Good location, spacious accommodation

Much of the property outside the room was damaged, with ceilings collapsed, electrical cords running everywhere. Many electrical items inside the accommodation i.e. stove tops don't work, and the outside stairwell and outside hallway don't work which is a bit dangerous.

Very clean Staff are great. Excellent accommodation.

Lovely Quiet Place but near the Main Street and Beach. Well maintained and very clean. Friendly staff. For us it was perfect.

There was a long power cut which was not their fault. The manager accurately informed us when it would end

היינו 4 לילות ולא היה שום דבר משמעותי ששוה להתעכב עליו

Все отлично, новые чистые номера. Каждый день уборка, меняли полотенца, халаты, пляжные полотенца. Даже мыли за нами посуду, аккуратно складывали наши вещи. Полная тишина в апартах, никто не шумел, удобное расположение, дом как будто всегда тени и днем нет этого ужасающего пекла и на балконе можно было сидеть хоть целый день. До пляжа через двор идти минут 5, рядом все что нужно - кафешки, магазин, массажные салоны. Рекомендую.

Die Zimmer waren sehr groß und sauber und das Personal immer hilfsbereit. Die Lage war wirklich perfekt. Es war ruhig gelegen aber in nur 5 Minuten war man im Zentrum wo ein Restaurant nach dem anderen ist und auch der Strand ist fußläufig nur noch ein paar Meter weiter. Der Pool hatte auch eine super Größe und wurde täglich von uns genutzt.

Die Klimaanlage hat ohne Probleme funktioniert. Allerdings hatten wir öfter das Gefühl, dass es im Zimmer etwas klamm war. Aber das ist wirklich jammern auf hohem Niveau. :) wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt.

Alles sehr modern gemacht, sehr gute Lage zur Innenstadt und nur ein kurzer Fußweg zum Strand.

Die Klimaanlage hat leider sehr gestunken, dementsprechend schlecht war leider die Luft im Zimmer und es fühlte sich alles ein wenig nass und klamm an.

Objekt był w pełni wyposażony i w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji. Jest czyściutki a personel bardzo miły i pomocny

The staff was very kind and welcoming. Checking in and out was very quick and easy. The rooms were incredibly clean.

The smart tv was not connected to the internet so we could not stream Netflix and only had Thai shows available. The shower only had hot water for about two minutes which was a little disappointing after we had just traveled for 34 hrs. For the price I would have expected hot water and for the tv to work properly.

It was very nice and bed was comfortable. The staff was super nice and helpful. It was like a 6 minute walk to Kamala beach.

Neskutečně klidny apartmán pár metrů od moře i restauraci, přesto jsme neslyšeli nic jiného než ptáky. pocit. Měli jsme apartmán s přímým vstupem do bazénu, což bylo příjemné a velmi pohodlné. Personál byl velmi ochotný a mili.

On a passé un très bon séjour dans cet établissement, très calme, et en même temps près de la plage et du commerce.

It was everything I could wish for in a hotel in Thailand — fresh, beautiful, comfortable, and lovely. It has everything you need: a king-size bed, a kitchen with a microwave, and a balcony facing the pool. Special greetings to Art and thanks to the rest of the crew. I really enjoyed my time at CYAN. Сверх всяких похвал! ЧИСТОТА, ТИШИНА. Удобное расположение в стороне от дорог, шумных магазинов и ресторанов, но в то же время в 2-х минутах ходьбы от них. До моря 5 минут тихим шагом. Уютные домашние апартаменты. Главное тишина 24 часа, нет семей с детьми, шумных компаний. Чистота, ежедневная уборка, смена полотенец, ежедневно 2 бутылки воды (вода хорошего качества!). Бассейн работает с 7 утра до 22 часов! У бассейна лежаки, душ, туалет. Удобный заход в бассейн для пожилых. Постоянно, но не заметно работает охрана, консъеж. Все вопросы решаются мгновенно. В номере отличная большая и удобная кровать, 6 подушек, хорошее освещение, дополнительное освещение есть ( три настольные лампы, торшер). Мощный кондиционер, большие шкафы, много полок дополнительных на кухне, есть рабочий и стол для обеда, большой холодильник ( три секции). Туалетная бумага, приносят ежедневно. Полотенца для пляжа большие, полотенец много! кресла удобные в номере, Прямое солнце в номер попадает примерно 3 часа в сутки. Большая лоджия, стол, два пластиковых кресла, сушилка для белья. Соседи проводили весь день у бассейна или на балконе). Горячая вода идёт сразу. Вся сантехника работает отлично. Удобный душ с хорошим напором воды. В номере не было муравьев и другой живности! Была возможность проветривать номер и не напускать при этом москитов! Во время дождей вода не попадала на балкон. Бельё на балконе сохнет быстро. Слышимость хорошая в номерах. Есть тостер, посуда, бокалы, 2 кружки, бокалы, стаканы, электрочайник, электроплита. Большое зеркало в полный рост в коридоре и большое зеркало в зале. Лифт. Камала находится между пляжами Сурин и Ката ( до них до 10 мин. езды), до Патонга до 15 минут езды. Дороги расширяют. Камала строится и развивается. На Камале много магазинов уличных, кафе, есть большие продовольственные магазины с импортными и органическими продуктами, работают рынки, рестораны. Вдоль моря идёт речка - канал большой, поэтому море бывает не очень прозрачным.

