הברכה היתה סגורה ( נפתחת רק לסופ״ש ) למוגבלי הליכה יהיה קשה עקב רבוי מדרגות

Reviewed Sep 15, 2026The hotel is located in the Old City, housed in unique, historic stone buildings. The breakfast spread offered a wide variety of breads, cheeses, vegetables, pastries, fruits, desserts, and cakes. We celebrated Rosh Hashanah with a magnificent holiday meal that included the traditional symbolic foods and blessings, along with Kiddush wine and various types of challah. The feast featured a selection of meats, fish, salads, and side dishes—all of high quality and prepared with great taste. The tables were elegantly set with a fine selection of dinnerware and cutlery. The hotel staff made our stay truly pleasant; special mention goes to Fadi, the reception manager, who attended to all our needs, and Bashir, the head waiter, who took care of every request. Chef Roni also deserves mention for kindly explaining the special dishes to us. During the holiday, there was an entertainment program that included two fascinating tours led by David Amiel, covering the Old City and the hotel's various buildings. The staff was courteous, friendly, and eager to assist with any request.

Although the staff were nice, they were not always helpful. They did not have knowledge about the local sites. We asked for directions to the Citadel, and they said, "I dont know, I'm not from around here". Also, we managed with our luggage, the hotel has lots of steps as in tradition with Tzfat, but, nobody asked if we need help-which would have been nice. While juggling drinks and plates back to our table at the dining room, no one offered to help. This is not an inexpensive hotel, staff should be a bit more in tune with customer service. While the bathroom in the room was nice, it did not have a proper shower. Only a tub and a hose that you had to hold if you wanted to shower, otherwise the water was all over the bathroom

הייתה לנו בעיה עם כך שהמיטות לא סודרו לזוג. רוב הבעיה טופלה במקום אך חדר אחד לא קיבל שירות מתאים. כאשר התלוננו למחרת קיבלנו פיצוי מתאים.

במוצש הגעה רק בשעה 18 ולא דקה לפני. ריח מוזר בחדר. הבריכה פתוחה רק בין 10 ל 18.. עובד הבריכה מוציא אנשים כבר בחמש וחצי ומאוד לא שרותי.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026The kindness and warmth of the people is unmatched. From the moment you arrive, you're greeted with smiles. Everyone is so lovely. The pool, the bar, the rooms, the views, and the breakfasts—everything was excellent. I loved the tour they give you of the town.
There was nothing I disliked, except that they made a reservation deposit of 700 shekels too much, which they said they would return in five days.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026We had such a wonderful time at Hotel Ruth Safed. The building has so much character, and the grounds are absolutely gorgeous. Our room was clean, cozy, and perfect for relaxing. Every single detail exceeded our expectations - especially the massive, delicious breakfast every morning! The staff were lovely and attentive, and having a pool and gym made it even better. We loved everything about our stay!
That the are not sepereate hours for men and women in the pool and there is no Shul and Mikvah

