It was extremely difficult to find the hotel. No signs, and we asked many people for directions before we found it. Also breakfast did not start until. 6am. It would seem that accomodations should be made for customers with early flights.

Я забронював номер прийшов на рецепції і кажуть нема номерів і теж сказали що букінг на все рівно і тоді я підійшов до другої жінки і вона мені все оформила але пройшло десь пів години, отак там працюють.

Location - very conveniently located so close to Terminal 1. It is really nice to arrive tired from your trip and in a few minutes be already enjoying a hot shower or your bed. Room Service at 6am - Great room service and the guy that brought my food was so polite!

The towels had threads hanging out. Even if they were just cut out it would be better because, to be honest, this is definitely something I was not expecting from the Hilton.

Convenient location.. Clean. One level to navigate so easy to get to room. Bed mattress & linens very nice.

Welcome drink / juice missing. Travel a long way by time get to hotel & tired. A welcome juice at check in would be uplifting.

Location was necessary for a very early morning flight.

Unfortunately multiple items: - No electricity in the middle of the night thru our stay……causing no lights, no hot water, no ability to charge telephones - No indication from staff to inform customers of issue - For the two hours that we had electricity 2 of the three UBS did not function - Television was not connected to internet letting no ability to stream any entertainment - I did let the front staff know as I checked out that I was very disappointed while understanding that it was not their personal fault. The individual gave me an email so that I could send my concerns. The response came back in a formal manner stating that this was out of their control and they apologize. Nothing else. Extremely disappointed.

Ducha rota, perdida de agua en baño. Ruidos en los pasillos, Instalaciones parecen de cartón. No representa el costo que pagamos por una noche en el aeropuerto. No tenían bus gratuito para transfer a terminal 2, antes si.

The staff is friendly.

Every time I stay at the Airport Hilton the rooms have a fetid smell of sewer. Were it not for the convenience and the proximity to the arrivals section of the Airport, I would not stay there.

A little pricy for one night but can’t really say a bad thing because we are in the airport, place was clean and it was excellent, service was also great staff was very friendly.

The reception staff treated us very poorly. My wife had forgotten her phone in the room and, despite our repeated pleas for help, we were told that it was impossible for them to send it to us. Eventually, after a great deal of effort, we managed to arrange for someone to go to the hotel specifically to collect the phone and ship it to us. However, the phone was unavailable for two full days because we were told that it had been placed in a safe that, inexplicably, could not be opened for two days. Overall, we had a terrible experience with the reception staff, who were extremely unhelpful, unfriendly, and uncooperative throughout the entire situation.

En la reserve incluí el desayuno pero el hotel no quiso dármelo. Tuve que comprar a parte. Una de las razones por las que reserva ahí fue esa. Además el valor es absurdo por una noche son desayuno. Nunca regresaré. Los hoteles son viejos y ya necesitan mejoras

The soap in the bathroom looks cheap, I would prefer liquid soap as in the duche.

We like that it was conveniently located in Terminal 1 arriving from International flight. Easy access, in the center of restaurants and shops. Close to the sky train to other terminal connections.

We needed a place to rest while on a long layover and thats why we paid $300, which was way overpriced. It was not quiet at all. There was a constant noise from trucks loading and unloading. Then there was a loud banging sound like a grenade explosion type. It continued for 1hr. While we needed a quiet place for our infant to sleep this wasn't the case. We complained but they said there wasn't nothing they can do, it's out of their control. As a compensation we ask to give us a special rate or asked if they could compensate a taxi voucher to Terminal 2 so we don't have to catch the last train at 11pm going to T2. They also refused this. By the way, when we asked the staff about train connections they didn't know about it. So we had to go out and asked. You would expect a staff knows details regarding the airport. But no:(

Super comfy beds and located inside the airport arrivals hall. Perfect for decompressing after a 12 hour flight.

The toilet Was low flow or was clogged in the pipes. The front desk sent someone but it clogged again in the morning and I didn't even flush toilet paper down it. In the second room the shower was not draining and overflowed into the bathroom.

Convenient- an Excellent option when one’s flight departs very early

I found the price per night too be on the higher side

Location. Airport convenience. Food choices.

Very old and dated. Bathroom needs a lot of work. Needs full renovation. More signage at airport to guide customers. Noisy, noise travels loudly from other rooms. Needs more privacy for guests regarding cleaning times, noises in the morning

The close location directly at the airport, good for catching connecting flights.

Booked a more expensive room with late checkout at midnight so we could stay in the hotel room until our connecting flight, staff insisted I pay an extra $70 USD late checkout fee despite checking out at 5pm. I showed the booking where it clearly stated the late checkout. They insisted on the extra fee. When I refused, they charged my card anyway.

Front receptionists were very unhelpful! (Pretentious attitude) I had to go out and reserve outside the hotel to get a room.

Se escucha mucho ruido en los cuartos, se escucha lo que está hablando y haciendo los del cuarto de al lado. Y gente hablando muy fuerte en el pasillo a toda hora. No se puede descansar así.

La ubicación es perfecta, la infraestructura general esta muy bien, cama muy cómoda para dormir. lo necesario para cuando solo tienes 5 horas para descansar entre vuelos.

Nos asignaron una habitación con una gran gotera a la entrada, se siente el ambiente y olor a humedad. Había frascos de amenities básicos desocupados (crema)

Muito proximo ao aeroporto e extremamente pratico em check-in. Equipe muito atenciosa para dar informacoes.

Lage direkt am Terminal, aber Zugang nicht ersichtlich. Alles eine große Baustelle, auf der dieses Hotel zu Höchstpreisen Zimmer vermietet. Keine Ruhe und Entspannung! Zurzeit mit dieser Baustelle nicht zu empfehlen.

サッカーワールドカップ前で空港の中の改修作業が行われていて、AI等で事前に確認していた案内ではホテルへ経路はわかりやすく記述されていたが、実際はホテルのエントランス部分のピロットの部分は改修工事中で覆われていて、入口表示が見つけられず、T1のHOTELの表示案内で進んだが迷い、空港職員等３人に聞いてやっと簡易的な入口が見つかり、エレベータが奥にあり、ホテルのフロントへたどり着くことができた。
