テレビのつけ方がわからなかった コンセントは接触がわるいところがあって、充電できるところとできないところがあった ホテル名の表示がBOOKING。COMで予約した名前ではなかったので、フロントに入って確認するまでわからなかった。 ホテルの入り口（外観）の写真があるとうれしい。

Можно добавить посуду и столовые приборы.

Que no se llama Xiyun Hotel Guangzhou, tuve que tomar 3 taxis diferentes para llegar a la ubicación. Si comparan el link de Uds con la dirección que tienen en la página, verán que son tres ubicaciones totalmente distintas. Uds hasta me enviaron un correo indicándome ese nombre. Por favor corregir esto. Hacen pasar un mal rato al visitante y pérdida de tiempo y dinero.

Reviewed Mar 21, 2026Konumu gerçekten çok iyi, ulaşım açısından oldukça avantajlı. Temizlik genel olarak iyi ve düzenliydi. Kahvaltı da yeterli çeşitliliğe sahip ve tatmin ediciydi.
Otel genel olarak biraz eski kalmış, özellikle odalarda ve mutfak bölümünde kullanılan ahşap detaylar bunu hissettiriyor. Ancak konaklamayı olumsuz etkileyen bir durum değil.

Больше всего меня подвергло в шок состояние чистоты — точнее, её полное отсутствие. Я читала отзывы и думала, что речь идёт просто о пыли, но нет — в номере было именно грязно. Пол, создавалось ощущение, не мыли никогда. Уже в первый день я обратилась на ресепшен с просьбой помыть полы, но когда вернулась, стало ясно, что к уборке даже не прикасались. Пыль в кухонных шкафчиках, на шкафах, под диваном — везде. Это просто жесть и совершенно не соответствует ожиданиям и заявленному уровню проживания. Также с меня списали стоимость одного дня проживания и дополнительную сумму за проживание 4 дней. После выселения пообещали перечислить деньги обратно на карту. На данный момент возврат пока не получен, но надеюсь, что вопрос решится и средства поступят.

It was a bit hard to find. For people reading this, is in the sky village apartment, once you enter you turn rigth and theres a small room that check you in. Also dont forget to get the adress in chinese, some taxis have no idea if you dont give the adress in chinese

Долго не могли вернуть предоплату, завтрак в бронировании на четверых, а по факту пытались взять доп плату за детей, хотя номер бронировали четырехместный (в итоге завтракали все четверо без доплат). Сначала нам дали грязный номер, поменяли на следующий день. Потом сломался нагреватель воды и мы не могли принять душ. Пытались отремонтировать, но безрезультатно ( В итоге нам предложили сходить в душ в другой номер… т.к у нас было недолгое пребывание и мы вечером валились с ног, то мы согласились.

Confusing situation to find the location. The name of the hotel is not the one in booking.com!!! There is Waifiden Hotel!!! Moreover, it was imposible to talk by phone with hotel staff in English. I manage with a Chinesse person. Despite my booking was for two persons with breakfast included, the hotel granted us with breakfast for only one?! The breakfast is exclusive Chinesse style (good), but no Continental. The bed id hard only for Chinesse confort, for me not.

Reviewed Jan 5, 2026Het hotel bestaat uit een aantal kamers in een groot en beveiligd appartementengebouw in een vrij nieuwe en welvarende straat/wijk in Guangzhou. Pal naast het hotel bevindt zich een nieuw en netjes winkelcentrum met diverse winkels, bakkerijen en koffietentjes, hieronder is ook al metrostation Liede, lekker dichtbij. Het loopje naar het plein tegenover de Canton Tower is ook zo gemaakt, dus je zit temidden van allerlei levendigheid zonder dat je constant in de drukte zit. Onder het hotel zitten ook een 7-11 en een ander winkeltje voor een snelle hap of een flesje drinken. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en heel goed van kwaliteit, wel meer Chinees dan westers, maar dat vonden wij niet erg, er was steeds voldoende keus en we hebben erg genoten. De kamer zelf was wat kleiner dan op de foto's, maar nog steeds heerlijk ruim en voor ons was het ideaal dat we 2 slaapkamers en een woonkamer hadden. Zouden hier een volgende keer zo weer heen gaan!
Misschien iets meer zitplaatsen (of 2 sessies) om te ontbijten, we hebben steeds geluk gehad, maar hebben wel gezien dat mensen moesten wachten voor ze konden ontbijten. Maar dat is een kleinigheidje, heerlijk hotel dit!
