The room was clean and the staff was cordial.

The bathroom was very unclean and smelled horrible. Also there was no hot water, which in my opinion is one of the most basic things to expect

The check-in has been placed at the end of the property rather than in the middle, which apparently it was before, so it does make for more walking. The shower nice to have a rain shower, but the positioning made the water go under the glass doors onto the floorin the bathroom, but it was a good shower lots of hot water

The hotel was centrally located . The pick-up and drop to the railway station was welcome .The food was good but atad costly. The decor & landscaping was good. The staff were courteous.

The toilet was having a dirty smell , which was brought to the notice of the manager.

The room was very comfortable and very clean, and the building and garden were delightful. The breakfast was also good.

The check-in experience was very unpleasant. We arrived in the early hours of the morning after a long journey and were asked to provide a marriage certificate to prove that we were married. We felt deeply offended by this request. Nowhere is it stated that only married couples are accepted. As international tourists, it’s uncommon to travel with such a document, and it was only by chance that we were able to provide our marriage certificate. Had we not been able to do so, we would have been turned away with no accommodation options at 5 a.m. This was both disappointing and insulting, and I believe this practice is discriminatory.

Neither was hot water coming from the tab nor was the wash basin filling with water. Called the reception repeatedly but the arrangements were not made by them. When we went to the reception at 12.15 and asked to check out, we were told that we would have to pay more for half a day's rent. And he was treated very politely.

Toilet flush was defective. In our two night stay, staff could nit repair it despite repeated reminders.

AC was the worst part to make my trip horrible i first got Room 108 but the AC was unable to cool the room i was swetting i complained about it to reception the staff was good they tried their best to solve the problem of AC but i think the capacity of AC was not as per the size of room so they changed my room to room no 123 but the AC in that room was also not able to cool the room but it was little better then the first room as the size of room was small , Problem of power going now and then, Water in batroom was also not clean it was difficult to use it for mouth wash . The water pressure was also very less you cannot use shower i had to use bucket for having bath . The food in the restaurant was not of good taste they need to change the cooks i orered for pav Bhaji and i was surprised to see paneer matter bhaji which was of very less quantity hardly i could eat half pav with the complete bhaji which was also tastless the breakfast was 3rd class .

There was no hot water in the evening chilly weather. The staff said its only switched on in the morning. It would be really uncomfortable during peak winters when one would need hot water even for washing hands. The escort staff was badly after us for tip..seemed more like begging than wanting a tip. Hotel should look into this kind of behaviour

The room was full of mosquitoes and small flies. We were suggested to switch off lights instead of arranging mosquito repellent. There was a frequent power failure which took a lot of time to switch ver. They should use auto changers.

The GM was very rude and abused us for no reason. Did moral policing and also claimed that staying with your partner is unconstitutional and threatened us by calling one of his police goon friend to tell us that we were unconstitutional couple. Was derogatory towards me and my partner

They may include some more bakery items. The breakfast was very good in taste but limited in choice. Well, it was worth the price they charge for it.

Parking can be an issue, although the guard tries to assist soberly with this. Roadside parking is available and I think - its safe too.
