Reviewed Oct 29, 2025Emplacement à 10 minutes à pied du temple. A quelques minutes de l’aéroport. Chambre bien équipée avec une belle terrasse. Le restaurant au septième étage offre une belle vue sur la ville et aussi une cuisine népalaise qu’on a beau appréciée. Ils nous ont fait de délicieux cappucino avec une superbe machine à café. Le staff a été super sympathique. Le séjour pendant le festival a été un vrai succès

Reviewed Jul 3, 2025Great staff, went above and beyond to complete our wishes. Special mention to Chintamani Giri for his exceptional caring attitude. Good location, nearby everything. It has a restaurant and food is good.
It can be more clean. Few bedsheet had stains. Few blanket covers were ripped. We did see cockroach in a room but we were accommodated to another room. When power cuts, transition to generator is not automated, which disturbs sleep.

Hotel does not have a swimming pool. It is little costly than others at this facility.

I don't think I was allotted the room that I had booked and was provided a lower category room. 3. There was no room heating available for us but I saw it was available for the frontdesk staff! Messed up management. Booked 3 twin deluxe double bed with balcony and city view but they only provided 2 and the other one had no balcony at all. Plus that room was so smelly of onions and garlic and on top of that wanted to convince that it was what was booked when it was clear in the booking that 3 double bed rooms with balcony and city view were booked. Rooms were also old and smelly plus full of mosquitoes and it totally do not justify the price.

Reviewed May 13, 2024No idea why they have an average of 7.5, which is totally unfair. I had the suite which comes with a balcony. The bed was super comfortable. It's ideally located close to everywhere. There is a restaurant with a great view of town. The best though was the staff, very friendly and helpful. The manager came with me all the way to the main street to help me find a rickshaw for a good price.
