Chambre, salle de bains, toilettes dans un espace privé très calme. Excellent petit déjeuner buffet servi par l'hôte très accueillant. Situé à 5 kms du centre, proche des transports publics.

The host is a wonderful person. He prepares breakfast, coffee, and tea throughout the day, and will help you with literally anything. The room is very quiet and comfortable, and so secluded that it doesn’t feel like you’re staying in a private apartment. If I could, I would have stayed even longer! The friendly atmosphere makes you feel as if you’re simply visiting a friend or family member. I highly recommend it.

Bardzo gościnny gospodarz, smaczne śniadania, parking w cenie a nawet rower. Cichy budynek, niedaleko park, restauracje i puby. Do centrum 5 km, dobre połączenia komunikacyjne.

Naktsmītne atrodas klusā vietā,sasniegt viegli.No lidostas uz Meidling 2 pieturas,tad ar autobusu vai kājām(20 min.) Ļoti sirsnīgs un atsaucīgs saimnieks, pasniedza garšīgas brokastis (daudzveidīgs piedāvājums)norādītajā laikā. Viss tīrs un kārtīgs. Iesaku!

Stellan is so kind and friendly person. The breakfasts was very delicious and different. The location is quiet, bed is so comfortable. Everything was perfect ☺️

Die Lage ist super, das Zimmer sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und sauber. Stellan ist ein TOP Gastgeber, der sich toll um seine Gäste kümmert und um einen bemüht ist!!! Weiter so, ich komme gerne wieder.

Klares Highlight ist der Gastgeber (obwohl die Verkehrsanbindung und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis auch sehr gut sind): Stellan kümmert sich sich hervorragend um seine Gäste, will wissen, ob er etwas tun kann/ man etwas braucht. Er stellt im Flur Wasser & Snacks bereit, macht zur Wunschuhrzeit ein vielfältiges Frühstück, bereitet je nach Wunsch eine Eierspeise zu, berücksichtigt die Privatsphäre der Gäste, lässt einem.eine Vielzahl nützlicher Infos zukommen, kennt gute Konditoreien ohne Warteschlange und, und, und.... TOP! 🙂

Very quiet place, clean and comfortable. Ideal for a few night's stay in Vienna for a single traveler. Stellan is an excellent host, very corteous and helpful. Will stay again for sure. Breakfast was excellent and rich.

Bolo to príjemné útulné ubytovanie cítila som sa veľmi dobre. Veľmi milý majiteľ Pán Stellan bol ochotný poradiť aj pomôcť. Som úprimne veľmi spokojná mala som izbu kde je posteľ,gauč ,tv wifi pripojenie, ventilátor, fén na vlasy,čisté uteráky aj osušky. Kúpeľňu a wc som mala hneď veľa mojej izby. Raňajky boli tiež chutné a výborne bola k dispozícii káva aj čaj. Parkovanie bolo v pivnici podzemnej garáži kde má majiteľ parkovacie miesto takže všetko v poriadku a odporúčam kto potrebuje ubytko tak toto stojí určite za to u mňa veľká spokojnosť. Lokalita bola trošku mimo centra ale jazdí tam MHD a ten kto príde autom tak absolútne fajn. Pomer cena a kvalita vo Viedni je super takže spokojnosť

Fantastic home-stay visit with semi-retired business man. Very thoughtful. Provided great information so I felt very comfortable and everything felt easy. (First time traveling to Vienna) The bed was very comfortable and the shared bathroom / shower room was very clean. I like the design of having separate rooms for the shower and toilet. The area is quite so I enjoyed a good night's sleep for a great price.

オーナーさんがとても親切です。それと、一般的なホテルに泊まったときに「あったらいいな」と思うようなものが、部屋にさりげなく置いてあること。例えば、ビニル袋とか、使い捨てのスリッパとか。 個人的にはベッドの寝心地が素晴らしくよく、また、朝食はちょっとしたホテルよりもよかったです。特に、野菜と果物を出してくださったのが、ありがたかったです。 ウィーンの新興住宅地に位置しています。近くにショッピングセンターがあり、そこでなんでも揃うし、レストランがあり、不自由しません。 空港へ行くのも、便利です。 文句無しにまた利用します。

ありません。良すぎて人に教えたくないほどです。 私はウィーンは何度も訪れているのですが、初めての人だと、旧市街まで30分かかるので、そこのところは念頭に置いた方がよいでしょう。

A normal place for its price. The owner communicated well. I arrived late at night and the owner met me.

Everything regarding the apartment and its spaces met our expectations. Moreover i would like to make special reference to Mr Stellan who not only provided us with everything we needed, but also helped us with a difficult occsasion and his assistance was invaluable. On the whole we felt completely justified with our selection and we definitely recommend this place!

The owner, Stellan is a gentleman. He helped us in the transfer and adviced many things to see.

Everything was great. Stellan offered to give me a ride from the train station and he showed me the sights in the city center. The apartment was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was awesome. I will definitely book again if I have an opportunity to do so.

Location is a bit outside the city centre, however Stellan generously brought us to the city and to the airport.

The whole experience with the host ( Stelan) was amazing. He went beyond his host duties and was very serviable. The rooms are clean and a good value for money. Honestly you couldn't get a better service. I would definitely book again if we're ever passing through Vienna.

Nothing - did not stop for the breakfast, which was kindly offered.

Everything - toilet did not work properly. The gentleman knocked on the door to use the bathroom in the morning. No air conditioning - did have a fan but it was still stiflingly. No towels or bedding.
