The top flat washed their balcony and without letting us know as their cat poop water fell over into our balcony. This was both terrible and they could have told us first. Please talk to your neighbours above.

The property is advertised as a “penthouse living” experience, which is misleading. It is essentially a standard three-bedroom apartment with very basic finishes and decor. The pool is also advertised in a way that makes it seem private or directly part of the apartment, which is not accurate. It is a shared facility and not as accessible or impressive as shown in the photos. Overall, the apartment lacks the level of luxury and attention to detail one would expect at this price point. For over R4,000 per night, this did not feel like value for money.

Reviewed Jun 9, 2025Unbeatable Views and Great Location! I had an amazing stay at the beach penthouse in Bloubergstrand, Cape Town. The balcony offered a fantastic view of both Table Mountain and the beach — it was the perfect spot to relax and take in the scenery. The beach was just a short walk away, which made it super convenient. The Wi-Fi was impressively fast, which was a big plus. Getting access to the keys was easy, and the host was very accommodating and helpful throughout the stay. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Cape Town!

Reviewed May 3, 2025The location, effective communication, responding tym, together with the update from the host. The host indeed has business skills. Loadshedding fearless as there is backup, the kitchen was fully equiped, the unit is 2minutes walk to the beach, 5minutes drive to the mall, table view and many more Cape intertainments. We really had a great stay. I would highly recomment Beach penthouse for your visir in Cape Town
The pool is public use not private however, it hasn't ruin our exceptional stay we had. And trust me you wont gonna need a pool as there are more entertainments to perform on a daily basis

No DSTV is a surprise for South African visitors. Once in upper parking on day one, need purple button to exit. No code supplied to exit upper parking. Neither of the codes elsewhere worked here. Another bathroom would be nice.

Reviewed Jan 12, 2024THis was not a bad location especially if you have a car. I did not.....But I did manage to hire a driver who picked me up at my leisure. It was nice to wake up to the beach outside your window.
There was not much not to like about this place. I will say that it was a bit smaller than I thought...but for the most part it was a wonderful space and experience.

Beds were so comfortable. Loved it. In the heart of winter, the heaters in all the rooms were really appreciated

Reviewed Apr 26, 2023The booking process was quick and easy.Location is superb as it is on the beachfront with super stunning sunset views. The check in process was seamless.The hosts communicated well before our arrival, and they sent us videos of how we were gonna check ourselves in.Even though we did not meet them in person, we felt their warmth.The apartment was immaculately clean on arrival. Well furnished with high-end appliance(fridge,dishwasher, washing machine, air fryer etc) It was an overnight stay for us, and we are definitely gonna be back for a longer stay. Highly recommend the beach penthouse. Ohh lastly, the 180-degree view from the main bedroom is an absolute value for money.
