Das kleine Hausboot war sehr schön, die Terrasse war super. Die Gegend ist sehr schön am See und es gibt fußläufig schöne Restaurants. Die Innenstadt Aalsmeer ist in 2 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Parkplätze sind alle kostenfrei. Es war trotz der vielen Hausboote an dem Steg unter der Woche ruhig. Parkplatz ist direkt am Steg.

Was man allerdings sehr beachten sollte, ist die Lage. Es ist direkt in der Einflugschneise des Flughafens. Die Flieger kommen im 3 Minuten Takt im Tiefflug über das Gelände. Es ist extrem laut. Unterhaltung oder Entspannen auf der Terrasse ist da nicht möglich. TV abends nur mit extremer Lautstärke zu verstehen. Die Flüge beginnen morgens ab 07.30 uhr bis Abends weit nach 22.00 Uhr. Das muss man mögen....

Wir waren zu dritt dort und es war doch recht eng. Für eine Nacht aber völlig ausreichend.

The property is located in a beautiful location and very quiet and relaxing. Yet located near enough to catch transportation elsewhere if desired .Anne and her husband were excellent with all communication and made us very comfortable with any questions we had .

Really everything was great! We got creative about getting around because the location is a bit remote and we chose to not rent a car but instead rented bikes . We were able to explore the surrounding area as well as connect with public transportation as needed .

Wunderschöne Unterkunft in perfekter Lage. Alles, was man braucht, war vorhanden, und die Atmosphäre war sehr entspannt. Besonders gefallen haben uns die Freundlichkeit der Gastgeber.

We really enjoyed our stay at this houseboats. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The location was perfect for our trip—it’s incredibly close to the tulip farms, which made sightseeing very easy. It was also the ideal spot to relax for a night before heading to the port for the ferry back to Newcastle. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, clean, and well-located place to stay

Staying in this canal house in the Netherlands was truly an unforgettable experience. It’s a bit بعيد from the city center, but being close to the airport and located in a quiet, peaceful town was a big advantage for us. Waking up to the calm of the water was already wonderful, but the white swan and ducks greeting us every morning made it even more special 🦢 The house was both very stylish and comfortable. Its location made it easy for us to access everything we needed. We didn’t experience getting to the city center without a car, but we’re sure the host would be helpful with this. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to relax and enjoy a unique stay 💛

Since the house is located directly on the water, families with small children should take extra care regarding safety.

Well, it has been an interesting, fantastic experience. I had a delayed flight with KLM and I missed my connection at Schiphol. I had to find a hotel quickly and I didn't have much time to search for it in Booking.com. Then I read "Quiet Waterloft." I actually needed a quiet place, and I booked it. I was not expecting such a beautiful corner of peace! The loft was cute, welcoming, absolutely immaculate, and well-furnished. It was the best night's sleep I've had in ages. Anne—the owner—was very supportive and helpful. I recommend it!

My only regret is that I had to depart too early and I could not stay longer. There are no downsides, except that it may be too far from restaurants and facilities.

Beautiful location, very quiet and enjoyable place. We skipped going to Amsterdam as it was so nice to be in the waterloft and explore the Aalsmeer. What a lovely town. There was a festival, Pramenrace a boat race, with people dressed up on the boats, lots of fun and music. We will definitely come back here. There was a car park space provided in the marina, and it felt very safe and secure there. We had a really good sleep and enjoyed every minute of our stay. We had excellent contact with the host, Anne, she gave us lots of tips about things to do, etc. Thank you and see you soon 🙂

It was a peaceful canal setting that came exactly as promised.

The location and the view are amazing. It was very clean and the kitchen was equipped with everything you needed. I really recommend both the experience of staying on a waterloft and the accommodation itself. Also is very close to Amsterdam. The accommodation also has parking spot.

Queen size bed was a bit small

Unfortunately, I stayed for short period for few hours because of early flight , but it was awesome experience in houseboat. Really I slept well that night. - Cozy, clean and modern houseboat with amazing lake canals - Responsive host with quick support once needed - Near to Amsterdam airport - AC is available

Only need to have cooking pots and spoons

We needed to decompress after traveling Europe for 4 weeks and about to return home. This accommodation fits the bill. We also had a patio guest, a very friendly mallard (see picture).

The one A/C unit really didn't put out cold air and mosquitoes. However they did have the ultra Violet lights which attracted the pesky things and eliminated them.

Very friendly contact with the owner, lovely houseboat. Wished we could have stayed longer.

It is super nice waterloft that very well decorated. Would be really enjoyable if weather was better. Parking is also a plus.

Beautiful house boat with all amenities you need. Location is fantastic, close to the airport, but it feels like you're on a nice little outing in nature. Friendly ducks swimming around the house. Just lovely.

We loved everything, but if I have to mention something here: it's hard to get the heating up to (what we consider) a comfortable level. Mind you, our stay was in February. And it's a house boat, not a fully insulated house - so this was to be expected.
