Breakfast was simple but delicious, pool clean and open till 22:00. Room very clean and spacious. We had two robes there, beach basket, beach towels as well. Hotel staff is very friendly, receptionists speak English, and are very helpful in organising airport transfer, additional taxi, recommending places to see. Kamala beach is 5 minutes walking distance. There is plenty of restaurants, massage places close by, 7 eleven and paharmacy for some shopping.

Nice stop for our first day in Phuket

Wat een heerlijk hotel en vooral.een vriendelijk personeel. We werden hartelijk ontvangen. Het ontbijt is op.de 5e etage met een fantastisch uitzicht. Iedere dag wat anders en erg lekker.

We hadden wat problemen met de airco maar dat maakte ons verblijf er niet minder op.

Nous sommes arrivés à l’hôtel vers 22h. À notre arrivée, il ne restait qu’une dame à l’accueil qui ne parlait pas anglais. Elle ne nous a pas expliqué correctement le fonctionnement de l’hôtel. C’est moi qui ai dû lui poser des questions pour connaître, par exemple, les horaires du petit-déjeuner, de la piscine, etc. En entrant dans la chambre, nous avons été très déçus. La chambre ne correspondait pas aux photos présentées sur Booking. La vue depuis le balcon était également très différente de ce qui était présenté. De plus, les vitres de la salle de bain donnant sur la chambre sont présentées comme transparentes sur les photos, alors qu’en réalité elles sont recouvertes d’un filtre et ne sont pas transparentes. La porte de la salle de bain ne fermait pas correctement. Nous sommes ensuite allés voir la piscine située sur le toit. Là encore, la réalité ne correspondait pas aux photos. Les sièges étaient dans un état très dégradé et la piscine était sale, ce qui ne donnait absolument pas envie de s’y baigner. La chambre dégageait également une forte odeur d’humidité, comme si les murs venaient d’être repeints. Mais le plus gros problème était la présence de fourmis et d’insectes dans la chambre. Il y en avait partout, notamment dans les recoins, autour de la climatisation, au plafond, sur la table en bois située à proximité de la tête de lit et des prises électriques, ainsi qu’au niveau du miroir de la salle de bain. Il y en avait vraiment beaucoup, au point que nous ne nous sentions pas à l’aise dans la chambre. Nous avons malheureusement dû rester une nuit, car il était tard et nous n’avions pas d’autre hôtel disponible. Nous avons attendu l’arrivée du responsable à 7h le lendemain matin afin de demander une solution et un remboursement. Cependant, la nuit ne nous a pas été remboursée au motif que nous avions occupé la chambre. Nous avions initialement réservé quatre nuits, mais nous ne sommes finalement restés qu’une seule nuit en raison de ces problèmes.

سياسات الفندق اول مره تمر علي يقفلون المصعد الساعة 12 و يفتح الصباح الساعة 5 طبعا لو مثلي بالدور الرابع الله يعينك على الدرج والاستقبال والباب الرئيسي كذلك يقفل في نفس الاوقات الغرفه مافيها تلفون تبقى شي انزل الاستقبال و اطلب و تنظيف الغرف من 12 الى 3 وبعدها مافي اي خدمة عرف يعني تحس نفسك في نزل لكن اسمه فندق الغرف نظيف ولكن السرير قاسي مره اغلب الطاولات قواعدها مكسورة تحركها تبلس فيها تجربة كانت عادية ومايستاهل 4 نجوم الفطو طبعا لا تجربه ولا تتعب نفسك خياراته جدا قليلة و مايسوى ابد

De gehele ervaring. Vriendelijk personeel, een goed ontbijt, comfortabele kamer en een rustig aangenaam zwembad met mooi uitzicht op de bovenste verdieping. Je bent zo bij het prachtige strand en je kunt je auto parkeren.

نظام المصعد يقفل بعد الساعه 12 ليلا ومن بعد هذا التوقيت يجب عليك الصعود بالدرج المشكله اذا كنت بالطابق الرابع سيكون متعب لك الإفطار لا يوجد فيه تنوع كثير وخصوصا الأكل الحلال عزل الصوت ليس جيد

The place is very clean. 5 minutes to the beach. Nice restaurants around. Self-washing laundry 5 minutes away

Absolutely everything ! Chay the manager is exceptional and friendly ! The facilities and hotel is extremely clean and beds are made every day. The location is amazing and close to most things in Kamala beach and away from Patong but I’m driving distance.

