Beautiful property, that was an oasis of calm. The staff couldn't have been more welcoming, friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were delicious as was the one evening meal we had. Great location, only a short walk to the souks and secret garden.

Heel lekker, uitgebreid, veel variatie, zeker genoeg. Veel kleuren in het ontbijt. :) Lekkere lokale specialiteiten. veel afwisseling. Gezond met guilty pleasure erbij, een grote smaakbom.

Stepping into Riad O is like stepping into a little paradise, where calm and comfort are combined with beautiful design. The property is stunning and has an effortless and luxurious feel to it. Airport transfers were smooth and comfortable and it was lovely to be welcomed by staff who then guided us along the short walk from the drop off point to the Riad. The food is local and delicious with a different breakfast being offered each day. Extra care was taken to provide alternatives for my daughter who has food allergies. The meal and snack menus were also fantastic. I can also highly recommend the Hammam experience which was a first for me! To add to this, we have never come across such lovely staff during our travels. They were all friendly, attentive and caring, finding the perfect balance of meeting all our needs and making us feel so welcome.

Geweldig ontvangen, hartelijk ontvangst met meteen uitleg over de stad. Accommodatie had alles wat je nodig had (haardroger, water, …). Het ontbijt was leuk op het terras en ook lekker.

Ein wunderschönes Riad absolut empfehlenswert. Das gesamte Team war durchweg unfassbar freundlich und zuvorkommend ganz egal mit wem man gesprochen hat. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt sauber und ordentlich. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das tolle Frühstücksbuffet das keine Wünsche offenlässt. Hervorzuheben sind außerdem die richtig dicken flauschigen Bettdecken die den Aufenthalt besonders gemütlich machen. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener und sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Le lieu est unique et envoûtant, décoré avec beaucoup d’élégance. Le personnel et le Directeur (Manu) sont accueillants, gentils, prévenants et à l’écoute. La prestation hammam et massage au sein du Riad est parfaite. Le petit déjeuner est copieux, change tous les jours et magnifiquement bien présenté avec des produits très frais et cuisinés du matin. Nous reviendrons c‘est certain. Prisca & Vincent.

Great location and wonderful staff.

We absolutely loved the riad. The location was perfect – tucked away in the alleyways so it was really quiet at night, but only a five-minute walk into the heart of Marrakech. The staff were amazing and super helpful. The Wi-Fi was strong (I even worked from there for a day), and the whole place felt calm and relaxing. Breakfast was great too. Overall, such a lovely stay.

De locatie, de gezelligheid en de mensen zorgden allemaal voor een enorme gastvrijheid!

De matras van de kamer had absoluut zijn beste tijd gehad. We sliepen in een put, dit was niet zo comfortabel voor de nachtrust. Daarnaast was er ook een grote groep aanwezig die heel luidruchtig was, we werden hierdoor vaak gewekt doordat ze terug kwamen. We hebben zelf meermaals uit de kamer geroepen dat ze stiller moesten zijn.

The riad is absolutely beautiful; it’s completely peaceful and pleasant. The staff are incredibly warm and helpful, and the breakfast is one of the best we’ve ever had in a hotel. The location is also excellent, so all in all, highly recommended!

Een mooie riad. Goed gelegen. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Je kan er ook middag en avondeten krijgen. 2 dakterrassen waar het heerlijk zitten is.

Het ontbijt wordt aan tafel opgediend en je kan niet meer krijgen dan op tafel staat juist extra drank. Wat wel spijtig is.

Le cadre, l’endroit est très joli. Le personnel est très souriant, attentionné et disponible. Le petit déjeuner est incroyable, un délice. Le Riad est proche de la place Jemaa El Fna , des monuments et restaurant/rooftop.

Dans notre chambre, Il n’y avait aucune séparation entre les toilettes, la salle de bain et la chambre, aucune porte. J’aurais apprécié que les toilettes soient séparés par une porte du reste ou alors dans la salle de bain mais que celle-ci soit fermée par une porte

Schitterende locatie , en enorm vriendelijk personeel ! Heel goed ontbeten, telkens een beetje anders. Elk personeelslid was behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Kamers en gebouw piekfijn in orde , proper en met zorg afgewerkt. Wij komen heel graag terug.

