The variety of coffees

Carol was the best, waited for us when we got delayed and came to meet us when we got lost. She was very informative about the place. Carol is a super star. Thank you Carol. The area seems very safe and quiet .

It wasn't a big deal but no TV.

The location. The complimentary chocolates I found in the room.

The Wi-Fi connection was weak in my room. The Gentleman (care taker of the guesthouse)had a strict tone with me when I had overstayed my stay with a couple of minutes before checking out.

Carol the host is a very friendly women. Welcomed us with a big hug and a warm smile. The room was amazing everything you would need is there. From cotton wools to santinary stuff. Your home away from home. Definitely coming back next time

I liked everything from the wonderful host (Carol) who accommodated us with the early check-in request, to how the room that had everything a person could possibly need. The room is beautiful and the outside sitting area is also very beautiful. We will definitely be back. The huge bathroom is such a bonus.

Everywhere there were lovely surprises to welcome you ..plunger coffee, nice shampoo, rusks etc. The rooms are beautifully decorated and makes you feel at home

The whole environment, it felt like home. They even had sanitary towels.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. It was like home away from home. Carol is the sweetest and she pays such attention to detail. The decor is homely and charming. She has thought of everything from a sweet treat on arrival to an assortment of hot beverage options, breakfast treats and cooldrinks, water and milk in the fridge to things you would only expect to find in a hotel like plush gowns and a hairdryer. The location is peaceful but close to shops and easily accessible. We even extended our stay. Definitely on the top of our list of great value for money accommodation in Rusty.

Everything was amazing! Everything well thought of for convinience. The location is prime, the treats and everything else that was provided was top tier. It felt more like a home.The service was a 10/10. So helpful in checking the welfare of clients. Great assistance when our car was broken and finding some help for us.

Real hospitality shown by our hosts. The accommodation is comfortable, well maintained , secure and the decor stylish. There are quite a few delicate touches which makes the stay unique. ( beskuit, lemon water etc). This is value for money and i can highly recommend to all travellers. Can’t wait to come back.
