Ricardo es un excelente anfitrión y muy atencioso. Desde que nuestro vuelo se retrasó tuvo la amabilidad de estar siempre al pendiente de nuestra llegada y aterrizaje. Cualquier situación que se presentaba ahí estaba siempre al pendiente. Nos llevó a unos tacos deliciosos que se disfrutan al máximo con Tepache, la bebida de los dioses! 10 de 10!!

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Vicinanza all'aeroporto. Pulizia. Puntualitá nei servizi richiesti. Cordialitá del host e disponibilitá ed immediatezza di risposta quando c'é stato bidogno.
Premetto che recensisco per conto di mia madre e nipote minorenne, per i quali ho fatto la prenotazione. Doveva essere un semplice layover tra il volo intercontinentale ed il volo domestico il giorno seguente. Invece nel cuore della notte mia madre ha dovuto chiedere l'intervento di Ricardo perché gli ospiti nella camera di fianco urlavano e facevano a botte. L'intervento di Ricardo é stato risolutivo ma mia madre oltre a non aver riposato bene, ha vissuto momenti di paura, voleva chiamare il 911. Da parte del host ritengo debba lavorare sull'insonorizzazione delle camere. Da parte di Booking, lavorare sulla verifica degli ospiti per questa tipologia di alloggio

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026Really close to the airport (but 45min into the city) with a nice host. You live in his family's house. Check-in and -out was really quick and easy. The room was huge and more like a small apartment with a kitchen and all.
It wasn't that clean - the bathroom had a light smell of urine.

La habitación estuvo muy sucia, el baño estaba más sucio, me di cuenta en la madrugada y salí a esa hora, por lo que no me dio tiempo avisarle al anfitrión. La puerta trasera no tenía seguro o alguna forma de ponerle llave o candado, eso daba mucha inseguridad para nosotras.

Way way better than a hotel room you would be insane not to stay there if you travel to Mexico City. I'm not one for reviews but I could not wait to leave this one.

Reviewed May 12, 2026Tienen una excelente atención y consideración. Son muy amables, en todo momento procuraron que mi experiencia fuese acogedora. Muy fácil el traslado para conciertos o el centro de la ciudad. Tenía un árbol de jacaranda justo afuera de mi ventana, me pareció muy lindo.

Reviewed May 1, 2026何と言っても空港が近い！ 空港地下鉄駅近くの歩道橋がスロープになっているので、スーツケースを引いて歩いてくることも可能です。 エアコンが付いてないという懸念がありましたが、少なくとも4月下旬のゴールデンウィーク中は夜は冷えるので、寝る前に少し窓を開ければ快適に過ごせました。
シャワーの水量が少なかったです、支障が出るほどではないですが…

Reviewed Apr 26, 2026Très bon rapport qualité prix. Tout près de l’aéroport, on peut même y aller à pied. Tout est bien indiqué (en espagnol) mais même avec mon espagnol très moyen aucun problème. Ricardo répond aux messages très rapidement! Le quartier est sympas, il y’a plusieurs endroits pour manger/petit déjeuner à moins de 10min à pied.
Ça ne m’a pas dérangé car j’ai des boules quies mais on entend les avions atterrir. Pensez à vos bouchons d’oreilles! Sinon chambre confortable et propre 👌🏻

Destaco especialmente su disposición para ayudarme con la ubicación y darme recomendaciones útiles sobre cómo moverme por la zona, lo cual hizo mi viaje mucho más fácil y agradable. El ambiente del lugar es acogedor y se percibe el interés genuino por brindar una buena experiencia a los huéspedes. The accommodation itself was homely and had everything you needed. Was clean and quiet. The streets are good to walk around and find a local market not too far away. Would highly recommend for a convenient place to book after a long flight.

Honestly I didnt like the clutter, the mess and the dirt around the place...ahhhh and the plastic flowers everywhere, the shower was a joke and rather difficult to wash properly.. Information given by the host was rather confusing; and please don't forget to bring some earplugs -:)

Being so close to the airport, not surprisingly there is a bit of noise, but if you can put that in the background everything else was perfect.

He was kind and caring and understood that we were out of our comfort zone in CDMX. Staying here was a great idea as we could then navigate getting ourselves to Historico Centro in daylight. I would do this again just to meet Ricardo again.

Reviewed Feb 10, 2026Great location near the airport and the TAPO bus station. Various convenience shops and restaurants close by. I briefly met the owner and he seemed friendly, though i had to check myself in over the phone because no one was there to meet me, despite me giving the time of my arrival. You are basically staying in their home.
Having no one there when I arrived meant I didn't know where anything was. The kitchen terrace is very attractive but basic things are hard to find, like the light switch, the cups and plates. There is an implication you can cook but there was no sink for me to wash my plates. My room appeared to me that it had not been swept or mopped prior to my arrival. The bed was a little soft for me. Booking.com said the room would be on the ground floor, but it wasn't.
