarket in the town and bought some items to cook for myself. I’m a 34 year old single woman and I stayed for 9 days on my own and didn’t once feel worried about safety or have any issues in that area. There is also 24 hour security at the entrance to the complex. The apartment has a great central location and is about a 10-15 minute walk from Island Village which has shops, restaurants and the lovely Turtle beach at Margaritaville which I visited pretty much everyday. The host checked in with me to make sure I was happy throughout and overall my experience was wonderful. I would 100 percent stay here again.

This is the perfect place---walking distance to everything. The host was very responsive. Place was very clean. Everything worked perfectly and bed was super comfortable. No regrets and would recommend it to anyone else who visits Ocho Rios.

Although not quite the penthouse (there is another level abov), the views are fantastic over Ocho, the host was very responsive and helpful, the local staff a delight. We used and enjoyed 3 different swimming pools on site!

The bedroom window needs a blackout curtain, way too much light in the morning. Some windows have bug screens, others don't. A/C is only on the bedroom. The primary overhead fan is old, wobbly and very noisy. The owners provided a tower fan for our temporary use. I'd want to make sure the overhead has been replaced.

Loved everything about this place---the location, the awesome view, the comfy bed. The place was spotless and very spacious. There are six pools, and we used five of them. Property has a gym too. The property host was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to other travelers.

I had an amazing stay at Ocean Breeze Penthouse in Ocho Rios! The view was absolutely stunning, and the place was incredibly comfortable with everything you need to feel at home. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to cook meals. The location is convenient, close to shops, grocery stores, and restaurants. Just keep in mind that it’s up a steep hill, so having a car or using Uber is recommended. The cleanliness of the place was impeccable, and the check-in and check-out process was seamless. While the Wi-Fi and TV worked well most of the time, there were occasional slow moments when streaming movies. Overall, it’s a beautiful and relaxing spot, perfect for enjoying the best of Ocho Rios. I would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was awesome! We have stayed at other properties in Ocho Rios in past years, but this is definitely the best one so far!! The apartment was very spacious and looked just like the photos on the website (or even better)!! The location was central and walking distance to most things (and it really did take us about 7-10 minutes to walk to Ocho Rios Beach). Every door and window had an amazing view!! Kitchen was well-equipped with what you would expect (although we mostly ate out), and the bathroom had plenty of towels. The place was sparkling clean from top to bottom. You can't go wrong staying here!!

There is nothing that we can think of that we did not like about our stay.

No TV in the room

The apartment was very spacious and modern. Kitchen had all the utensils and appliances one would expect. Bedroom had AC and comfy bed, and we woke up to an awesome view. Living room and dining room had more space than we really even needed (but not complaining). The outside patio had a 360-degree view of Ocho Rios that was like no other, and we could see and hear the cruise ships!! The unit was walking distance to all the hot spots in "Ochi", so perfect location. All in all, fantastic experience!!

There was nothing about this property that we did not like (other than we would have loved to have spent a few extra days).

Oceanbreeze penthouse was a perfect place for our trip. We felt very safe in this gated community. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had the most beautiful views that we have ever seen. The complex was beautifully landscaped with tropical plants and fruit trees. Bruce (the gardener) cut down a couple coconuts for us to drink right from the coconut shell! There also was an onsite gym that had all the equipment one would expect (only a modest entrance fee required). We would most definitely stay here again, and we would recommend this property to other travelers.

I love the view of the bay and the downtown area . Also, it was very cool, with the breeze blewimg through. I normally would have the AC on, but not this time. I will most definitely be staying here again.

Our stay was incredible!! First, the apartment had lots of space with a well-equipped kitchen. We enjoy cooking our own meals, so it was perfect for us. But if you are someone who enjoys eating out, then all the restaurants and cafes are in walking distance. The property provided a list of local recommendations for restaurants and attractions that was extremely helpful. Second, feeling safe is important to us, and this place is very safe. They had security at the gate who actually checks to make sure you are supposed to be on the premises. They also had nighttime security walking around. Third, the views were to die for! Literally from every window and door, we had an amazing view. We have bookmarked this place and will book again if we are in the area!

Our stay at this property was excellent---very clean, spacious, and had incredible views! The location was perfect because we could walk to all the restaurants and shops, and almost all of the attractions were either in walking distance or a quick taxi ride. Our host was very responsive and made sure that we were given very clear directions on how to get to the property. Would definitely recommend to other travelers!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this property in Ocho Rios! The property had breathtaking panoramic views of the ocean, city, mountains, and harbor. We got to see the sunrise and sunset from our gazebo. The location was perfect—just a short walk to a variety of restaurants, bars, shops, and vibrant nightlife, yet it still felt very private. The accommodation was spotless, comfortable, and offered all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. We also felt very safe as it was a gated community and there was roaming security at night. It was clear that the hosts put great care into creating an inviting, well-maintained space. We felt completely at home and well taken care of. If you're looking for the perfect vacation rental, we can't recommend this place highly enough. We would absolutely stay here again!

The location and view are the best things about this place. It is located near many of the attractions (e.g., Dunns River Falls and Dolphin Cove). We spent a lot of time at Island Village and The Fishing Village, both directly across the street from the complex (about a 5-minute walk) and each has shops and restaurants (like Margaritaville and restaurants with fresh seafood...yum!). Walking to the beach was easy, especially if you take the short cuts. The view is awesome (the photos in the description did not do the view justice). The apartment was very well maintained and clean. Had everything in it that we needed. Definitely would recommend to other travelers.

There are lots of stairs and steps in the complex on the way to and from the apartment. Did not bother us and we appreciated the exercise, but it may bother someone with issues with mobility.

My husband and I have stayed in many vacation rentals, but this is one of the best properties so far! We know clean when we see it, and this place was very clean. Our unit was in a very quiet section of the complex, so it felt very private. We never got tired of the views of the beach, ocean, and Ocho Rios town center. We could see the cruise ships and actually could hear the cruise ship announcements over the loudspeaker—that’s how close we were! The apartment was very spacious, and the tinted windows kept the place very cool (and private). The bedroom had its own AC unit which we appreciated, and waking up to the view every morning was a delight. We had a car, so parking was easy and free. But even without a car, you could walk to many places easily. We have no problems recommending this property to other travelers.

The place was generally quiet. However, on one of the nights we could hear Karaoke from one of the places in the town center. It did not bother us at all, and it was just a couple hours on one of the nights. We would not consider this a negative but that's all we can think of.

Amazing views! We could see the city and ocean from almost any window and door. Our unit, compared to other units in the complex, probably had one of the best views because of where the unit was situated. It was as if we were on our own island surrounded by sea. The property was centrally located. We could walk to everything, and it was right in the thick of things. The inside accommodations were sparkling clean, and the apartment looked like the photos and description. We would recommend this apartment and would stay here again.

Sometimes the birds or crickets can be slightly loud at night.

Our overall experience with this property was excellent. Definitely a "10 out of 10" for us! The instructions to locate the property were clear (they even left video instructions). The place was spotless, and the views were incredible. We could sit on our private gazebo and see the ocean, beach, city, mountains, etc. Inside the unit was what we expected and just like the photos, and was quite spacious. The property was also conveniently located near to everything, which helped us because we did not have a car. We would stay here again if in the area!
