Great !! The owner is very kind and acommodating :) If you come from Ninh Binh and arrive in the night (4am) he'll be there to welcome you and give you your room! He also gave us a room to shower in while we were waiting for our next bus in the evening We were able to rent a motorbike for the day, and he booked a sleeper bus to Hoi An for us as well Would absolutely recommend

The only positive point is it is located close to where the busses stop. But there are plenty of other places close by.

We arrive late by Bus. We booked a big room with 4 beds. They gave us a single bedroom. We asked for at least a 2 bed room. After complaining they gave us for the first night another single room but with the toilet broken (S***t coming out when flushing). The bathroom was tiny and very dirty, the shower half broken and there was no TV, wardrobe, hairdryer or anything listed in the description. The room said "Mountain Views" and the window was blocked by bricks! The breakfast did not exist and nobody cared about us. We left before ending the second night. We complained about the room but they gave us excuses. Worst experience in many years of Booking. It is cheap but I prefer to sleep somewhere cleaner.

Cependant, la chambre était assez sale, les draps étaient tachées, le tuyau de la douche fuyait. Je pense que la salle de bain mérite un coup de neuf .

They relocated the whole hotel while we where there, no blame know them it has to be done at some point but unfortunately that we stayed there at that time so it was very noise from 6 am till lat

Nous sommes arrivés en bus en pleine nuit vers 2h. L’établissement avait été prévenu et la réservation acceptée. Nous avons même échangés par message. Mais à notre arrivée, il y a un problème avec notre chambre. On nous propose alors de dormir en dortoir, avec une réduction de -50% sur la note. Ce que nous acceptons. Les lits étaient confortables, le pztit déjeuner inclus. Le lendemain matin, le personnel se confond en excuses et insiste pour nous offrir la nuit. Nous avons trouvé cela très professionnel et généreux de leur part.

Personal sehr sehr hilfsbereit. Schöne Aussicht und top Lage. Grossen Zimmer mit Fenstern.

Zimmer sehen nicht mehr so aus wie auf den Bildern also bisschen heruntergekommen. Location unbedingt die benutzen die das Hotel einem schickt und nicht die von booking selber. Muss geändert werden! Sind deswegen spät Abends unnötig eine Stunde umher geirrt- unsere Schuld aber.

Super amables! Muy colaboradores nos ayudaron con todo y tuvimos un rico desayuno. Siempre preocupados porque estuviéramos bien y cómodos, nos proveyeron con mantas y cobijas pues estaba haciendo un poco de frío. Y nos ayudaron con reservaciones para tours. La habitación estaba muy limpia y a excelente precio y super central y tranquila, dormimos muy bien las camas muy cómodas también.

Très belle expérience dans cet hôtel ! Rapport qualité prix/imbattable et petit déjeuner inclus ! Le gérant et sa famille étaient toujours prêts à nous aider. Grace à lui nous avons pu visiter la région et réserver le bus pour notre prochaine destination ! Je recommande sans hésiter !

Our room had a blurred window looking into the hallway; there was no curtains so we had the hallway lighting all night and people could see in if they walked past which wasn’t great. The room also advertised flat screen tv but we had no tv on the wall.

Great location, the host lets us check in early for a small fee as our sleeper bus arrived at 5am. So the early check in was a god send. The breakfast was nice, especially the banana pancakes. I had my clothes laundered here as well, they really do everything for you.

The room was very damp, it smelt it too. The bathroom never got dry, it needs an extractor fan and one of those huge squeegees to help guide the excess water on the floor and walls to the drain.

Chambre bien La douche n’a pas de pression ni d’eau chaude

Nous avons demandé plus de 2 semaines avant notre venu au propriétaire de gérer notre transfert. Ceci n’a pas été fait et le jour de notre arrivé (et donc au pied du mur puisque la veille plus de dispo sur internet) il nous a dit qu’il fallait payer 700000 par ticket si on veut monter dans le bus au lieu de 500000. Nous n’avions donc pas le choix d’accepter. Il nous a dit que se serait un bus de luxe, c’était le pire bus, couverture inexistante et pas de volet. Nous avions demandé le bus de 20h, il nous a mit sur celui de 22h. De même pour le scooter la veille je lui dis que nous souhaitons louer un scooter. A notre arrivé il nous dit qu’il n’en a pas il parcoure la ville pour en trouver ce qui est gentil certes, mais encore une fois une perte de temps. Pourquoi ne pas nous dire directement qu’il n’en avait pas on se serait organisé en amont… Bref il va vous dire qu’il peut tout gérer pour vous mais gérer par vous même si vous ne souhaitez pas de mauvaise surprise.

