Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Está en una súper buena ubicación , todo te queda a unos pasos el malecón restaurantes 7 eleven, las camas eran cómodas la habitación espaciosa el personal resolvió todas mis dudas , tiene una súper alberca el ambiente tranquilo familiar me gustó mucho si lo recomiendo
Tienen 2 estacionamientos, Hay poco estacionamiento dentro si se llena tienes que ir al otro

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Ya nos habíamos quedado en este hotel antes y en aquella ocasión todo salió bien, esta vez decidimos quedarnos de nuevo aquí porque lo agarré en oferta y además por la excelente ubicación que tiene ya que todo queda super cerca
El estacionamiento que tiene dentro del hotel es demasiado pequeño solo caben como 5 carros y obviamente se llena super rápido, puedes dejar el carro por fuera pero igual se llena y te tienen que mandar a un estacionamiento privado que tienen dentro de unos locales, preguntamos que si se desocupaba un lugar dentro del hotel nos podríamos mover y nos dijeron que sí pero al día siguiente una clienta iba a salir en su carro pero como que supo que nos queríamos estacionar en ese lugar y yo creo que hizo algo porque no nos dejaron estacionarnos en el lugar que dejó la señora que porque según era lugar para discapacitados. En el cuarto no nos dejaron toallas mas que una que estaba húmeda y tampoco nos dejaron aguas ni shampoo ni jabón tuvimos que ir a pedir.

Room wasn’t ready until an hour and a half after supposedly check in at 3pm. Then at 7am ,having the staff outside your window arguing who was assigned what chores for the day. Loudly.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026We couldn’t even hang out outside by the pool or anywhere else. They kept sending us back to our rooms like we hadn’t paid to be there. That was the first thing I didn’t like. It was really disappointing. They were making everyone go back to their rooms way too early. We weren’t playing any loud music—in fact, we weren’t playing any music at all. We weren’t drinking either. We couldn’t even eat our pizza outside because they kept telling us to go back to our room. By 8/9pm

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026Al llegar para el check in una persona estaba pidiendo el control del aire acondicionado porque no se lo dejaron en la habitacion, llego a la mia y lo mismo ni control de tv ni de aire acondicionado. La tv no funcionaba y no se si fue porque no querian cambiarme de habitacion pero me dijieron que en ninguna habitacion funcionaba :/ entonces para que lo tienen como servicio incluido. Habia una cucharachota muerta en el baño (era notable al entrar al baño dudo que no la vieran al limpiar).

No me gusto el trato del personal de Recepcion, pesimo servicio, Alfonso Valdez grosero y descortez... Solicitar factura es un verdadero problema, solo por WhatsApp y te obligan a enviar un Cosntancia Fiscal, no existe obligacion de proporcionar mas que los datos fiscales, mas si ya estoy regitrado.... imposible, jamas regreso a ese lugar.

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026The location , they have parking on the street and inside, the staff at the front office were all very pleasant and helpful, and the ladies up keeping the rooms were equally helpful.
That we had to go up one flight of stairs and to get to the room we have to walk onto the street sidewalk to get to the portal and then enter a code to get in. TV turned on but that was it.

It is centrally located near a street with great stores and restaurants and just two blocks away from the marina.. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Only issue was there was constant loud music throughout the day, but that is because of being next to a nice closed off street with shops and more. I would definitely stay here again.

Reviewed Apr 13, 2026The hotel is very close to the boardwalk and close distance to stores in the city. Rooms are very spacious and the restroom, depending on the room itself could be spacious too. The shower could fit up to 2-3 people. All rooms are very closed to the pool. Out of all the hotels that we have stayed at, this one actually had to the pool open and very clean!
The parking lot is not connected to the hotel. You must walk about 3-5 mins from the hotel to the parking lot since staff and the owners park in the hotel parking lot. The sign outside of the gate to the parking lot says it is available to guests 24/7 , but only if the employee that lives onsite is awake. There is an intercom that is connected to the office, but if the employee that lives in the parking lot area is asleep and the intercom isn't working, dont know what to tell you other than good luck. Definitely drop of your belongings first at the hotel and then go park. There is no gate that closes off the public to the hotel so literally anyone could walk in and snoop around. The description of the hotel doesn't say that you can hear everything from the street over, but if you're out and about that shouldn't be much of a problem. Also it is tourist city. The security guard stated we could not walk to our rooms wet, we had to be 100% dry after exiting the pool. But there was no such sign in english or spanish that said that. I think if it was an issue, there should have been sign for "cation wet floor" Party pooper the security guard. Not sure if it is all rooms, but our bed was definitely very firm and stiff. The pillows barely made up for it. We were too tired to care the moment we went to sleep, but definitely felt it when we woke up. We had to kinda slam the door with a bit of force to make sure it was closed 100% good. There is no bell or button to notify receptionist that there are people in the lobby if they are away from the desk so be ready to wait if the receptionist is not there. I would go back, but not for that price due to all the inconveniences.

Since it's in the middle of the tourist area, we had people playing live music until way past 11 pm. The hotel supposedly has quiet time after 10 pm, but the music continued outside, loudly, which made falling asleep a challenge until the music stopped and people finally left. If you have light sleep, consider other options.
