The apartment grew on us. After a little misunderstanding with the door codes, we actually enjoyed our stay. Perfect location for a short trip.

It’s not designed for people with limited mobility - very steep stairs, and the only bathroom is on the second floor. It could be a little noisy at night.

Easy stay! Clean and bed was comfortable

We were right next to the door therefore very noisy and could hear at night people enter and exit. Street noise was loud on the Saturday.

We were woken up a couple of times in the middle of the night by banging doors and we think someone coming to take our the rubbish - it was a bit disturbing but otherwise a good night’s sleep.

La camera è al piano terra ed è attraversata dalle tubazioni di scarico dei bagni dei piani superiori non adeguatamente insonorizzate. Il rumore dello scroscio d'acqua del w.c. e della doccia del piano di sopra è veramente fastidioso. Anche la porta di accesso alla camera non è insonorizzata e quindi si sente ogni volta il passaggio in entrata e/o in uscita degli ospiti delle altre camere. Nel bagno, una luce allo specchio sarebbe stata apprezzata. Frigorifero un pò troppo piccolo.

Clean, modern hotel with well equipped rooom. In a festive part of town (Psyri)

Need to walk downstairs to the bathroom. Not a problem for us, but would be with someone with mobility issues. .

Location of the appartment.

1. It is not clear from booking.com website that this is a serviced appartment (airbnb) and not a hotel. 2. Fire alarm fired at 01:00 am and there was nobody there to turn it off. We called to a phone in Spain and it took a guy 45 mins to come. The guy did not know how to turn off fire alarm. I have a video to demostrate this bad experience. 3. There was no reception, make it clear on the website.

事前のオンラインチェックインを済ませていたが、部屋に入るためのコードを受信できなかった。たまたま居合わせたホテルスタッフに助けて貰えたが、もともとは受付に誰もいないホテルなのでスタッフがいなかったらチェックインすらできなかった。そんなリスクをとる必要はない。 また、チェックイン時間より後に訪ねたにも関わらず、部屋の準備が終わっていないと言われ待たされた。着いたのは15時だったが何にそんなに時間がかかるのか？急いだせいか部屋の中に明らかなゴミが残っていた。 チェックアウト後の荷物預けもできない。不親切 施設自体は悪くないがシステムをどうにかして欲しい。

La ubicación es muy buena

L’hôtel en lui-même est plutôt agréable et bien situé.

Toutefois, certains points méritent d’être soulignés. La literie m’a notamment semblé de qualité assez moyenne et particulièrement molle, ce qui n’a pas été idéal pour mon confort. Avant notre réservation, je n’avais pas identifié le fait que l’établissement ne disposait pas de réception physique. Après avoir relu attentivement l’annonce sur Booking, je ne retrouve d’ailleurs pas cette information de manière suffisamment claire. Cette absence de réception a malheureusement posé un véritable problème lors de notre séjour. Dans la nuit de lundi à mardi, aux alentours de 0h45, une alarme incendie s’est déclenchée. Par mesure de sécurité, nous avons immédiatement évacué l’établissement et nous nous sommes retrouvés dans la rue, en pyjama. Le problème est qu’il nous a été impossible de joindre rapidement un interlocuteur ou un service susceptible de nous informer sur la situation. Nous sommes restés environ 45 minutes à l’extérieur avant qu’une personne arrive sur place. Cette personne ne s’est ni présentée ni ne nous a donné d’explications claires, nous avons donc simplement supposé qu’elle était chargée de la gestion de l’hôtel. Malheureusement, elle ne semblait pas savoir comment désactiver l’alarme. Elle a effectué plusieurs allers-retours et nous avons dû attendre encore une trentaine de minutes supplémentaires à l’extérieur, toujours sans réelle information sur la situation ni sur le délai de résolution. Nous avons finalement appris que l’alarme avait été déclenchée par une personne qui vapotait dans une chambre. Bien entendu, le déclenchement initial de l’alarme n’est pas directement imputable à l’hôtel. En revanche, la gestion de l’incident et l’absence d’assistance efficace sur place sont, selon moi, beaucoup plus problématiques. Au total, cette situation a duré plus d’une heure et demie, pendant laquelle nous sommes restés dehors, en pleine nuit et en pyjama, sans accompagnement, sans communication claire et sans solution rapide.

La localisation est incroyable, les chambres étaient très confortables et qualitatives.

