Quiet Waterloft near Amsterdam and Schiphol WS17

Sehr schön eingerichtet, witzige Schlafgelegenheit und sehr ruhig

Der Ausblick

Die Unterkunft war gut und modern ausgestattet, es war alles sauber und ordentlich. Die Vermieterin hat uns mit ausreichend Informationen versorgt, so dass die Anreise unkompliziert vonstatten ging. Schlüssel war vor Ort in einer Schlüsselbox deponiert, so entstanden keine Wartezeiten bei der Anreise.

Wir wurden leider erst am Anreisetag über eine fällige Kurtaxe informiert, bis dahin hatten wir davon keine Kenntnis. Leider hatten wir auch einen Tag mit regem Flugverkehr, die Flugzeuge donnerten ab 6.00 Uhr morgens über die Unterkunft. Dafür kann allerdings der Vermieter nichts. In den folgenden Tagen war dann aber wieder alles ruhig - wir sahen die Flugzeuge nur ein weiter Entfernung.

Heerlijke plek voor ontspanning, maar tegelijkertijd ook levendig. Geeft echt een vakantiegevoel. Locatie ligt op loopafstand van restaurants en klein winkelcentrum (supermarkt, winkels etc.). Gratis parkeerplaats, mooie schuifpui waardoor je kan genieten van eenden die voorbij zwemmen...🥰

Eigenlijk niets. Persoonlijke voorkeur zou een bootje zijn die erbij hoort en waar je gebruik van zou kunnen maken in deze prachtige omgeving. Terrasvlonder zit niet aan de boot (zoals wel veel hebben), maar het is er wel, en dat is prima.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und komfortabel. Wir haben uns ab der ersten Minute wohlgefühlt. Es war gemütlich und eine neue Erfahrung in einem Hausboot. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen. Der Kontakt mit Anne war unkompliziert und sehr nett. Es gab sogar einen Bettwäschen und Handtücher Wechsel.

Es gibt nichts was uns nicht gefallen hat. Wir haben keinerlei Spinnen gesehen und auch die Flugzeuge haben uns zu keiner Zeit gestört.

Proche de l'aéroport donc on entend les avions Mais il y en a peu la nuit.

Prima locatie met een plekje om even buiten te zitten. Alle faciliteiten zijn er. Van woonkamer tot compleet uitgeruste keuken. In de buurt een leuk restaurant.

De 2 “slaapkamers” liggen precies onder elkaar en zijn open. Het bed boven is wel een uitdaging vanwege het ontbreken van een trapje, je moet er echt in klimmen en als je eenmaal ligt lig je ook erg dicht op het plafond. Als je dit weet heeft dat ook zijn charme. Maar weer dat je met twee stellen, ook door de open badkamer, weinig tot geen privacy hebt.

Mit Lachen haben versucht ins Hochbett zu steigen und es wäre hilfreich wenn da eine kl.Treppe zusätzlich wäre...

Everything was perfect. Very comfortable and modern waterloft with all needed stuff inside. The only strange thing: the transparent glass in the shower without any additional door.

Beautiful property, perfect location. Zero noise from evening until we left - surprised given we were 15 minutes from the airport. Only complaint we couldn’t stay longer - we had to leave at 7.30 even though Anne generously permitted us until 11. Sliding door between sleeping and living quarters was quite stiff, but did need to be closed. Lovely Italian food in Pasta Vino on the corner of Marktstraat and Weteringstraat.

Comfortable, quirky (houseboat) stay.

Parking was a distance from the unit-not that this could be helped given accommodation on the water. Could not get coffee maker to function

The place is just gorgeous. We loved having an authentic Dutch living experience on the canal. The apartment is beautiful and very clean and cozy. The neighborhood is also very beautiful.

Perfect communication with Anne, the landlord. Welcome package per WhatsApp App with all relevant information for the waterloft, tipps for shopping and dining etc. Parking directly in front of the marina. Modern and high-level furnished. Clean and all you need as equipment.

The internet connection is rather slow and limited to 5 GB per day.

Everything was perfect

Beautiful interior and so relax place. Also the owner was so kind. We have a 4month old baby, she brought a baby bed for us even though she lives far away. we appreciate for her, thanks so much

There is no bad point

The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. The lower bedroom has space to stand up and the upper bedroom allows you to sit up in bed. The property was decorated nicely and felt modern. It was more spacious than we expected; it was like an apartment.

I thought the cleanliness was fine. However my partner has very high expectations and she noticed a few areas she felt were not clean enough.

It is a beautiful place, very roomy and the view is nice. The place was clean and inviting, check in was easy and the host gave good instructions on how to find the place.

I think it is a bit expensive for what you get

The village is very nice, the Hausboat very modern, clean and super functional. Super friendly and helpful landlord. Overall a very nice stay.

A bit too many spiders in the nature outside. They do not get inside thanks to the many protections and nets, but if you are afraid of them, this may not be pleasant.

We liked the quiet surroundings of the marina, as well as the proximity of the site to Schiphol.

The nearby De Haven Brasserie was expensive and not real value-for-money.

Anne, the owner, was very good with communications. We liked the location very much with interesting bird life and quiet. The local Lidl was excellent for provisions.

For us more mature individuals it was slightly tricky getting out of the lower double bed at night to visit the toilet.