Prachtige Riad in een leuke buurt met een topteam. Manu, Abdullah, Midi en de rest van het team zorgen voor een onvergetelijke vakantie, ze zijn enthousiast en heel zorgzaam. Uitstappen via hen geboekt zijn top, privé chauffeur en correcte afspraken. Luchthavenvervoer ook mogelijk en perfect door hen georganiseerd. Mooie kamer, goeie bedden, alles heel netjes en een fantastisch ontbijt, wat moet een mens nog meer.

L'emplacement est top, proximité de tous les poinrs d'intérêt.. L'accueil et les conseils étaient super et le personnel aux petits soins. Le riad est sublime, spacieux, tres bien entretenu et propre. La chambre etait petite mais bien agencée et équipée avec une salle de bain tres jolie. Tout est décoré avec goût. Le petit déjeuner compris est tres copieux et tres bon ! Tout était parfait, je reviendrai avec plaisir si je reviens a Marrakech un jour. Tres bon rapport qualité/prix,je recommande !

Riad au calme et charmant de part sa taille et la qualité de l'accueil et du personnel aux petits soins. Un peu excentré (15 minutes à pieds de la Place Jeena El Fna) mais permettant de rayonner facilement pour accéder aux principaux sites de visite. Service de Hammam et massage de qualité. Petit déjeuner fabuleux servi à table sur la terrasse au sommet du riad décorée avec goût et simplicité comme tout le riad. Belle chambre à 2 lits avec douche à l'italienne très agréable.

Vi havde et fantastisk ophold på denne riad. personalet var super flinke, hjælpsomme og god til at rådgive. sød, traditionel riad. værelserne havde alle en bestemt tema og historie bag sig. ville helt klart anbefale denne riad hvis du har planer om at besøge Marrakech.

Zeer mooie typerende Marokkaanse riad. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Zeer goede matrassen om op te slapen en heeeeeel proper. Het ontbijt is lekker en iedere dag een beetje variërend wat wel leuk is. De hoteleigenaar "Manu" is zeer behulpvaardig en vriendelijk. Kortom een echte aanrader en bij ons volgende bezoek aan Marrakesh gaan we hier zeker terug.

J'avais pris l'option pour le taxi via Booking pour le transfert à l'aéroport, j'ai malgré dû payer 50e en plus au moment de quitter le Riad ... Méfiez vous là dessus, de plus, 50e est un prix exorbitant pour un simple aller-retour à l'aéroport là bas :(

Absolutely loved our stay here - would definitely recommend to anyone coming to Marrakech. The room was really comfortable - huge bed - and really clean and peaceful. Breakfast on the roof terrace was a lovely way to start the day - yoghurt, granola, fruit, selection of pastries, and eggs with lovely bread and tea and coffee. Brilliant location - everywhere was walkable but it was in a peaceful part of the city. Most importantly the staff were amazing - always welcoming, friendly and really helpful - thank you for making our stay in Marrakech very memorable.

A stunning, calm oasis in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the city. Beautiful interior design, lovely pool, incredible sunset from the rooftop and great chill out areas throughout. Very welcoming and friendly staff - we were so well looked after.

Nuestra experiencia en este Riad ha sido inmejorable: llegamos de noche y habiéndose retrasado nuestro vuelo y no hubo ningún problema para acceder al edificio ni recibirnos explicándonos varios detalles del Riad y de la ciudad. Los desayunos son insuperables, con mucha variedad y exquisitos, y las instalaciones son muy bonitas y están muy limpias. El staff es muy profesional y nos han atendido con buena cara en todo momento, ayudándonos en todo lo necesario. Repetiríamos sin duda! Una experiencia de 10.

Över förväntan! Väldigt fint boende, lugnt och skönt. Det var väldigt rent och mysigt. Hela stället var perfekt men det som lyfte allt var ägaren och personalen, vilka fantastiska människor. De var så trevliga och vänliga, de såg verkligen till att man hade det bra och frågade om vår dag, de gav oss tips och råd och tog sig verkligen tiden att se till att man skulle få en bra vistelse i Marocko. En stor eloge till de. Vi är väldigt tacksamma och kommer definitivt komma tillbaka till boendet.