Nous n'avons pas reçu les codes d'accès à la chambre, et il a été très difficile de les obtenir auprès d'un service de gestion délocalisé, dont les interlocuteurs ne parlaient qu'espagnol.

The location was fabulous. Great area and very close to Monastirakis Station. Modern and clean

Lack of reception and communication from messages to staff was not great. Most comms are generic. Couldn’t store luggage. Be prepared to put into recommended left luggage.

Potenzialmente la camera sarebbe anche bella e ben accessoriata, ma la gestione rende il soggiorno da dimenticare. > All'arrivo il codice per il self check-in non è arrivato. Senza nessuno in loco, l'hotel di fronte (pur con un ragazzo gentilissimo) non aveva i contatti diretti, costringendoci a lunghe attese telefoniche sotto il sole con l'assistenza in Spagna. > Una volta entrati, la camera era visibilmente sporca: capelli, impronte di scarpe, prese staccate e polvere su moquette, superfici e bagno. Sotto il letto c'era persino una pantofola abbandonata da un precedente ospite. Il letto era rifatto male, alimentando il dubbio che non fosse nemmeno stato cambiato. > L'aria condizionata non raffrescava la stanza poiché sparava verso le scale del bagno inferiore, rendendo il caldo insopportabile. Inoltre, le finestre (che danno su un muro) non sono insonorizzate e la musica dei locali ha disturbato il sonno fino a tardi. > Assistenza del tutto assente durante il soggiorno: non hanno mai risposto alle nostre richieste di cambio stanza e abbiamo preferito lasciare i bagagli altrove pur di non fare affidamento su di loro. >

לא אהבהו שאין קבלה- לא רשום בשום מקום. קבלנו חדר בקומה מה שלישית- עם נוף מחריד לאתר בניה. חדר צמוד היו בנות -שרק שמעו מוזיקה ודברו וזה היה כאילו הם בחדר שלנו. אין עם מי לדבר- כי רין היה בלה במלון שזה ממש לא כיף

Es ist ein relativ neues Hotel in zentraler Lage. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber zweckmässig eingerichtet, das Bad ist modern mit einer ebenerdigen Dusche, und die Fenster ließen sich öffnen.

Baustelle gegenüber wo Samstag und Sonntag ab 8 Uhr laute Arbeiten durchgeführt wurden. Ich hatte ein Hotel mit Rezeption und Kofferaufbewahrung gebucht und dafür auch einen etwas höheren Preis bezahlt. Leider wurde die Unterkunft nach meiner Buchung (und nach den positiven Bewertungen) von einem spanischen Unternehmen übernommen und statt einer Rezeption gibt es nur mehr ein Callcenter in Barcelona und eine Kofferaufbewahrung ist auch nicht mehr möglich. Zugang ist nur über Codes, es gibt keine Sicherheitskameras und an der Wohnungstüre auch kein Guckloch - d.h. das Sicherheitsgefühl ist eher gering. Darüberhinaus wurde mir ein Vertrag zugeschickt, wo ich 25 EUR zusätzlich zahlen sollte um ev, Schäden im Wert von 300 EUR zu decken (die dann einbehalten werden) oder 300 EUR Kaution, mit 10 EUR Bearbeitungsgebühr. Ich habe 2 Tage über booking und mit dem Callcentermitarbeitern direkt diskutiert, dass ich den Vertrag sicher nicht unterschreibe und dass sie die von mir gebuchten und bezahlten Entscheidungskriterien wie Rezeption und Kofferaufbewahrung einfach ersatzlos gestrichen haben, und dass ich mich in einer Unterkunft nicht sicher fühle, wo ich bei einem Problem nur ein Callcenter in Barcelona als Ansprechpartner habe. Sie haben alles ignoriert und nur ständig Druck gemacht, dass ich den Vertrag unterschreiben soll, auch die Intervention von booking.com haben sie ignoriert - das hat mich 2 Urlaubstage gekostet, die ich statt Erholung am Handy verbracht habe, 4h vor Check In haben sie dann einen einen Vertrag geschickt, wo sie die Passagen rausgestrichen haben und nach Unterschrift habe ich dann die Zugangscodes bekommen. Ich würde die Unterkunft nicht buchen und empfehlen, dass seit dem Besitzerwechsel mit den Bewertungen neu gestartet wird, da sich die Bewertungen bis Juli 2026 auf die Unterkunft mit den Services beziehen, die es nicht mehr gibt.

