L'hotel est confortable et les prestations sont correctes, le personnel est très avenant, surtout au restaurant et au bar. La piscine est idéalement située et agréable.

Les travaux tout près de l'hotel la nuit. Le bruit causé par l'utilisation d'un tractopelle pour casser des pierres et creuser un énorme trou pendant une grande partie de la nuit, est très gênant! Le petit-déjeuner n'a rien de continental, du riz fris, du Dahl, des plats épicés matin, midi et soir... ça demanderait un peu plus de variété pour le petit-dejeuner et des vrais jus de fruits.

Good comfortable stay, and helpful staff. It was great to relax after quite a tiring drive from Nagpur. The dinner was served nice and hot, and this went a long way in removing our tiredness.

Le personnel notamment du restaurant etait super! Les chambres spacieuses, tres propres. La salle de sport etait aussi tres bien.

La salle de massage, trop sombre et un peu effrayante. La piscine ne peut pas etre utilisee l hiver.

Room was tidy and clean. The staff was good and understanding. Food in the citrus cafe was good and pricewise well balanced.

Too much delay happened during checkin which was a little annoying.

The location is pretty close to the railway station and to the main hub of the city - Elite square.

There is a good amount of hidden service charges almost 30% that hotel charges you to make it par with their offline booking rates. You basically don’t get any discounted rates when booking it from here, and you end up paying the same amount of money as you would have to pay for offline booking.

Excellent hotel with exceptional service and good food. Rooms are very clean and huge. Room service and front desk staffs are exceptional, one of the best hotels I stayed so far, never expect such a great service. Ten out of ten for Everything from check in to check out . Really Recommend this

Amazing

Good location near the fort and museum. Room was spacious with a good selection of tv channels. Bathroom was clean and well maintained. Gym had a good selection of free weights and a small set of machines some of which didn't work as expected. Restaurant was excellent with a huge variety of food. The 24 hour service was also good. Staff were extremely polite and very attentive.

The rooms with inter connecting door can carry the sound from the other room.

Overall good experience on our stay. They do not have scanner linked to the computer for processing the government formalities. So staff were taking our personal details on their mobile and sending to PC. They should invest properly.

One of the reasons we chose the Lemon Tree was their breakfast. We have stayed in them before in Chennai, and it is always a good selection of fresh fruits, breads, pastries, cereals, South Indian breakfast foods like idlis and fresh South Indian coffee although this time the coffee came out of a machine.

We had foreign passports and the nice woman at check in could not figure out where the visas or entry stamps were so it took a long time to check in, even though we were pre-booked.

Well done keep it up. Food was excellent.

The environment of the hotel was good and hospitable.

Room service and the service at the restaurant is very very slow. My guests came from other cities and they were very disappointing with regard to the name Lemon Tree holds. Rooms were very congesting not appropriately spacious.

Facilities are nothing. Not serving hygenic food. Serving old and stale food. Bathroom amenities are very poor quality. Towels they are providing is very old and stinking. Staff is very unprofessional.

The gym and especially the pool was not very clean

Room was comfortable. Food at the restaurant was good, and the breakfast spread was sumptuous. Clean hotel. Staff behaviour was impeccable.

Toiletries were cheap. The spa experience wasn’t so good. The spa rooms had a smell of trapped oil. The massages were just about okay. Avoid the pool if you can. The water has so much chlorine that one swim changed the colour of my swimming trunks. The laundry is unnecessarily expensive and not comparable to star hotels in metropolitan cities. Also, after spending an arm and a leg the clothes don't smell fresh.

Very poor house keeping staff. They don’t get replace towels. They don’t clean room regularly. They need constant reminders to get anything asked which they get after hours. Soap dispenser is broken and even after multiple request was not fixed. The front office is even worse. We used the hotel car. We never got it on time even after multiple reminders the previous day. Everyone tries to blame someone else and does previous little.