Отличный отель после реновации. Современный ремонт в номерах. Уборка каждый день, 2 бутылки воды, ежедневная смена полотенец, огромное двухспальное одеяло, удобный матрас. Дружелюбный персонал. Хорошие кондиционеры. Отличный бассейн на 5 этаже в зоне завтрака (современная плитка, аэромассаж и мало народа. Завтраки неплохие: сосиски, омлет, бекон, что-то из восточной кухни, йогурт, фрукты, овощи.

Staff are good and welcoming

The cleanliness could have been better; the bedsheets were dusty. The bathroom also had no exhaust fan, with ventilation directed into the room instead 🙃 Additionally, there was no phone in the room, so if you needed anything, you had to go down to the reception desk.

Personanul foarte foarte prietenos si de ajutor. Am avut rezervat la aceasta cazare 5 nopti in total doar ca, cu o pauza de 2 nopti (deoarece am fost plecati pe o alta insula din zona). In timpul in care eram plecati, intre cele 2 rezervari am putut lasa bagajele mari la hotel, fara nici macar o grija. Acestia ne-am dus bagajele in camerele noastre atunci cand am revenit pentru cea de-a doua rezervare

Nu am avut nici un motiv pentru care sa fiu dezamagit!

Este foarte curat, micul dejun este gustos, gazdele sunt foarte primitoare și săritoare. Este aproape de mare, iar camerele sunt foarte frumoase.

La propreté n’est pas une priorité, les serviettes n’étaient pas très propres, je ne recommande pas le service du petit déjeuner, ça m’avait rendu malade un jour, et la cerise sur le gâteau, y’avait un cafard immense dans ma salle de bain, j’avais demandé à l’accueil de me changer de chambre ils ont dit que c’était complet.

Personnel très agréable et attentionné. La chambre est parfaitement bien équipée et propre. La literie est très confortable. Bref, c'est un excellent rapport qualité/prix.

Les toilettes dans la cabine de douche finissent mouillés après une douche et le tout est en espace ouvert dans la chambre, zéro intimité pour les moments les plus gênants 😉

La piscine et l’emplacement

Top!! Wij zijn hier 3 nachten verbleven en wij zijn zeer tevreden. Het hotel is erg proper en fris, zeker de kamer. Je ziet dat er goed is gekuist. Het zwembad op de rooftop was geweldig. De locatie is top, op zo een 7-8 min van het strand. Er is een 7/11 op 2min wandelen.

De badkamer was klein, maar proper. Het ontbijt is beperkt voor vegetariërs maar wel lekker.

Location was perfect, 2 minute walk from the beach and opposite a 7 eleven. The roof top pool was amazing and had great views of the beach and the mountains.

Мне очень понравилось локация расположение самого отеля также мне понравилось очень приветливый персонал ещё и очень хочу отметить постоянную чистоту в номере и уборку сразу по просьбе также прекрасно отмечу может быть я был не в сезон но действительно не так много народу есть возможность использоваться бассейн даже ночью почти вдвоём

Great stay for a few nights! Only a short walk to the beach. Room was very comfortable.

Breakfast is 7am-10am which I think is quite early to finish. Better if it’s 7-11am.

Отель хороший имеется кухня что очень удобно! Микроволновка плита. До моря 5 минут 7/11 в 2 шагах! До рынка 5 минут! Расположение отличное! Персонал замечательный!

Hôtel bien situé, proche de la plage et de l’axe principal, n’ayant pas de scooter nous avons pu faire cela à pieds sans souci. Hôtel très propre et personnel très gentil.

A little noisy but noisy every where

This is a mid-range hotel, situated about 10 mins walk from the beach. Everything was very clean and well looked after. The Breakfasts on the rooftop were very good.

The pool has a rough edge so be careful.

All good, clean facilitys, friendly staff and nice location. We stayed at 4th floor room with balcony, view was nice

Small-ish breakfast selection but all the basic were there. Nice fruit selection every morning. Take ear plugs for sleeping, othervice noices didnt bother us.