No longer a hotel. I booked when it was still a hotel with rave reviews. No regular cleaning despite requests with toiletries finished and no refills. No person on site or nearby to help. Any calls for assistance go through to a call centre in Barcelona! So issues cannot be sorted out immediately at all. Would not recommend.

Absolutely fantastic location right in the heart of Psiri. It is around the corner from cafes, bars, restaurants and one of the main streets, Ermou. Couldn't have picked a better spot for a short trip in Athens, with lots of stops and activities through Athens' busy and popular tourist spots. The room was a split level, with the bedroom on the ground floor and the bathroom on the upper floor. We had no issue traversing the staircase, but someone with walking difficulties may want to ensure they book a room with a single floor layout

I was obviously a little hesitant after seeing some negative comments. We stayed in the suite with terrace for 2 people. First of all, the room is quite spacious and can accommodate 3 people. There is a small room at the entrance from the door, a sofa bed coffee machine and a terrace in the room. The other room has a double bed and a TV. There are hangers and you can easily hang your clothes. They also provided a maximum return to half an hour in terms of communication and were very interested and helpful. Some people have mentioned that they have problems during check-in, but they need to freeze the form sent with a link before they arrive. If you follow the instructions carefully, I think you will have no problem. There is no physical reception, I recommend you make a reservation knowingly. Location is extremely perfect! My only negative comment is the unmaintained terrace. It's never been cleaned. There wasn't even an ashtray. There was no umbrella, but there was no umbrella. I wanted to sit on the terrace and enjoy it in this beautiful summer weather, but it's very runway. Still, we cleaned up the furniture on the terrace and sat there.

The property was well located and the room was perfect! The facilities were very new and tidy. They provide all the amenities which was great after coming back from the islands.

The only thing I would say is that a few of the bottles in the shower were empty which wasn’t ideal (the products that were available were very nice though).

Purtroppo abbiamo avuto un problema dove l’intero quartiere è rimasto senza luce per due giorni… Altre cose che non mi sono piaciute è il fatto che se si ha un problema non c’è la reception e bisogna chiamare ad un numero che risponde da Barcellona.

rooms was great, comfortable beds and very clean, absolutely met my expectations. Location was perfect.

It was a surprise to me that there was no staff at all, not even a contact number in case something was wrong. I don't think this was clear from the site that this was a zero service facility.

Noise from the front door was very loud when people were coming in and out (our room was ground floor at the front of the building). It woke us up multiple times early in the morning.

La pire expérience hôtelière que j’ai jamais vécu. L’hôtel a changé de propriétaire (Stay U-nique) le jour de notre arrivé. Nous avons été informé à la dernière minute et le process de check-in a changé quelques heures avant notre arrivée. Tous les liens pour le check-in qui nous ont été envoyés par la messagerie booking ne fonctionnait pas donc nous n’avions pas d’informations, malgré plusieurs messages aucunes réponses. J’ai finalement contacté l’hôtel sur WhatsApp et reçu une réponse. Malheureusement le désagrément ne s’est pas arrêté là car une fois arrivé à la chambre, aucune lumière ou prise ne fonctionnait. Malgré des appels et messages au service client de l’hôtel aucune réponse ne nous a été fournie. Nous sommes donc sortis pour dîner et une fois de retour à la chambre nous avons failli rester bloqué à la porte de notre chambre car la serrure n’avait plus de batterie. Nous avons finalement pu rentrer après plusieurs tentatives et avons passé une nuit très moyenne dans un appartement très chaud et avec tous les bruits de la rue (musique, travaux, etc.) Une expérience déplorable dû à un nouveau management déplorable. Je ne réserverai plus jamais un hôtel du groupe Stay U-nique et je vous recommande de faire de même.

La ubicación era perfecta, en uno de los barrios más modernos y con más ambiente de Atenas. Calidad precio muy bien y las instalaciones bastante nuevas. Un detalle el Café, agua y snack de bienvenida.

El mantenimiento podría ser mejor. Un par de desperfectos en la zona del baño (seguramente debido a la humedad).

Design

Location is great, in the centre of Pasiri but in a quiet street. Great service, clean and new, very kind people. Walking distance from every place.

