B&B situé à moins de 5mn de la gare de Bari et cependant très calme. La chambre est fonctionnelle, propre et bien équipée avec une climatisation efficace et peu bruyante.Le petit déjeuner est copieux et de très bonne qualité. Rosanna est une hôte très souriante et réactive dans les échanges whatsapp.Elle a été d'un gentillesse incroyable avec nous et a gardé nos valises en consigne deux fois alors même que notre séjour chez elle était terminé

Rosanna zadbała o wspaniały pobyt. Świetny kontakt i jasne instrukcje dotyczące zameldowania. Właścicielka zaproponowała od siebie możliwość pozostawienia bagaży w apartamencie ostatniego dnia (mieliśmy nocny lot powrotny). Na plus również śniadania oraz lokalizacja noclegu- 2 minuty pieszo od Bari Centrale. Zdecydowanie polecam i sam skorzystam ponownie przy kolejnej wizycie w Bari!

Rosana es la mejor de las anfitrionas. Despertar por la mañana y ver el delicioso desayuno que nos tenía preparado con la mejor de sus sonrisas fue la mejor forma de empezar el día. La habitación era muy cómoda, amplia y súper limpia. Muy bonita decoración y una ducha fabulosa de amplia . Está a un corto paseo del centro histórico y a escasos 2 minutos de Bari Centrale así que la ubicación es muy buena

Me imaginaba un hotel/hostal y en realidad es un piso dividido en zona de desayuno y 3 habitaciones. La primera impresión (portal y ascensor) no es buena pero se te olvida al cerrar la puerta por la comodidad y la decoración. La nevera no enfría mucho

Nos faltó información para acceder al alojamiento a pesar de tener mi whatsapp, al llegar la habitación estaba abierta con otras personas dentro, utilizaron el baño, algunas toallas y estaba sucio, fue incomodo. Al día siguiente ofrecen desayuno, lo malo es que las habitaciones estan pegadas a la cocina y desde las 8 estan haciendo ruido, por lo que no puedes descansar más. La anfitriona Rosana nos dejó quedarnos hasta las 11.30 pero sin embargo la chica de la limpieza a las 11.15 ya estaba tocando la puerta. La verdad y lamentandolo mucho NO recomendaria este alojamiento.

A nice and clean apartment in the city centre. Good location for sightseeing in the town. Though I arrived late at night and had a little difficulty to check in, the owner responded quickly on whatsapp and helped me checking in.

As I didn’t ask on which floor the apartment is located, I had difficulty to find the apartment.

Pour une nuit, c'est parfait. Nous y avons séjourné 5 nuits. Bien que la literie soit confortable et la chambre spacieuse. Aucune décoration pour se sentir bien, très austère. Le petit déjeuner dépend de l'humeur du jour. Pas de laitage, de fruits, de jus de fruits. La charcuterie pas toujours, des œufs ? ? Le dimanche, plus de beurre pour tartiner le pain, normal c'est dimanche nous a répondu l'employée 😆 Les photos sur le site de la chambre , ne reflètent pas la réalité. Mais le plus désagréable pendant ce séjour a été d'être obligé de demander du papier toilette 2 fois et obtenu le lendemain, plus de gel douche , plus de shampoing. Nous avons fini par en acheter. Nous avons demandé quand même des serviettes de toilettes propres au bout de 3 jours. Sinon elles n'auraient sans doute pas été changées Avec la plage, évidemment du sable dans la chambre. Aucun nettoyage n'a été fait. On aurait pu au moins avoir un balai dans la chambre. Le balcon terrasse commun à une autre chambre et sol très sale. Un minimini réfrigérateur. En plein été !! Interdiction d'utiliser la cuisine. C'était notre 4eme logement pour ce voyage, du même genre. Heureusement le seul médiocre.

La chambre L'accueil et la relation avec Rosanna, la propriétaire. C'est une personne rayonnante et toujours disponible.

Kommunikation seitens B&B wie wir in das Zimmer kommen gab es vorab nicht. Glücklicherweise ist mein Mann Italiener und konnte dies dann telefonisch klären. Frühstück ist nicht wirklich gut. Gefrorene Teilchen.

Die Größe des Zimmers.

Der Aufzug war sehr eng (nichts für schwache nerven, aber apartment im 8 stock) und alt, generell das Gebäude ist alt, Duschkabine sehr klein, Handtücher nicht so sauber, heruntergekommen (Wände abgenutzt, Kühlschrank unhygienisch etc. - nicht so wie auf den Fotos), am Balkon war nur ein einziger Stuhl, Frühstücksraum roch komisch und war optisch nicht sehr ansprechend (daher konsumierten wir das Frühstück nicht), wie wir ankamen war es sehr heiß im Zimmer, da das Fenster gekippt war und die Klima nicht lief.

