Very polite, attentive and caring staff. Good location. Clean room, clean bathroom. After noise Danang it was great to relax in this quiet spot.

Great location on the main road. Simple but good breakfast. Comfortable rooms. I enjoyed the massage offered on site. The staff were quite helpful arranging tours and transport. Had a nice swim in the pool.

The walkway from the residence to the pool was quite messy. Some kind of better solution would have been great.

The host is very nice and helpful, went out of his way to take care of us.

A mosquito net over the beds would have been nice, as we had a few in the room.

The property was sparkling clean! We had a lovely stay and had also a full body massage which we would highly recommend!

our room had a bad smell from the bathroom, we rented a bike that was in a bad shape for 2 days for 140 per day, the bike was making a strange noise but the owner did not change it, the swimming pool did not feel attractive to enter, the bus tickets where too expensive ( we been told for the gasoline problem but we managed to find the same quality bus for 100 less in another hostel )

The owner was very kind and made sure my stay is comfortable. He helped me get tickets to my next destination, made the best breakfast, met me when I arrived late at night, made breakfast extra early for my departure and dropped me off at the bus station. I felt extremely well taken care of. The room was very new and modern. Very comfy bed.

A brilliant host providing plenty of services, activities and support! We rented a scooter and got our laundry done here. Very comfy bed with good air con, fan and a nice spacious bathroom with hot water. Great value for money!

Super établissement pour les massages. Le docteur Sy c est occupé de nos problèmes de dos avec merveille. 1h30 de massage chacun. J ai également profité d une expérience du herbal sauna, au top. Le propriétaire c est occupé du transfert depuis la gare a 5h30 du matin vers son établissement.

Petit déjeuner tres tres Light. Un sourire des propriétaires ne seraii pas de trop au moins une fois dans la journée. Attention la piscine se trouve dans l hotel voisin. Il faut passer par la cour pour y accéder.

Sy, the owner was always going the extra mile to help you with the booking, arranging a tour, a rider or even picking me up at 4am in the morning. Extremely kind. The bedding was put of this world comfortable, I wish I could buy those sheets. The breakfast was very good as well.

My bathroom had a horrible smell. Tried to pour hot water but it didnt help. The owner offered me to change the room.

AMAZING STAY! The hotel is very CLEAN, and very newly renovated. All new tiling, windows, doors, very high ceilings. It is very beautiful. The SPA is amazing! I got a massage everyday, the women gave amazing massages!!! The spa is very clean and comfortable and calming. The owner is very nice, super HELPFUL. He has information for all of the TOUR OPTIONS available and can make arrangements, he took the time to explain the different caves to make it easier to choose, he made it all super easy! He arranged a taxi for me to the train station in another town, and one evening arranged a personal guide last minute to take me on a motor bike for a couple hours wherever I wanted to see.

Une guesthouse très bien tenue par une famille. Les chambres sont grandes, propres et bien agencées. LA salle de bain est également de bonne taille. La prix de la chambre inclus le petit dejeuner qui est bon et copieux. Tout est fait pour que vous vous sentiez bien. Proche des principaux sites à visiter, vous pouvez y aller par vous même en louant un scooter. Nous avons visiter Phong nha cave, paradise cave, le jardin botanique et avons profité des paysages magiques en prenant notre temps. A proximité de la guesthouse, vous avez des restaurants locaux, bons et pas chers. Un peu plus loin à 10 - 15 min de marche, vous avez café et restaurant plus occidentalisé avec également une superette. La guesthouse propose également des massages. Qualité/prix est excellente. Nous avons testé le massage full body et celui full body avec les pierres chaudes.

We loved our stay at Magic Fingers. The owners are so kind and helpful, the breakfast was good and the rooms are clean and comfortable. My partner had a massage and said it was one of the best he has had! Only a few minutes walk into the main town but you can also borrow the bicycles for free for an hour. And the scenery is unbelievable. Loved it!

L'accueil était top...massages top... p'tit dej. top...un endroit qui porte bien son nom où l'on peut se poser se reposer et se laisser porter . Je conseille vivement cette adresse pour un ressourcement garanti . Merci à eux pour leur bienveillance et leur attention..

