Reviewed Nov 6, 2023Location. It is ten minutes by foot from the railway station and from Janaki Temple. Beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly. The room looked decent.
There were mosquitoes in the room which made my sleeping not good. The TV was not working, neither was hot water. In fact TV wires were making electrical flashes when connected to power.

We were three women travelling to Janakpur one Nepali and two Europeans, the staff were not cooperative when we were afraid for our safety. We had to change hotel without staying overnight.

The AC was not cooling. Even after complain, no solution. Room was not clean , all room was filled with hair. When asked to clean , the staff simple told it is clean. Only the person at reception counter re reasonable good.