B&B PeRnotti é situato in una posizione strategica a pochi passi dalla stazione centrale e dal corso principale di Bari. Rosanna poi é stata sempre gentile e disponibile a darmi tutte le indicazioni delle quali avevo bisogno.

Prvenstveno domacini su bili preljubazni i fenomenalni. Lokacija odlicna kao i dorucak. Parking nema obezbedjen, ali ima zona ispred zgrade, mi smo lako nasli mesto ispred samog ulaza. Preporucujem kada ste u Italiji da instalirate aplikaciju EasyPark za parking, koja odlicno funkcionise. Jednostavno apartman za svaku preporuku..

Nista nije moglo biti bolje, sve je odlicno..

Great location, less than 5 minutes from train station with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. It was very convenient for us as we were arriving from the airport by train. Easy access by code at doors to B&B and room. Rosanna provided plenty of instructions for access and also good communication before check in. She also prepared a traditional Italian breakfast for us (pastries, ham, cheese, fruit, coffee and tea), tasty and plentiful. Our room was very spacious compared to European standards, with a comfortable bed, a nicely decorated and clean bathroom, and we really liked the small terrace with nice views. Air conditioning worked perfectly and was such a welcomed convenience with the hotter weather Italy has been experiencing. Wish we could've stayed longer, accommodation was excellent and Rosanna was so welcoming and friendly.

Excelente ubicación para lo que necesitábamos: a pocos metros de las oficinas del rent a car - Estación Central de Bari, desde donde salen trenes y buses al aeropuerto. El personal muy amable, nos permitió dejar las maletas antes del check in. La habitación amplia y excelente limpieza.

Апартаменти дуже сподобались, все було чисто і зручно. Персонал був чудовий. Сніданок смачний, а коли ми на нього не встигали нам залишали в номері круасани та піцу. Після висилання можна залишити речі. Апартаменти знаходяться на 8 поверсі і при заселені на вході треба натиснути код 17 і вам відчинять вхідні двері з вулиці, а далі все по інструкції.

Il soggiorno è stato estremamente deludente per una serie di problemi che, presi insieme, hanno reso l’esperienza inaccettabile. Prima dell’arrivo avevamo richiesto un check-in anticipato tra le 8 e le 9 del mattino e la richiesta era stata confermata. Una volta arrivate alla struttura, però, ci è stato detto di lasciare i bagagli e tornare alle 12, senza alcuna spiegazione adeguata. Alla nostra osservazione che il check-in anticipato era stato confermato, la risposta ricevuta è stata semplicemente: “Eh vabbè”. La prima sera non c’era acqua calda e la TV non funzionava, nemmeno per la visione dei canali normali. L’episodio più grave è avvenuto durante la notte. Per accedere alla struttura è necessario utilizzare un sistema elettronico collegato a un telefono. Al nostro rientro, intorno a mezzanotte, il sistema non ha funzionato e siamo rimaste bloccate fuori per circa 40 minuti. Abbiamo provato a chiamare più volte i numeri forniti, incluso quello indicato per le emergenze, senza ricevere risposta. Siamo riuscite ad entrare soltanto grazie a un altro ospite che, sentendo il citofono suonare ripetutamente, ci ha aperto. A quell’ora della notte, rimanere in strada senza assistenza ci ha fatto sentire poco sicure. La mattina seguente, quando abbiamo fatto presente l’accaduto, la situazione è stata minimizzata. Ci è stato detto che avremmo dovuto utilizzare una chiave lasciata nella stanza, senza però che ci fosse mai stato spiegato che quella chiave servisse anche per accedere dall’esterno né che fosse presente nelle istruzioni ricevute. Inoltre ci è stato risposto che “una soluzione si sarebbe trovata” e che avevamo chiamato “solo tre volte”, nonostante nessuno avesse risposto. Come ulteriore motivo di preoccupazione, la mattina la responsabile ha aperto la porta della nostra camera mentre eravamo ancora all’interno, senza aver bussato o chiesto il permesso. Purtroppo non posso consigliare questa struttura.

Definitely the pictures looked better than the property itself. The terrace was very dirty with and one of the chair was broken. There even didn’t have glasses in the room, the room was with only one bed and that’s it. The bathroom was clean but even the towels were a bit worn out. The property is one big apartment separated in 3 rooms with one kitchen where the host started making breakfast at 8 and making noise.