Мне всё понравилось. Мне хотелось бы новое постельное бельё, больше кухонных принадлежностей( кружку большую, ещё кастрюлю). Стиральную машину

Absolutely loved our stay here! The staff were so efficient and friendly. We were upgraded to a poolside room which was such a lovely treat :) Great location and perfect for our first stop on our Thailand trip. Highly recommend

Zu wenige Töpfe in der Küche, allgemein zu wenige Küchenutensilien.

It was new and modern with very nice rooms with balconies overlooking a nice pool. Staff was excellent, although not always present at the front desk so attention was a bit delayed.

I would have preferred something closer or on the beach. Because it was relatively new, I think they need to work out the kinks in service. I don’t think there were many guests so staff seemed limited as a result.

We were so happy with our apartment, it was large, clean and very modern. It made the last few days of our Thailand holiday very special

Die Zimmer sind riesig, sehr sauber und modern. Das Bett ist auch richtig groß. Die Küche ist mit Toaster, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle usw ausgestattet. Der Induktionsherd hat mich herausgefordert, funktioniert aber bestens, wenn man ihn verstanden hat. Das Hauskeeping kommt jeden Tag und ist gründlich. Jeden Tag gibt es Wasserflaschen. Wir waren eine Woche da und mussten keinen extra Strom bezahlen.

Es fehlt wirklich ein Schild außen am Haus. Wir haben es bei der Ankunft im dunklen sehr schwer gefunden. Der Innenhof mit Pool ist immer im Schatten. Anfang November blieb der Pool dadurch kalt und Wäsche wird auf keinen Fall trocken.

Property was well maintained and very clean, about 200 metres from the beach and 150 metres to restaurants and bars , nice and quiet for the mornings that you would like a sleep in , the rooms were kept spotless from the amazing staff and pool was awesome

Apartments are nice and equiped as expected!

Sometimes there was a little smell wich was less nice.

We had a pool access room which made our stay seem like we were at a 5 star resort. The rooms were super clean and large, the ladies came to clean every day and it is just a 2 minute walk to the beach, restaurants, cafes and massages. Highly recommend!

The only downside was the wifi, which was a bit slow and patchy at times. And a modem in each room would solve that easily.

The rooms are fantastic. Brilliant value for money. The staff are attentive and look after you.

We were put in a room next to a building site the first night, woke up at 0800 by an angle grinder. The manager moved us to another room with hesitation.

Tinha muitos pernilongos, e não encontrava ninguém na recepção durante os dias que fiquei lá, nem para tirar alguma dúvida. Também achei difícil encontrar a entrada da hospedagem quando cheguei.

Very well looked after apartment building, and the daily cleaners keep everything spotless. Art (owner) was so helpful when we needed some emergency paperwork printed and when my husband was sick he even offered to get medicine. The location could not be more central - less than a minute to the street where all the restaurants/massage places are and beach, or 3 minutes to the bigger supermarkets in the other direction.

Quiet location, close to the beach and eating establishments. Markets were a 5-min walk from the condo.

The room we stayed in was gorgeous. Really big with a massive bed which was really comfortable. The facilities were top notch and had everything you need and more. Great location, short walk from beach and a 7eleven. Steps leading into the pool was the icing on the cake.

