Hotel Stay Well Dx

I enjoyed every moment of my stay. The staff paid attention to every detail.

Excellent service, clean rooms, and a peaceful atmosphere made this a great choice.

An exceptional stay with friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and excellent overall service.

The hotel was extremely noisy late into the night

Room was comfortable ,and good house keeping ,good and testy food, I woud love to visit again.

Excellent cleanliness and customer service. I would definitely come back.

The facilities were excellent and everything was kept very clean.

Very good food , courteous staff ,good service .Perfect location as it is nearby to railway station and the main market place.

Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by the front desk staff. The check-in process was swift, and the staff made sure we felt comfortable right from the start. The room was clean, modern, and well equipped, which set a positive for our stay.

Nice Hotel, decent well behaved staff, this hotel actually made a very good first impression.

A good hotel if you want to be near Railway station. staff members have been observed to be quite cordial. In fine, we had an above average staying here.

The room was spotless, breakfast was satisfying, and the location was convenient for our trip.

Clean rooms, peaceful nights, and a bed that finally gave me real rest.

Fantastic stay experience. The room was cozy, the bed was comfortable, and the overall service quality was exceptional.

Crowded area but nice services

Room are excellent. Food is great. Definitely worth a try. Amenities are good.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a day and had an absolutely awesome experience! the food was delicious, and the hospitality was great. The location was also very convenient.

It’s nice to enjoy a place nice staff best place to stay nice rooms good place to stay i enjoy a lot

Well-maintained with good service. Breakfast is decent. Suitable for families

So far the best stay which i have experienced. Food is equally good. All sorts of amenities are good. Hygiene is also maintained. Rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained.

Rooms are neat and tidy, with all basic amenities provided. The location is perfect, and the service was prompt and courteous.

The rooms are clean, spacious with well stocked bathrooms. The air conditioning was strong. We found the staff very courteous, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious.

The staff was very professional, friendly, and responded quickly and efficiently to any request.

The room was dusty everywhere I touched, the floor was poorly cleaned (or wasn't cleaned at all?), the bedsheets were not that clean either. At this price level I expected higher cleanliness standards.

A good option for stay in Delhi

The Staff were amazing, as helpful as I've had in India. They helped me retrieve my lost bag from my airline, calling the local Delhi Office on my behalf to try organise delivery of my bag. They gave me complimentary water, cokes, and were just helpful and extremely friendly.

The room wasn't too clean, however it generally matched my expectations in terms of value for money. It was also very loud without any window or fresh air available.

The room was clean and had good facilities. The staff tried to address the issues we had. A hotel with lots of potential, but felt a bit unfinished when we stayed.

There were a number of small issues during our stay which added up to a less comfortable visit. The wifi was very patchy, the hot water was intermittent (though the shower was lovely when it worked), the fire alarm went off repeatedly on the first night, and the system for the doors stopped working which was inconvenient.

The rates and the hospitality is just amazing. Definitely visiting this hotel would be a great experience with a full satisfaction of money you will spend.

Great Hotel, Great Service, Great Hygiene

Rooms were clean and well furnished and all essentials were there

The room was good and the location to Delhi railway station was good and there was a mc Donald’s 5 mins walk away.

Bathroom had mold and was very slippy after shower. There was no towel on arrival or toilet paper. I arrived 12.20 and room was not ready I had to wait another 30 mins. I could even get a shower after traveling for around 24 hours. So had to go out as I was. I came back around 7 hours later and still no towel I had to ask again finally around 20 mins later I was brought one. Also again the room price had increased by about £5 since booking so bare this in mind if your trying to stick to a budget

Alles bestens😀

Centrally located. Good front staff service and room service. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and neat. Overall a nice, comfortable and safe place to stay.

I booked a transfer to the airport. The night before the driver was already asking for a tip...! I didn't understand, he hadn't even done anything yet. Just really off putting. They said there was a rooftop restaurant but it didn't look like it? Perhaps I misunderstood?
