If you want to stay in the old town (NOT recommended), this location is OK.

Room was extremely small and VERY dated. ZERO power outlets near the bed (bad for charging phones and alarm clocks). The TV was about 24" and super old. Wires were hanging out of the back of the TV. They also had a sign that they would NOT assist with any Taxis unless it was JUST to the airport. All the restaurants in the area were tourist traps and poor quality with high prices. Hotel seemed small and dingy. The shower was also TINY and only had a handheld shower head that would NOT stay in place. Bathroom counter was also TINY and not very functional.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. It is located in a nice and quiet area, far enough from the tram line so that you are not disturbed by any noise. The staff were impeccable, professional, and always helpful whenever we needed assistance. We also really enjoyed the surrounding area, which has its own unique charm. There are restaurants nearby, as well as convenient public transportation options, making it easy to explore the city.

The hotel is situated in the city center but far from the noise and chaos of the city which makes our stay perfect. It is spotless and all the staff are brilliant especially Ismail who was hospitable and went above and beyond in his role. I will definitely recommend it to everyone coming to Istanbul.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Istanbul! Everything was excellent from start to finish. The room was clean, comfortable, and cozy, and the staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The location was great and made it easy to explore the city and visit the main attractions. We were very happy with the service and overall experience. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable! Der Rezeptionist war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir wurden nach jedem Ausflug freundlich mit einem Tee empfangen. Auch bei einer Tischreservierung hat er uns mit seinen ausgezeichneten Deutschkenntnissen geholfen

Dejligt badeværelse med stor brusekabine. Dejlig seng. Fast madras hvilket jeg kan lide. Lidt støj udefra. For mig var det ikke et problem. Fin morgenmad med forskellige slags mad koldt og lunt. Kaffe, te, juice. Venligt og hjælpsomt personale Ligger tæt på Den Blå moske og Hagia Sofia.

Der bruges for meget duft rundt omkring på hotellet. Det bliver sprayet ud med udluftning. Hvis man er sensitiv for parfume kan det være et problem.

I really liked this hotel. The location is excellent and very convenient for tourists. You can easily reach many of the main tourist attractions from the hotel. The T1 tram line is especially useful — if you use the T1, you can easily visit many popular tourist spots around Istanbul. The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to explore the city without spending too much time or money on transportation. Overall, I had a good experience and would definitely recommend this hotel for tourists visiting Istanbul

One thing I didn’t like was the restaurants around the hotel. I found the prices quite high, and personally, I wasn’t very satisfied with the freshness of the food. I would recommend going to Sirkeci or another nearby area for food. There are more options, and you can find better value for money. Overall, the hotel location itself is very good, but for food, I would recommend exploring other areas.

Unbeatable Location: The hotel is ultra-central, located right in the heart of the historic Sultanahmet area in Fatih. It is incredibly convenient for sightseeing, as major landmarks like the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia are just a short walk away. It is also just minutes from the Sirkeci Marmaray station and the T1 Tram line, which made getting around the city effortless. ​Exceptional Staff: A special shoutout to Ismail and the entire personnel team. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready to offer great advice and recommendations during our stay. ​Delicious Breakfast & Views: The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious, with plenty of great options. Room Size: The rooms are on the smaller side. However, because they are so perfectly kept and comfortable, it honestly didn't detract from the overall excellent experience.

Lo mejor es la ubicación. Prácticamente todo está a un paso. El baile de los cerbiches, Santa Sophia, la Mezquita Azul, y lo que está más lejos se hace andando 10 o 15 minutos. Hay muchos restaurantes alrededor y uno se siente contínuamente acompañado. El desayuno saludable, cuidado y rico.

No había mucha variedad en el desayuno, un poco antiguo. En la noche no estaba bien aislado la habitación, se escuchaba conversaciones procedentes del exterior.

Nu este nici pe departe un hotel de 4 stele! Camerele sunt extrem de mici, iar geamurile nu se închid corespunzător, astfel încât zgomotul de afară se aude foarte tare. Patul are doar aproximativ 160 cm lățime și este destinat pentru două persoane, ceea ce este departe de confortul pe care te-ai aștepta să îl ofere un hotel de 4 stele cu nota Booking de peste 9. Din păcate, acestea sunt doar câteva dintre problemele întâlnite. Condițiile și nivelul de confort nu justifică sub nicio formă clasificarea de 4 stele și nici așteptările create de prezentarea hotelului. O experiență dezamăgitoare și cu siguranță nu aș recomanda acest hotel celor care caută standarde reale de 4 stele.

L'albergo è in una zona centralissima, a 10 minuti dalle principali attrazioni e luoghi di interesse. Le camere sono molto pulite e i letti sono comodi ( puoi anche scegliere il tipo di cuscino). La colazione è varia e soprattutto salata. Tutto il personale è molto attento e gentile: in particolare alla reception Dindar è stato super accogliente e ci ha dato consigli e indicazioni per vivere al meglio la città. Ottimo il servizio navetta per l'aeroporto.