The hotel is comfortable and functional for sleeping and exploring the city. However, if you prefer a more spacious hotel with a more relaxing atmosphere and a balcony where you can comfortably spend time, I would recommend opting for a larger property.

Hyper-centre, on ne peut pas trouver mieux comme boutique hôtel, super rapport qualité-prix, les chambres sont grandes et de haut standing pour le prix.

Perfekte Lage, wunderschöne moderne Unterkunft.

Kein Fenster vorhanden, außer ein im Bad (zumindest in unserem Zimmer im EG).

the place was nice

the triple room c2 was unbearably noisy. One cannot sleep in room C2. There is some kind of industrial fan just next to the bed window which causes a horrible humming noise up to 3am. The hotel was great but it is all pointless if one cannot sleep.

Perfect location - within walking distance of all the main landmarks in Athens. There’s a great variety of food options just steps away from the hotel, which made exploring really convenient. The staff were incredibly nice, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend!

Le bruit de la porte d’entrée car nous étions à côté. Le quartier trop bruyant . Complément impersonnel car nous n’avons croisé personne . Le système de code que nous rencontrons de plus en plus pour accéder aux chambres rend l’expérience absolument froide. Plus de chaleur humaine. Bientôt les robots quelle tristesse. Ce sont des hôtels à rendement. Pour nous pas intéressant . En plus pas de petit déjeuner à prendre sur place

La atención del personal buena y habitación limpia

Es un duplex de dos pisos , el espacio donde está la cama es muy chico y muy sobre la puerta de entrada, es incómodo que la habitación esté abajo y que el baño se encuentre en el piso de arriba y se tenga que subir la escalera en media noche. La zona donde está ubicado el hotel se encuentra muy descuidada.

La habitación es algo pequeña y el baño no está en la misma planta, por lo que es necesario bajar unas escaleras para acceder a él. Por otro lado, aunque la ventana da a un patio interior, se llega a escuchar un poco la música de los bares cercanos

The location was excellent!

The reception closes at 5:00 PM. On our last day, our flight was at night, and we wanted to leave our luggage at the hotel until later in the day. However, we had to collect it by 5:00 PM and carry it with us for the rest of the day. Another issue was that our room was located very close to the main entrance, so we could hear people coming in and out, which was quite noisy.

You can hear some music late at night, but this was no fault of theirs, and earplugs easily solved the problem.

Surprised that the room had no windows apart from in the bathroom. This was not mentioned on booking.com

Location is perfect. Room and property are clean. Terrace was large and has chair to sit. Good for rest and drink something. Room is a little bit small and to move around is hard for two people.

Clean and cozy room, excellent personnel attention.

Our room was right next to the entrance. Windows are great at suppressing noises, but our room door was next to the entrance door and not sound proof so we heard absolutely all other guests as they entered or left the building. This was on a friday so you can imagine other guests coming in at 12,1,2 and 3 in the morning. We did not sleep well.

The location, the staff.

The staff were very kind and welcoming. The room was spacious, clean, and everything about the stay was lovely. The price was amazing compared to the quality of the room. The area around the hotel was beautiful, full of restaurants and great vibes. We also loved the balcony, it made the stay even more special. The hotel is very central and the location is perfect. Highly recommended!

We loved everything about the stay, but since our first room was next to the entrance door, there was a bit of noise from people coming in and out.

Excellent stay, highly recommended. The bed was very comfortable. The mattress is on the medium to firm side and is likely to be comfortable for most people. The shower had excellent water pressure (magnificent, impeccable). There is a mini fridge, which came stocked with two small bottles of water, which were much appreciated after a hot day of walking. Tea and pod coffee are also provided, as are some nuts. The room itself is very cute, looks modern and newly renovated, and the architects/designers were very clever at making a small space feel large and work well for two people. We had plenty of room to do our stretching and exercises in the morning, even with two large suitcases. The decor was also full of character, love the Bonnie and Clyde theme. The hotel is in a very touristy area, which is great for exploring, connections and food. The thick windows shut out the noise of nearby restaurants, but, as the hotel is on a quiet street, most of the night was very quiet anyway. We appreciated the full height openable windows and Juliet balcony for fresh air. If you're an introvert, you'll like that the reception is two doors down -close enough to be at hand, but far away that you can come and go in privacy. Although, the staff are super lovely and very good at making everyone feel at home! All in all, we found this a fantastic place to stay and we'll be back! (Two people, double room).