Overall a very nice homestay with spacious, clean rooms in a great location. Has a lot of cheap and delicious restaurants and the only gym in phong Nha nearby. The host has cheap scooters and massages to offer. Only thing that was a little bothering was the breakfast, the coffee wasn’t tasty at all and the food portions were small and average tasting. But that’s not something that should keep you from staying here, can definitely recommend!!

Amazing stay. The owner is very friendly and always ready to help. The room was big and extremely clean. The breakfast is also a big plus. Very convenient to have a spa for massages in the same building.

La facilidad que te da la familia para todo, nos recogieron en la parada de autobús, también nos prepararon una cena ya que llegamos tarde, nos facilitaron las excursiones y terminamos con un masaje en su alojamiento, realmente increible. Una familia muy generosa.

Such a kind and cute family running the place. We were upgraded to a family room for free and also given free early breakfast. Good laundry service and free breakfast at the hotel.

Really nice accommodation, clean and large rooms, spacious shower with hot water, delicious breakfast and the host is simply lovely. He booked us the cave trek and the sleeper at the best prices we found and let us shower with him and store our equipment with him after we returned from the trek. He also gave us his motorbike for free so we could go and get us a meal before the sleeper. Simply an amazing and lovely host who took care of everything for us. Highly recommend. The best prices for all the activities

Clean and spacious room. The hotel isn't on the main street, but you can get there by bike or on foot (it's a 5-minute bike ride from the hotel). The owner will do everything he can to help you. You have a choice of several simple but very good breakfast options! (The pancakes are delicious.)

I don't recommend the massages offered by the hotel if they're performed by someone other than the owner.

Very nice and helpful host who came to pick us up when we arrived in Phong Nha. We had a very comfortable stay, the room was spacious, cleans and light. There was also different options for the breakfast which was appreciable. All the staff was very kind !

This was a perfect little homestay just off the main road of Phong Nha town. Very clean rooms and friendly, kind owners. The breakfast was also a lovely thing to have each morning. Unfortunately, my boyfriend got food poisoning in Phong Nha but we were able to stay here for more nights while he got over it and the owner kept checking to see if we were okay. Definitely would recommend!

The owner picked us up from and dropped us back to the bus both times, completely free of charge. This was a great help. He also helped us organise onward travel. The breakfast provided was tasty and there was a nice family feel to the property. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Overall, a great stay!

Dr Sy and his family were very helpful and welcoming. You need something? He got you covered. Room and,surprisingly, the bathroom as well was spacious.

The bed has the most comfortable mattress I've slept in Vietnam so far.

Very friendly host, we rented a scooter, and he offered to pick us up/ drop us off from our bus. (He also made sure we got there in time when it came early!) The rooms were very clean with comfy beds and clean bathrooms. They were very accommodating to us. We wish we could have stayed a little longer.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful in arranging our bus, and I had the most relaxing massage. The breakfast was delicious, just like everything else during our stay. Communication was fast and efficient. Highly recommend!

Owners were lovely and very helpful. Room was big, bed was comfy. Only 15 minute walk to all the restuarant in the centre. Bike rental was 150k/day.

Room smelt of damp, so windows had to be open quite a lot. AC didn't work, so unable to heat up the room either. Due to the humidity in the room our clothes were damp.

An amazing place with a fantastic host! Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The owner is incredibly kind and accommodating – not only did he help us with everything we needed, but he also drove us to get food and brought us back. We truly felt welcomed here. The rooms were cozy and clean, the beds very comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless with great hot water. The quiet and pleasant surroundings make it the ideal place to rest after a busy day. This is hands down one of the best accommodations we’ve had in Vietnam. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality and affordable lodging in Phong Nha!

Property was very clean and lots of room. Perfect for your visit to phong Nha. Host picked us up and dropped us from bus station free of charge. He also allowed us to check out late as our bus was in evening for a very small charge. Great stay 👍 great location also - able to use bicycles free of charge

Very helpful and friendly staff and the owner. Very clean and cosy rooms. Helped as us with bus and tours. Perfect service. Just small note, there was a little sound coming from neighboring room in the bathroom, but the owner immediately reinforced the wall with sound proof material and the sound was immediately gone. (attached photo bellow) He fixed it immediately, actually very impressed. Would recommend to anyone!!

Sy was extremely helpful, he put us in touch with someone to help us organise a bus to Laos, he collected us from the bus that arrived late at night and he gave us a motorbike the same night free of charge so we could get dinner.