Il letto matrimoniale nella stanza quadrupla era un po' piccolo (una piazza e mezzo). Forse offrirei più opzioni dolci a colazione.

Excellent location, genuinely within walking distance of all the major Old Town attractions, including Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace and the Grand Bazaar. The hotel is situated on a quiet street, while just 100 metres away there are plenty of restaurants, shops and lively streets. The room is small, but very clean and equipped with everything you need. The central air conditioning works perfectly and is remarkably quiet. The beds are comfortable, and the varied and tasty buffet breakfast served on the charming rooftop terrace is a real highlight. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay.

On our first night, we were given a room overlooking the inner courtyard. Unfortunately, it was quite noisy, so we were unable to keep the window open at night. We mentioned this to the staff, and they kindly offered to change our room the following day. We really appreciate their flexibility and willingness to help!

Don't allow them to organise your airport transfer. I booked a trip through reception 55 EURO, it felt it a little dodgy when they would only take cash but proceeded. The transport they booked was old and unsafe. They driver was watching a video on his phone whilst driving. He then stopped for 10 minutes and bought lunch. He then ate lunch, whilst driving, whilst watching a movie. All through this time constantly swerving as he looked up. Then took several phone calls, not handsfree and send several text messages. All this time we almost ran into several cars (whilst travelling at 100kmph). Our necks where sore from the sharp swerving. Incredibly unsafe and my efforts to raise it were ignored (granted I don't speak Turkish). Like playing russian roulette. I think you pay for a premium service and they pocket the cash and book you the cheapest option possible. No duty of care.

Soggiorno in famiglia. Due camere comunicanti. Posizione ottima per visitare i principali monumenti (5min a piedi da Santa Sofia, Moschea Blu e Basilica Cisterna). Vicino a zona piena di stradine con ristoranti (dove si mangia molto bene). Gran Bazar raggiungibile in 15m a piedi o 5min di tran (due fermate). Staff cordialissimo e attento. Ottimo e puntuale il servizio trasfert da e per l'aeroporto. Camere spaziose, con bagni grandi, un buon livello di pulizia. Location colazione in terrazza bella, ma migliorabile nella parte dolci [offerta limitata]. Nel complesso sicuramente da consigliare.

The staff was very polite and friendly. We would definitely return to the hotel after some renovations, mostly for the great staff.

The bathroom was full of mold and smelled musty. We also found hair in the room when we arrived, so it clearly wasn't cleaned properly. The furniture was falling apart, it looked like it was made back when Istanbul was still Constantinople.

El personal del hotel es muy amable y te ayudan muchísimo. Las camas son muy cómodas, habitaciones con aire acondicionado, desayuno muy rico y variado. Las vistas desde la terraza a la Mezquita de Santa Sophia mientras desayunas es un plus. Ubicación de 10. Puedes visitar a pie toda la zona de Sultanhamed y está bien conectado con el resto de lugares en transporte público. El próximo año repetimos.

Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti in questa struttura. Le stanze sono relativamente piccole, ma molto accoglienti, con una buona luce e design. Gode di una splendida terrazza per la colazione. La posizione è centrale per visitare Sultanahmet: a pochi passi dai a Sofia, Moschee, a Blu e Mercato.

La via dove è posizionato l'albergo è piccolissima. In quel momento aveva la manutenzione. Per questo, purtroppo, con le nostre valigie ci dovevamo spostarci lontano camminando su San Pietrini per prendere un Uber.

Appena arrivati con la mia famiglia di quattro persone ci hanno assegnato una stanza al piano -2 quindi tre livelli sotto il piano strada in una cosiddetta Family Room, ma con una stanza senza finestra. Ovviamente ho chiesto subito il cambio, ma mi è stato detto che avrebbero provveduto il giorno dopo. Così è stato, lo staff è stato di parola e ci hanno assegnato una stanza al 5 piano (anche se più piccola ) In questi casi per non perdere la faccia con il cliente avrei preferito un upgrade.! Nonostante questo la consiglio

Bed was a bit firm for us - but we do like a softer style bed. There are steep stairs down as soon as you come through the front door.

The proximity to most attractions and the fact that we couldn't hear the mosque prayers from our room on the 6th floor. The staff was super nice and friendly.