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026המיקום של בית מלון בעיר העתיקה, זה פעם שניה שאנחנו מתארחים בו לסופש ארוך. נקיון מעולה, צוות נדיב . ארוחת בוקר טעימה ובשפע . מתקנים של בית מלון פינות ישיבה נחמדות צמחיה מתופחת וגן יפה. המלצה לשאול לגבי בידוד חדרים לפני שמזמינים חופשה.
הינו במתחם רימון, חדר ללא בידוד רעשים וחבל מאוד. מתחת לחלון חניה וחדר עובדים, רעשי מכוניות ושיחות של עובדים מוקדם בבוקר נשמעו היטב. אותו דבר גם בפרוזדור , כאשר מנקים עבדו ודיברו, תריקות דלתות (הם כבר ישנות דורשות שיפוץ), דפיקות בדלת, מה לא. מזגן ללא אפשרות לכוון, היה המקסימום קירור, כך שבשבת נאלצנו להיות בלי מיזוג, בשיא השרב. טלפון פנימי לקבלה לא עבד וגם אחרי שדיווחנו על כך. הפעם התאכזבנו, כי ציפינו לסופ"ש שקט ורגוע במלון בוטיק.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026אהבנו את השירות הטוב והצוות ענה על כל השאלות תמיד ניסה לעזור ולסייע. המלון עם נוף וממוקם במבנה היסטורי המתוחזק באופן מעורר התפעלות. הרבה פינות ישיבה ומידע על האתר ההיסטורי. הבריכה נהדרת.
את ארוחת הבוקר פחות היה לנו טעים. אבל עדיין היה הרבה מבחר והצוות היה שירותי. ניתן לשפר את הנקיון בחדר.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026המלון מדהים, יפה, נקי ומאוד מיוחד. מדובר במלון שחלקו בן יותר מ 800 שנה והיה בעברו חאן. צוות המלון היה מדהים בדגש על פאדי מנהל הקבלה. הם נעימים, מסבירי פנים, עושים הכל כדי לתת שירות ברמה הכי גבוהה. המלון סיפק לאורחי המלון (ללא עלויות) המון פעילויות. זה התחיל בשישי אחה"צ בסדנת טעימות יין עם ענת הסומלייה של המלון, שהעבירה לאורחים סדנה מרתקת וטעימה, בהמשך דוד עמיאל המדריך המדהים לקח אותנו בשישי בלילה לסיור לילי בסמטאות צפת שהיה סיור מרתק ובשבת בצהריים עשה לנו סיור מרתק לא פחות בבית המלון עם הסיפורים המיוחדים הקשורים לעברו כחאן עתיק.
אין נשהו שחא אהבנו. כשהיתה לנו בעיה בחדר (ה WIFI בחדר לא פעל) ושלא הצליחו לסדר אותו מיד העבערו אותנו לחדר אחר.

The hotel is a little pricey. Parking for checking was terrible. The quality of the free breakfast went down alot since the last time I stayed there. They should print maps for people who are tourists to find different sites, as Safed is hard to navigate if you don't know the place well.

מי שמגיע בשבת שימו לב שזה מלון מאוד מכוון לשומרי מסורת.. המעלית מעלית שבת, אין בחדר אוכל מכונת קפה או מישהו שעומד מכין חביתות במקום. בכללי הבופה של שבת בבוקר (לדעתי) יחסית דל למה שבדרך כלל מגישים בארוחות בוקר במלונות

המלון לא נגיש ברובו המוחלט, ועל מנת לעבור ממקום למקום יש תמיד צורך לעבור במדרגות. בנוסף, אין שירות סיוע עם המזוודות בכניסה וביציאה והשילוב עם חוסר הנגישות הופך את החוויה ללא נעימה כאשר מטיילים עם מבוגרים ונשים בהריון מתקדם שזה היה המקרה שלנו. שירותי הבריכה היו לא נקיים באופן שפשוט מנע שימוש וחייב אותנו לטפס ברגל חזרה לחדר - שוב, לא נעים כשמדובר באישה בהריון ועוד אשה מבוגרת במקרה שלנו. ביום שישי הבריכה נסגרת בשעה 17 וכאשר הצ׳ק אין בשעה 15 - זה לא סביר בימי הקיץ עם שקיעה בשעה שמונה בערב.

בעת הזמנת חדר באתר, ציינתי בקשה "2 מיטות נפרדות", ולא היה ברור האם זה כבר התקבל, מתי ואיך נדע תדובה. הגענו למלון, נאמר: " כן, קבלנו הזמנה, היכנו לכם חדר בהתאם". בפועל, החדר לא היה מתאים לבקשה, המתנו יותר משעה עד שהועברנו לידר אחר. בקבלה נאמר: "לא רואים בקשה ל 2 מיטות". אכן צדקו: מהאת קיבלתי הודעה רק אחרי 24 שעות (יום למחרת) ש"הבקשה שלך לחדר עם 2 מיטות התקבלה, ונדון לגביה בהקדם". סליחה, מי צריך את האתר עם השירות "בקשה נוספת/מיוחדת" כאשר התשובה תגיע 24 שעות אחרי, וגם "ללא תשובה", כאשר ההזמנה היא מיידית? אני מבין שההזמנה הייתה מהיום להיום, אבל ציינו באתר שהתשובה לא תנתן מייד, ותקח לא ברור כמה זמן. לכן להבא, אזמין ישירות מהמלון, ללא booking. בברכה