Colazione Ottima! Qualità del cibo, puntualità nel servizio della colazione e non solo! Il personale é molto gentile e trova sempre tempo per aiutarti per qualsiasi richiesta! Ottima anche la posizione, la pulizia e i servizi offerti. Quando si rintrava nel Riad avevamo sempre sensazione di essere in una piccola oasi per un relax totale al fresco o in piscina. Perfecte locatie in de medina: drukke straatjes vlakbij maar complete rust in de riad. Uitgebreid en gezond ontbijt dat elke ochtend anders was. Mooie rooftop waar we lekker avondeten kregen geserveerd. Menukaart is eerder beperkt om alles dagvers te kunnen houden, maar heerlijk avondeten. Aanrader als middagsnack: de spaghetti. Duik in zwembadje was erg afkoelend. Supervriendelijke bediening. .

Taxi geraakt niet tot aan riad dus een stukje te voet met de koffers. Maar uiteindelijk vlot te doen.

Espaço super tranquilo, muito bem decorado onde todos nos fazem sentir bem. Pequeno almoço bom, num espaço super agradável. Todos os funcionários são muito simpáticos e disponíveis

A única coisa que posso apontar, que é irrelevante, foi o facto de a almofada ser muito alta para o meu gosto

Zeer mooi ingerichte Riad, alle benodigde faciliteiten, en enorm rustig ondanks het toch in het midden van drukke straatjes ligt, zeer vriendelijk personeel, uitgebreid en lekker ontbijt, dinner ook zeer verzorgd en lekker,..... . Kortom, een top adres en enorm van genoten.

De rust, in de salon s’nachts of op het dakterras. Leuke zwembadjes. Prima kamer met groot bad. Vriendelijke gastheer en personeel. Ooit ontdekt door ‘met 4 in bed’ TOP.

Dat ik s’nachts geen biertje meer kon drinken zoals de vorige keren.

Loved the Riad, the staff was very friendly. The stay started with a tea and a quick presentation of the city and objectives and how to get there. The breakfast exceeded our expectations. Will come again for sure.

I loved everything about my stay and this place! The riad is beautiful, and all the facilities are in perfect condition. My room was quiet and comfortable. Breakfasts were delicious — and please try their dinner too, you’re in for a treat. (They had no problem accommodating my food allergies.) The location was excellent: in a quieter part of the medina but still within easy walking distance of the main sights. It felt calm without being out of the way. Most importantly, it’s Manu and his team — Haytam and Mehdi — who made the experience special. They are attentive, super helpful, and simply very kind and friendly. Thank you again — I hope to be back!

The place is amazing , the staff Abdulaha and Heyter are exceptional , nothing is to much of an ask, the food was amazing , There is not one negative about the stay

RiadO staff were excellent. From when we first arrived til when we left they were always cheerful and happy to help us. Went out of their way to assist pickups for tours.

Taxis are unable to deliver you right to the door so when you first arrive it was a struggle to find the entrance. It is a good 10-15 mi ute walk into the centre of the Medina Be aware that you do need to go up and down stairways

Cute, traditional Riad. Excellent location, with an amazing breakfast, close enough to the souk without being in the souk. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We also tried the Hammam which I can highly recommend. We would certainly come back to this hotel.

The bathroom wasn’t that practical. The floor flooded when showering and there was nowhere to hang up the towels. These were minor issues.

The guys that was supposed to open the door at night to enter to the Ria was sleeping and it took 10-15 minutes to open the door, then he said to us that was later and he was sleeping.

The property was fabulous. Really spacious, beautiful decor, very clean and well maintained. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The food was lovely, with a varied breakfast through the week, and really nice dinner options. The Hamam and massage were excellent. Thank you so much.

My mom got hit by a motorbike in the Medina and broke her leg. I expected more help and support from the Riad to deal with the situation as a 5-star resort. She was unable to climb stairs so we asked for assistance finding her another place to stay and they said they didn’t know what to do. We also asked for help communicating as we don’t speak the language or finding places close to eat and they were not helpful there as well.

Good and quiet location. Fantastic staff. Good breakfast.

Breakfast Attentive staff Cleanliness

Everything was wonderful! The continental breakfast included the most delicious scrambled eggs, freshly squeezed orange juice served on the upper patio. Our room was spacious and kept clean for us throughout our stay. The staff was so friendly and made every effort to make us feel at home. I would absolutely return!