Der Hotelbesitzer und seine Familie waren super Lieb, er hat uns unfassbar viel geholfen, als unser Transport kurzfristig abgesagt wurde. Er hat uns einen neuen Bus gebucht und wir konnten spontan eine Nacht länger bleiben. Außerdem hat er uns bei den Stornierungen die wir machen mussten durch die verzögerte Reise unfassbar geholfen und mit ihnen für uns auf Vietnamesisch kommuniziert. Er war wirklich lieb und hilfsbereit und kann alle Touren und Transporte organisieren die man sich wünscht! Das Hotel lohnt sich nicht nur wegen dem mehr als fairen Preis. Danke🤗🤗🤗

Special thanks to Duy. He is a very supportive person. I definitely recommend this hotel if you are coming to Phong Nha for 1st time. I visisted during Tet season, so it was their holiday time. Buit still Duy was in continious touch through out my Vitenam trip just not phong Nha. I really love this guy

Everything is okay. Just that room feels sticky it is may be because of Phong weather which has lot of moisture in atmosphere. Hotel provides a pair slippers. So dont worry about it. Breakfast is limited. So check number of items you get to eat.

Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Dusche hatte keine Kabine. Es wurde alles nass (Toilettenschüssle,...). Der Duschablauf hat sehr gestunken. Zum Teil mussten wir im Vorraum (Garage) essen.

Great host! He taught us how to ride on a scooter, arranged some locals to drive us to the Paradise Cave and in general was super helpful and kind! The quality-price ratio is outstanding! Highly recommended

This property we stayed for 1 night on our travels, but if you’re looking for a place to stay a can recommend this property. We got the sleeper bus and arrived about 2am and we were able to contact Duy and they came down and let us in and checked us in straight away. Prior to arrive Duy had whatsapp us to introduce and welcome us. They were always happy to help if you wanted any trips organised or any suggestion they would go above and beyond for you. I would defo stay here again. They always cooked you breakfast in the morning which was yummy.

Värdarna var 1000/10, så otroligt hjälpsamma så man blir varm i hjärtat. Vi väckte stackars Duy mitt i natten när vår nattbuss anlände och han bemötte oss så bra trots att kl var 4 på morgonen. Rummet var bra städat, sängen skön och toaletten fräsch! Läget superbra också, nära busstationen. Vi fick även hjälp att boka buss vidare, funkade hur smidigt som helst!

Om man är kliniskt ren av sig kanske man inte borde bo här, pga rummet kan upplevas som lite gammalt med fuktskador i taket. Men det var inget vi såg som ett problem, utan hotellet var sjukt prisvärt!

Believe me, this place is tremendous. Just tremendous. We arrived at around 3am, very late and Duy, the manager, was there waiting for us. That’s called commitment. He personally let us in, showed us to our room, and made everything smooth. A great guy, really great. Communicated with us through a translate app. No problem at all, very smart, very efficient. Breakfast. Fantastic breakfast. Noodles, Pho’s. Exactly what you want. Then Duy helped us rent bicycles so we could explore the local area. We liked it so much we rented them for a second day. That tells you everything. Cycling through the countryside, water buffalo ploughing the fields, meeting local families. Incredible scenes, the kind of thing you remember forever. Very authentic. Very special. And it didn’t stop there. Duy helped us book a day trip to the Botanical Garden, Dark Cave, and Paradise Cave, all amazing, by the way. He told us to relax in our room and then personally called us when the tour bus arrived. No stress. No confusion. Perfectly organised. Duy helped us book an early morning bus to Hue, leaving at 7am, very early. Breakfast is usually served from 7 to 9:30 but he served us breakfast before we left. Made sure we didn’t leave on an empty stomach. That’s called going above and beyond. That’s how you run a hotel. The morning we were leaving for Hue, the bus drove right past the hotel. Just kept going. But Duy got in his truck, drove us to the next stop and to make sure we could get the bus and can continue our journey. That’s incredible service. You don’t forget something like that. Duy is a great manager, great human being. This place? Highly recommended. Five stars. Maybe six. We’ll be talking about this stay for a long time. Believe me.

The most friendly and helpful family we met in Vietnam, you can rent a scooter, buy bus tickets cheaper than 12Go and wake up the owner at 4 am after a night bus and be greeted with a smile, also great breakfast, we will be back some day!

El personal del hotel era super atento y amables con nosotros, nos dejaron entrar al hotel a las 4 de la mañana porque nuestro autobús llegaba a esa hora, nos reservaron un increíble tour y nos hicieron la colada. También nos reservaron un autobús para ir a Hue. Muy serviciales y atentos. La habitación era espaciosa, limpia y luminosa La cama era cómoda y el baño amplio. La ubicación era perfecta. También nos alquilaron una moto para poder recorrer Phong Nha.