Hotel abbastanza bello e pulito, anche se forse mi aspettavo qualcosa in più da un 4 stelle. Per me e le mie due amiche, però, è stato perfetto: camera spaziosa e tre letti comodissimi. Ma ciò che ha reso davvero speciale e indimenticabile il nostro soggiorno è stato tutto il personale. Alla reception, aperta 24 ore su 24, abbiamo trovato persone sempre disponibili, gentilissime e veri gentleman, pronti ad aiutarci in ogni momento e sempre con il sorriso. Ci hanno consigliato una splendida crociera con cena sul Bosforo ad un ottimo prezzo e, in un pomeriggio di pioggia, ci hanno suggerito un hammam che si è rivelato un'esperienza indimenticabile. Anche la colazione era molto varia e la signora che se ne occupava era sempre dolcissima e sorridente. La nostra vacanza a Istanbul è stata meravigliosa e loro, insieme alle splendide persone del posto, hanno contribuito a renderla davvero indimenticabile. ❤️

Also worth a special mention is the small, cozy rooftop terrace above the hotel café, furnished with tables where you can sit and enjoy a cup of coffee while taking in stunning views of Istanbul, the Golden Horn, the Bosphorus, and the Sea of Marmara.

The area offers many local restaurants, convenience stores, ATMs, and trams, making it highly convenient for tourists. The hotel provides excellent, attentive service. Breakfast is abundant and delicious. Notably, the rooftop features a beautiful viewing platform where guests can enjoy tea while taking in panoramic views of the Bosphorus.

Overall it was a bit old and worn out. Bathrooms in particular had damp and the joints of the shower were a bit mouldy. Also the staff was persistent in paying everything in cash, we didn’t like that, especially when you are paying with a different currency.

The hotel staff deserve a 10/10. They were very accommodating and professional. The gentleman at the front desk helped with my suitcase and offered me a drink. The gentleman who carried my suitcase upstairs was also excellent, and thank you for not engaging in unnecessary small talk. The location is very central, close to Hagia Sophia and Sultanahmet Square. However, without a map, it was difficult to find because the hotel is tucked away on one of the side streets. The view from the rooftop is the best part of the hotel. The skyline is absolutely amazing.

There was construction somewhere around, and this should have been mentioned. I wanted to get some sleep after my flight (around lunchtime), but the drilling and noise made it impossible to relax. There is also very little privacy because the soundproofing is practically nonexistent. I could hear every conversation from my neighbours, as well as their loud laughter in the evening. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor because the door would not close properly. The toilet paper holder also fell off the wall. The room itself is small but acceptable for one person. However, for two people it would definitely feel too cramped. The breakfast is vegetarian and cold. Having one type of cold-cut salami does not really count, especially since hardly anyone was taking it. After trying it myself, I understood why. It is a shame that a Turkish hotel does not offer a traditional Turkish breakfast. The hummus, however, was the best I have ever had. Unfortunately, the staff did not replenish dishes but simply brought out different items, so I only managed to have two tablespoons of it. The only "hot" options were hard-boiled eggs (I'm not even sure they were actually hot) and an omelette, which was supposed to be served hot but wasn't. Everything else was intended to be eaten cold :-( For a one-night stay, the breakfast is acceptable. However, I would not want to eat this every day during my vacation. Overall, I cannot say that it gives 4-star vibes. Maybe in some other city/country it would, but considering the Turkish standards, this is definitely a solid 3-star. Still good, but not great. I do not regret staying there, just next time I will choose another hotel.

Kedves és segítőkész volt a személyzet. Nagy segítség volt a reptéri transzfer is. A szoba tiszta és csendes volt, kicsit sem hallatszódott be az utca zaja. Nagyon közel volt az összes főbb látnivalóhoz, gyalog pár perc alatt elérhető volt a Kék mecset és környéke, a Nagy Bazárhoz is 10 percet kellett csak sétálni. Mindenkinek ajánlani tudom!

Wat een fantastisch hotel! We hebben hier een geweldige tijd gehad en geven het verblijf een dikke 10. Het hotel heeft een zeer centrale ligging, waardoor we overal snel en gemakkelijk naartoe konden. Onze familiekamer was ruim en werd bovendien elke dag perfect schoongemaakt. Wat dit hotel écht speciaal maakt, is het ontzettend vriendelijke personeel. Of je nu beneden bij de receptie bent of boven bij het ontbijt; overal word je met een oprechte glimlach begroet. Een speciaal compliment en extra pluim voor meneer Dindar bij de receptie. Hij hielp ons altijd, was ontzettend gastvrij en vroeg keer op keer of we een lekker kopje thee wilden. Het ontbijt zelf was elke ochtend goed verzorgd én je krijgt er een mooi uitzicht bij cadeau. Als klap op de vuurpijl waren we de knuffel van mijn dochter vergeten, maar meneer Dindar gaat deze persoonlijk voor ons op de post doen. Wat een topservice van hem en een dikke pluim voor het hele team! Wij komen hier zeker terug.

I think the best thing about this hotel was the staff. The welcome we received and the service throughout our stay were exceptional. The breakfast offered a great variety, with something different every day, and everything was fresh and delicious. Our room was cleaned daily, and on our first night, the staff even decorated it with rose petals and special touches after a request we had made - they exceeded our expectations.