If there’s something we have to pick it’d be no laundry facilities on site (laundry places are a short walk though so not too big of an issue)

It was quite, conveniently located, Smart and simple design the bed was also very comfortable. The staff were at our disposal and were very friendly and flexible.

Everything was just perfect We stayed 2 weeks in may and the place was nearly empty , which was perfect Cleaning was perfect , hot water , ac , super comfortable staying WiFi was not stable but if you have a local SIM card , you can share your mobile internet and work easily Staff was really polite and helpful Do not hesitate and book!

It’s located in Kamala beach area, quiet area but easy to get to the beach and local walking street. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Cleanliness was great. Nice kitchenette where you can prepare your breakfast or meal. We have been provided with a free drinking water every day.

Leaking pipes in the bathroom. It could have been a one off bathroom faults as another room we rent was fine.

For this price perfect. Good place, near to restaurant and beach. Room have all what you need.

Quiet location great staff

The layout of the apartment was awesome. Lots of room and space and everything very new and modern. The beds were also super comfortable.

There were a couple things that I didn't like and important to note. They are doing construction next door so every day at 7am the hammering started. Not idea and wish I would have known that before as I would have asked for a room on the other side of the building or cancelled and changed hotels. You should let your customers know if this is the case. Also the hot water was very limited. Didn't even last half a shower. Just enough to get you wet then it went cold and the water pressure was weak.

The staff were lovely particularly Art the manager. Very welcoming and laid back, couldn’t do enough for you!

The room was large, clean and comfortable. The shared pool was clean with easy access. The location was a fairly close walk to the beach and beach restaurants.

We had a couple of problems with the room. The apartment's WiFi connection would not connect so the staff brought us a separate router and connected us to that. The lock on the exterior door to the pool would not lock and it took a couple of days before the maintenance man came to fix it. We were able to force the door to lock and unlock each time we went out to the pool, but it took a few minutes each time we had to use it.

What a fantastic holiday. The Cyan apartments are located just of the main road in Kamala Beach. There's about forty units but I don't think all are rented out as some appear to have different balcony furniture or plastic on chairs and fittings. Our apartment was on the third floor overlooking the the pool. It had a well equipped kitchen with microwave, ceramic hob, fridge with small freezer compartment and utensils for two people. The bathroom had a walk in shower with hand held and rainfall outlets. There's a basin, robes and slippers. The towels were replaced daily and pool towels were also provided. The bedroom had a reasonably large closet with small safe that just about fitted a tablet. The bed was large (but I think they're very firm/hard - not an issue with us and have found this to be the case in all three apartments we've stayed in Thailand) with small bedside tables by it. There was a large Hisense TV which allowe d Netflix, Prime etc connection. This stood on a unit with 3 drawers. There was also a small table with lamp and large comfy chair with matching footstool. The balcony was a good size with a table and chairs for two and a small clothes drying stand. The apartment location is a very short walk to the beach and road which has a great selection of restaurants, supermarkets, family friendly massage Parlours, boutiques and tailors and few bars. The main thing about the apartment and Thailand in general is the wonderful people. The apartment staff were always friendly and helped us with any little problems we had. They did their best to accommodate any request and always with a smile. If you wanted a change of scene from Kamala - Patong is about 200 Baht single Bolt trip and Naka Weekend Market in Phuket (a great trip for a couple of hours) is about 380 baht single Bolt. Kamala has evening market (I think daily) which took about 15 minutes to walk but if your with a family it's off the main road so I'd suggest a tuk...

The actual condo was exactly as advertised,

The property was hard to find with google maps. The immediate outside area was very scruffy and dirty. We had to move rooms because of construction work immediately next door (within 3 mmetres of our room. We had to complain about hair left by cleaners on the bed and floors. The pool area was a bit of a let down, a token gesture.

The location was very close to the beach. Though the surroundings to the resort were not great if I'm honest. But the resort itself was amazing! Huge sized room with a Queen sized bed with all the amenities required. Staff were super nice, friendly and helpful at every issue. Always smiling - just fantastic.

Great apartments. We had two apartments for a family of four. Very spacious and clean. Handy to have a kitchen. Staff were great. We ended up staying an extra two nights. Good location with a short walk to the beach. Pool was very clean. Loved the vibe of Kamala beach. Great for families.