Precisávamos de um quarto para descansar por algumas horas porque o ônibus chegava de madrugada e tínhamos passeio pela manhã, então o hotel atendeu as expectativas porque é bem próximo ao ponto de parada. O quarto era amplo, mas o banheiro bem simples e pequeno. O café da manhã é a la carte e simples também, já deixem avisado o horário que irão comer para evitar atraso.

Se a intenção for ficar mais de uma diária, talvez seja melhor procurar lugares com mais comodidades. No nosso caso atendeu bem, porque só precisávamos descansar algumas horas de madrugada.

Kamer was vrij basic, maar niks op aan te merken. Het was schoon en het personeel vriendelijk, maar niet altijd even makkelijk te vinden. Locatie een beetje buiten het centrum, maar dat vond ik juist fijn.

Les installations, l’emplacement et le confort sont bien. Mais la véritable différence, ce sont les propriétaires : d’une gentillesse rare, toujours prêts à aider au moindre souci, avec une bienveillance sincère, pas motivée par l’argen ou autre, ce qui est assez exceptionnel en Asie ! Un grand merci à eux :)

Le personnel est adorable. C’est un hôtel qui accueille plus de locaux normalement mais ils ont tout fait pour rendre mon séjour agréable, être disponible et compris. L’hôtel est bien situé, propre, ils proposent tous les services dont vous pourriez avoir besoin. Les chambres sont grandes, la salle de bain aussi.

Els propietaris són molt amables, sempre preocupats perquè estiguessim bé sense fer-se pesats. Ens van reservar un bus a molt bon preu i no ens van posar cap problema quan vam haver de canviar l'horari. L'hotel està a la carretera principal, a 10 mns caminant d'on et deixen els busos nocturns. Ens van fer el check-in a les dues de la matinada. Molt bona relació qualitat-preu.

This Hotel is just as nice as the bungalows etc down the street for a much cheaper price! We had booked a bungalow ahead of time and booked this last minute when our bus arrived at 4am to get a shower and a nap. After staying in both, we actually felt the quality was the same and Co Cuc has a much better price. Hotel is very comfortable and clean. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. Definitely recommend.

🇫🇷 : Nous tenons à remercier chaleureusement toute l’équipe pour l’un de nos meilleurs séjours au Vietnam. Nous sommes arrivés à 3h du matin à cause d’un bus de nuit. Nous avions choisi cet hôtel en partie parce qu’il était indiqué réception 24h/24 et, comme nous avions réservé la nuit précédente, nous espérions pouvoir dormir les quelques heures restantes. Malgré l’heure très tardive, Duy est venu nous ouvrir et nous installer. Merci infiniment à lui pour cela. Les chambres sont impeccables, parfaitement conformes aux photos, et la literie est très confortable. Ce que nous souhaitons surtout souligner, c’est l’extrême gentillesse du gérant Duy. Nous n’avons jamais vécu une telle expérience lors de nos voyages. Nous avons eu un important problème avec un chauffeur Grab qui a tenté de nous escroquer, et Duy a géré toute la situation alors que nous ne parlions pas la langue. Il est resté plus d’une heure au téléphone pour résoudre le problème puis nous a commandé un taxi avec un chauffeur adorable, qui a pris le relais et réglé la situation. Le soir, Duy nous a invités à sa table et nous avons passé un excellent moment en famille. Un immense merci à vous tous pour ce séjour inoubliable. 🇻🇳 : Chúng tôi xin gửi lời cảm ơn chân thành đến toàn bộ đội ngũ vì một trong những kỳ nghỉ tuyệt vời nhất của chúng tôi tại Việt Nam. Chúng tôi đã đến nơi vào lúc 3 giờ sáng do đi xe buýt đêm. Một phần lý do chúng tôi chọn khách sạn này là vì có ghi lễ tân 24/24, và vì chúng tôi đã đặt trước đêm đó nên mong được nghỉ ngơi vài giờ còn lại. Mặc dù rất khuya, anh Duy vẫn ra mở cửa và sắp xếp phòng cho chúng tôi. Chúng tôi vô cùng biết ơn anh vì điều đó. Các phòng rất sạch sẽ, đúng như trong hình và giường nằm thì vô cùng thoải mái. Điều mà chúng tôi muốn nhấn mạnh nhất chính là sự tử tế và tốt bụng đặc biệt của anh Duy – người quản lý. Chúng tôi chưa bao giờ có một trải nghiệm như vậy trong các chuyến đi trước đây.