L'accès à l'immeuble et à la chambre est très complexe avec des boîtiers à codes qui fonctionnent une fois sur deux. C'est vraiment une prise de tête. Il me semble que la propriétaire pourrait venir accueillir ses clients pour leur expliquer le fonctionnement. Ce sont en fait des chambres d'hôtes et vous prenez le petit déjeuner avec d'autres personnes. Le quartier est un peu malfamé. Je ne retournerai pas dans cet établissement.

Die Gastgeberin Rosanna war sehr freundlich und hat ein tolles Frühstück vorbereitet mit frischen Backwaren wie Croissants , Brötchen, Focaccia und Kaffee, Tee & Ei. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, das Zimmer hat eine schöne indiskrete Beleuchtung und die Lage war top, 3 Minuten von Bari Bahnhof mit vielen Restaurants, Cafés und Supermärkten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir hatten drei Übernachtungen in einem Zimmer mit Balkon und Morgensonne, was sehr angenehm war. Unsere Koffer konnten wir am Abreisetag- trotz Check out- in der Unterkunft lassen, toller Service on top !

Wenn alle drei Zimmer in der Unterkunft belegt sind und die Gäste gleichzeitig frühstücken, ist die Tisch-Situation etwas beengt….aber das ist „meckern“ auf hohen Niveau 😅

For reasons explained below we stayed in the Junior Suite and the King Room. The Junior Suite is a spacious room with plenty of shelving and a good quality bathroom and shower.

The rooms are managed “tightly” - cheap toiletries, no hand towels (just two clean but grubby-looking bidet towels), bedsheets were not ironed and very little by way of furnishings and furniture. The first impression of seeing un-ironed sheets isn’t good. Also the balcony had not been cleaned so it wasn’t so good walking out there barefoot. We had booked and paid for two nights in the Junior Suite. We arrived and were given the King Room. Maybe it was a booking platform issue rather than caused by the owner, but it was handled very badly. We were not warned in advance. Initially we were told we were in the right room and were made to feel that we were causing the problem and had to justify what we were saying. Eventually the following morning the mistake was admitted (with a very swift and perfunctory apology) but still downplayed on the grounds that the King and the Junior Suite are very similar. We were moved into the Suite. Our view is that they are not similar. The Junior Suite is a much better room than the King (that’s why it costs more!) The King is much smaller with a lower quality bathroom - it’s fairly basic. We had quite a lot or hassle over it all and felt it was very badly handled - not what you want on your holiday. If you book and pay for a more expensive room you should get that room! And if you don’t then the host shouldn’t be arguing with you about it. The location is great for the train station and airport bus but a bit of a walk into the centre. It’s a bit seedy (often the case near railway stations) - though it didn’t feel unsafe and it’s fine if you walk 200/300 metres towards the city. The apartment block is very ordinary with a very small lift. We twice confirmed with the host that we would like breakfast at 8am but she didn’t turn up till 8:10, serving breakfast at 8:15am. These things matter when you have train/bus/plane to catch. We normally rate places between 8 and 10 but this did not live up to expectations

Lokalizacja jest niesamowitym plusem, trzy kroki od Bari Centrale, wszędzie blisko a zarazem bardzo spokojnie. Obsługa bez zarzutu, pokoje sprzątane codziennie, dyskretna obecność personelu, bardzo dobre włoskie śniadania. Rosanna, dziękujemy!

Extremely spacious room and bathroom. Plenty of storage. Generous Italian breakfast. Rosanna our host is very personable. We enjoyed our 5 night stay.

We had a few issues with accessing the property initially but after this was resolved there was nothing to dislike, however an extra hand towel and face cloth would have been appreciated.

Great location near to centrale station and walking distance to old town. Very clean and a great host who goes above and beyond. Lovely breakfast included. Thank you Rosanna.

Nous avons choisi cet hébergement car il était indiqué qu’il disposait de parking mais ce n’est en réalité pas le cas. Aucune option n’est possible gratuitement à proximité. Nous avons dû garer la voiture dans un sous terrain pour 20€ la journée. Au niveau du Check in, il n’y a personne sur place et les infos fournies ne sont pas simples à comprendre. Clou du spectacle, la personne en charge ouvre la porte à distance. Nous avons donc été réveillées en plein milieu de la nuit par des personnes qui étaient bloquées dehors et à qui il fallait ouvrir… nous avons reçu des excuses mais aucun geste commercial pour le dérangement. Enfin nous avions demandé à garder la chambre une heure de plus car mon amie avait un entretien d’embauche en visio mais cette simple demande a été refusée sous prétexte que l’établissement était uniquement un « bed and breakfast ». Aucune recommandation de café au calme n’a été proposée non plus.
