No trellidoors on sliding doors so no ventilation possible especially when sleeping. Bed too high and wat too soft for proper back support. Living room seating not comfortable. Dishwasher Error 09? Limited use of patio area - security kept us within 4 tile lengths of the unit, which is laughable.

The apartment has everything you need at home, you can just go. The pool area is so peaceful and the view from my room was beautiful. Its close to everything you need.

A little noisy when people exit and enter the facility late at night or early in the morning there should be a quiet time sign for 9pm to 8 am "just a suggestion"

Reviewed Jan 10, 2025The facility looked even better than the pictures. Everything was clean. It’s a few meters from the beach and not too far from Table Mountain and V&A Waterfront.
The stairs from the gate, it was difficult for my mother to climb up and down every time we went out. The room was close to reception so there was a lot of foot traffic outside our door and it got a bit noisy in the morning.

The best part was the host was sooo helpful and very very welcoming. She also made sure we had a great stay and we had all the necessary things we could have needed.

The apartment matched the pictures perfectly—no misleading images here. It was impeccably clean, and she thoughtfully provided tea, condiments, and spices for our use during the stay. I loved everything about the host, the apartment itself, the views from the terrace, and the neighborhood.
There was nothing I didn't like; my expectations were completely met. I only wish I could have stayed longer.

The beds were comfortable and the gist of the place was excellent. She was very friendly and very helpful. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable by checking on us. This was a perfect place for us. Melanie was the best!

With this being said the host is always available should you have any concerns/questions regarding your stay etc. My experience was pleasant and seemless therefore I'd definitely recommend this place. I enjoyed the views from the balcony aswell as the fresh breeze at sea.

Lovely hosts, very attentive and welcoming and ready to provide any information and tips. The room is close to the reception, but the noise didn't bother us much, as it's really quiet during the night

Reviewed Mar 3, 2024The host kept me posted throughout e.g. Where I will get the keys and even sent me a guideline on how to access the key. Her communication was the top of the cream 👌. I had also mentioned during my booking that it was my husband's bday so I needed to check in earlier since we were coming from Jhb. She was very accommodative of my request and little did we know that a big bday surprise was awaiting us. She had organized those big floating Ballons and had it arranged right on top of the room light written "Happy Birthday". That was very very sweet and a nice gesture. She also sent me a voice note recommending places we can go to and things to do since we were not from local. When she realized we may run out of towels she texted offering to bring us more towels. I really wanna thank Melanie for being an exceptional host. Bigs up mam, you really made our stay a very memorable one. Thank you

Walking distance to the beach.🏖 We celebrated my birthday while staying here and was welcomed with birthday cake, a card and candles 🎂 - this really was so so special. You can see Table Mountain from the balcony which is such a win.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2023I liked that the property was close to the beach and amazing view of the table mountain. The host was great! I had an incident and broke a glass and she didn’t charge me for it. There were extra fleeces for when we were watching movies. And the binoculars was a great surprise. I didn’t know it was gonna be there. Also, the inverter helped with TV and cellphone charging during load shedding. Wi-fi and Netflix worked perfectly. Security avalable all the time.
